My experience with Alliance Financial was great. They worked WITH me to get my credit where it needed to be by telling me what needed to get done. [redacted] kept me informed every step of the way. We were so happy with our initial purchase with Alliance that we later refinanced with them once the interest rates dropped enough to impact our monthly payments. I recently discussed a home equity loan with a different lender which caused a check on my credit history. Out of the blue I received a live voice call from a male who identified he was with Alliance Home Loans and stated that he "was advised I was shopping for a home loan". He called from a local area code which is why I answered the call and therefore became 'hooked', despite the fact I am on state and federal Do Not Call lists. He continually badgered me into confirming my name, telephone number, as well as attempting to get me to repeat back to him any information he provided. I told him that he was not my lender and to never call back. Since that initial call we have repeatedly received recorded message calls, sometimes twice in the same day, from a Brian [redacted] of Alliance Home Loans from various numbers including the original local area code number, [redacted], and one that is not recognizable by any search engine: [redacted]. We have not answered any subsequent calls, letting them go to voicemail, with recorded messages stating, "Congratulations on being pre-qualified for a loan. We just need you to call us back with some additional information at [redacted]." I am attempting to work with our local phone service to block these three numbers. This is very scary to me as I am concerned how they got the information that I discussed a home loan in the first place. Additionally, I know if I called back I will be terminally on their call list. I want them to stop calling so for now I will pay the fees to block them no matter what number fake or real they call from. By the way, the live voice caller stated repeatedly that Alliance Home Loans was A+ on the Revdex.com website. Bottom Dwellers!!

When I first talk to the agent. He said Oh yea I can get you approved. I worked two jobs for 2 years and the income and Taxes to back it up. They would not let me use my second income or my husband income so did not qualify for the house. but our annual income is 145,000 Stated my husband FICO is a 545 when the banks stating its a 615. Sloppy work.

We had the BEST experience with Alliance Home Loans. We worked with Ryan who is absolutely amazing. We werent sure this would ever happen for us but because of their amazing work we are now living in our new home and they even closed on the loan two weeks early! Highly recommend them to anyone.

In sharing my experience, I would like to first say that I am now a home owner financed by Alliance Home Loans. My experience was at first frustrating and difficult as the home loan process required much more than I had ever imagined or prepared for. Through it all, I want you to know that Alliance Home Loans and my Loan Officer Eric P[redacted] worked just as hard as I did to acquire my business, and get me approved. I was not confident I would be approved and at times wanted to quit and give up on the process. But Eric would have none of it. Motivating and inspiring me to finish what I had started. I t was the best decision I have ever done, and I showed a lot of resiliency. If others wont give you a chance, or treat you like another application, turn your attention to Appliance Home Loans. They will appreciate and value your business I can assure you that. I am sure I made a believer out of my realtor, who doubted Alliance from the beginning. But when she got her check, all those doubts were removed. Thank you to Alliance again. My husband and I recently brought a home with Alliance Financial as our lender and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. [redacted] took care of all our needs and did it from a distance, as we are in California and he is in Arizona. We were a little skeptical sharing our information through fax, phone and internet communication, however [redacted] put our worries to ease. He was always there to answer our calls or return them within a reasonable time. He respond to any questions we had during the home buying process and assured us everything was running smoothly and what to expect. He moved everything along and got escrow to close less than 30 days. His secretary was also quite helpful and sufficient, gathering and submitting our paperwork as quickly as possible. Though I was advised by a few to not deal with someone out of state, I must say my experience was wonderful. I would suggest to anyone researching a companies history and also looking up their license is advised so that you know exactly who you are dealing with. The home buying experience can definitely be stressful when dealing with a great amount of paperwork, however if you have a great team of people on your side like [redacted] and his team it will all be worth it in the end.
