In order to get the first free month, WWE must be able to put an authorization hold on the payment method for when the next billing date comes up The customer is free to cancel at any time during the free month and will not be charged at all It is clearly stated on the signup page and in our terms of use Unfortunately, without a valid payment method, WWE Network is unable to offer a free month This is no different from any other subscription streaming service that offers a free trial We apologize for any inconvenienceSincerely, WWE Network Customer Service

The WWE Network is monthly subscription is a recurring subscription unless the customer cancels – that is why customer was billed in subsequent months However, as the customer did not receive a prompt call back from customer service, we will refund the charges for September onward We apologize for any inconvenience Sincerely, WWE Network Customer Service

The account was requested to be canceled on February 26th which was the first day of the customer's next billing cycle Therefore, according to the terms of use, the customer was charged on February 26th and had access through March 26th for the payment Refunds for monthly subscription fees are not available.Sincerely,WWE Network Customer Service

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from WWE is not a valid legal defencePay Per View Customers are paying for exclusive content via Pay Per View, the other is paying a cable/satellite bill for non-exclusive contentUnexpected weather causing a broadcast show (WWE Raw) to be rescheduled is in no way the Pay Per View Customers problem, that is an issue for WWE themselves and themselves aloneWWE chose to show the Royal Rumble Pay Per View less the 24hours after millions of people paid money to see itWWE could have easily shown any other Pay Per View or any other show from their catalogue of shows, but chose to show the Royal RumbleThis is the same as if one paid for a Boxing or UFC Pay Per View, and that company showed it for free the very next dayThat is called bait and switch and last time I checked that was illegal.Stating there are thousands of hours of programming on WWE Network is irrelevant, as I and many others of millions of people solely subscribed to the WWE Network for the Pay per views (PPV) aloneAll I am asking for is a partial refund, or a gesture of good will on WWE'S partThe fact that when I called them, they (WWE) flat out refused to even entertain the notion of some form of good will gesture is what started this whole thingI am willing to meet WWE half way with this issueThank you Sincerely, [redacted] ***
