they were very friendly and answered all of my questions if I had one.....the refinance was very quick...I would recommend them to my friends and family....

Our loan officer was Mitch P[redacted],very unpleasant when we had issues with closing our loan he was very unprofessional with my husband and realtor. We have used him to close or first loan on our house and this was going to be the second time we used him.We closed today with another loan company and this was a very unpleasant experience.

I highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond during my refinance. Five star rating. They had my back. Will do business with them anytime.

This was my first home buying experience and they made it easy. My loan officer Eric P[redacted] was responsive to my questions and very knowledgable. His assistant at the time Brian Howcroft was my main point of contact. He never made me feel ignorant for asking so many questions. I think I called him almost everyday. While I was going thru my process he got his license but that didn't take away from the attention that he paid to my loan. I would recommend working with either of these guys.

The modus operandi modeled by Alliance Financial Resources is one that should be adopted and implemented by all financial (lending) institutions. I found them to be very professional, personable, fair, and thorough. Ryan, the gentleman assigned to my account, kept me fully informed and answered/clarified all questions I raised throughout the entire process. Mine was a difficult loan, as I'd already been turned down (twice) by other lenders, due to a past bankruptcy on my credit record. Ryan assured me that he'd find a product that fit my particular situation, and he was certainly true to his word. There are a lot of worthy, potential borrowers in the market who were exploited by bank inflicted preditory lending practices, and forced to file bankruptcy in order to keep their homes. Of course, after filing BK, your credit score takes a serious hit, but that does not necessarily give an accurate profile of the character of the borrower, and Alliance realizes this truth. Alliance considers the borrowers' entire credit history, and does not base granting or not granting a loan merely on a short period of time when things got financially rough and challenging for the borrower. Alliance definitely gets it, and I highly recommend their services.

My husband and myself have been so pleased with Alliance Home Loans. Being self employed makes it much harder to get loans and they did an amazing job working with us. My main point of contact was with Ryan S[redacted] and he was absolutely incredible with his level of customer service. He always got back with me in a very prompt fashion. We had previously worked with B of A to refinance our home and the experience with them was just horrible. Alliance Home Loans was literally night and day compared to working with B of A. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to refinance or purchase a home contact Alliance first

My experience was mostly positive. But I needed a exact amount of money to take care of my financial situation and I mentioned this several times but when I received the final check it was several thousands of dollars short of my needed amount, so my financial situation was not completely solved.

Made my refinance easy. Did everything from my home office

Jeff and Kristine were great to work with. They are willing to answer any and all questions - no matter how many times or how many ways you ask them. They understand that buying or refinancing a home can be a stressful time. I always thought getting the loan approval would be the most stressful part of buying - but not with Jess and Kristine on your side.

Not only do they work hard for you, they also work hard to explain the options that you have and what will not only be best for them, but also, most importantly, what will be the best for your future. Overall a great experience. Our consultants did a good job of keeping us informed and made sure that everything was handled as quickly as possible! We were very happy!

After two really bad experiences with other companies who promised to help us refinance our house starting in November 2013 we were about ready to give up. Then we talked to someone at Alliance. They were really nice, listened to what we were trying to accomplish and offered to have a loan officer call us to assess the possibility of getting a V A loan since my husband is a veteran. Another company said they could close in 6 to 8 weeks and [redacted] at alliance said they try to close 3 weeks. He did not try to sell me a lot of baloney about a 3.25 percent loan like the others did. He helped us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Even when the notary forgot to have us sign important papers [redacted] got them to us by email and called to make sure we could get them signed and returned so our loan could fund on June 27.He went above and beyond anything what anyone else even offered to do. He was absolutely awesome at Alliance Financial.
