get the first free month, WWE must be able to put an authorization hold on the
payment method for when the next...

billing date comes up.  The customer is free to cancel at any time
during the free month and will not be charged at all. 
It is clearly stated on the signup page and in our terms of use.  Unfortunately, without a valid payment method, WWE Network is unable to offer a free month.  This is no different from any other subscription streaming service that
offers a free trial.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

I was contacted through email on Friday and was told the amounts have been voided out of the system. After that I was told it would take 24 hours from Friday for me to see the funds on my credit card. At this time I still have a pending status on the charges of a hundred dollars and 86 cents. Although I was given a credit of $100 I still and waiting from my money.

I would accept the deal if I haven't paid over 31.00 thus far..
I felt the Wwe could've spent up the refund process by dropping the holds asap.
 
As it stands they been at this time has been paid 3 months in advance while I'm broke until payday...the whole process should've cost me 1-2 dollars at best..

I am rejecting this response because:The response from WWE is not a valid legal defence. Pay Per View Customers are paying for exclusive content via Pay Per View, the other is paying a cable/satellite bill for non-exclusive content. Unexpected weather causing a broadcast show (WWE Raw) to be rescheduled is in no way the Pay Per View Customers problem, that is an issue for WWE themselves and themselves alone. WWE chose to show the Royal Rumble Pay Per View less the 24hours after millions of people paid money to see it. WWE could have easily shown any other Pay Per View or any other show from their catalogue of shows, but chose to show the Royal Rumble. This is the same as if one paid for a Boxing or UFC Pay Per View, and that company showed it for free the very next day. That is called bait and switch and last time I checked that was illegal.Stating there are thousands of hours of programming on WWE Network is irrelevant, as I and many others of millions of people solely subscribed to the WWE Network for the Pay per views (PPV) alone. All I am asking for is a partial refund, or a gesture of good will on WWE'S part. The fact that when I called them, they (WWE) flat out refused to even entertain the notion of some form of good will gesture is what started this whole thing. I am willing to meet WWE half way with this issue. Thank you.

We are unable to see this amount being charged to this customer.  We have reviewed our payment processing logs, and see the amount of $84.88 being charged to this card but no other amounts.  I don't see the other amount at all on the payment logs.  If the customer can provide a...

copy of their bank statement that shows the charges, we will work with the payment processing company to get reversed immediately, however I am unable to do anything now as the payment processor does not see this amount being charged.
