worst company ever do not let this people fool you they're not experience I have been trying to get a hold of someone that can help me but nobody seems to know what they're doing I supposed to close on the 17th of September and I'm two days past and looking to get another extension this company will make your buying home experience a nightmare stay away

I was contacted by Alliance Home Loans as they received my interest in buying another property by our credit reporting. I decided to give their loan officers a chance to see if they could offer something better than what my current bank provides. The initial lady was great, but when I was first contact by the loan officers "assistant" I was asked the same questions I provided to the initial lady and took 3 phone calls, but I thought it was ok and they were verifying the information. However, I was reached out by the loan officer [redacted]. Immediately on the phone, asked where I worked (which is a bank that does mortgage loans) and asked if I was going through them, I advised no, and the loan officer immediately chuckled and laughed stating he wouldn't either. I don't appreciate the first thing that is stated places a negative attitude towards my employment, but gave another chance as maybe he is just failing at having a sense of humor. After this, he said that there is no way possible my current offer provided was being given calling myself and my bank liars. I advised exactly what was on my preapproval letter and was just wondering WHAT if anything can be provided out of curiousity if anything better was available. Again, continues to nag and state that we're lying and there is "no way that this is being offered" chuckling as he does so. I continue to go on that its on my pre-approval, I've been with the bank for 20 years and built a relationship with them, and again asked what they could provide. He continues to go on that we are not offered what I advised and finally asked if all he wanted to do was call to call myself and my bank a liar as I just wanted to know if there was anything better available, said good luck and hung up. This employee needs to completely step down from dealing with people at all as he has ensure that myself and my family will never be doing business with this company.

I have worked with [redacted] from Alliance twice once to purchase my home and once a year later to refinance the same house. [redacted] and his company have been the best financial resources I have ever worked with. I have purchased other homes in other states and I can honestly say Alliance and [redacted] have been the best I have ever worked with. I have refered many friends and business contacts to [redacted] and Alliance because of their great customer service.

My Wife and I recently received a Home loan from Alliance and we are so happy with our experience. My wife works full time in retail and We own a small Collision repair shop in a small town in Indiana that I run full time and she takes care of the books. I am a 1 man shop and have been for most of the 4 years we have been owners. We are buying the business on a land contract and are in good standings with all the business bills as well as household bills. Our credit isn't awesome but we pay everything on time. We had tried for the past 3 years to get a home loan and none of our local banks would even talk to us. Just hit our credit and hear that because we own a business my income isn't considered secure. Even though I get a paycheck every week pay taxes like everyone else who works. We heard about Alliance Home Loans from a friend. And we are so glad we did!!! Ryan C[redacted] is Awesome to work with! He was very helpful and answered our questions quickly and had great advice to lend. Shannon F[redacted] and the rest of the team were great to deal with as well, they stayed in contact with our insurance agent and our realtor here in Indiana while they are in Arizona. I Highly recommend this company!!

Let's start with WOW. I haven't worked with a company that treats someone with the customer service that Alliance does in a long time. Everyone treated us as if we were doing them a favor, not they were doing us a favor. We live in California, they are in Arizona, but it felt like they held our hand though the whole experience. Our phone calls were answered 99% of the time. When we left messages, they were returned very quickly. They had programs to qualify us we did not know even existed. I tell everyone who will listen about them. Thanks to all of them, I am now buying a house I can call home. Thank you again!

We knew that we were not going to be able to get a simple traditional home loan. Ryan searched out all of our options and explained them to us in terms that we could understand. He was very patient and quick to answer any questions that we had. His years of experience were evident throughout our loan process.

Because of [redacted] and his Secretary I rate them on a scale from 1-10, a 10 because if anyone needs answers, great customer service and professionalism it is them. It takes a lot for me to get a great compliment out of me and I should hope that someone in a great Company like yours should take the time and take some kind of action to recognized these two outstanding personnel for doing a superior job in making your Company look more that just good. The agent that I worked with was Steve. Steve was very accommodating and positive. He was able to get my home refinanced when others said it couldn't be done.

My experience with [redacted], and the rest of the team was A1. When everyone else looked away at my family owning a home, Alliance held our hands with embrace.

We now own our first home! Its a great feeling.

Any and every question answered so we could understand. No prrofessional terms we couldn't follow.

My family found ourselves at the end of a hopeless effort after 6 months of working with the preferred mortgage lending for the builder of our dream home. And just 8 days before closing that mortgage lender called to give us the bad news that they were not successful in obtaining our loan… My wife & I were distraught!

Just so happen within a few minutes of hanging up the phone with that lender, our home phone rings, to wit we seldom answer, but as faith would have it that day we did and to our ultimate benefit! On the line was Mr. Eric P[redacted] with Alliance Home Loans and from that moment on our hopes & dreams began the journey towards becoming a reality!

Eric took on our case and urged his team to step up to the plate for a young U.S. Army veteran family to get us into our dream home…

These people are miracle workers! We will never be able to thank them enough. They are beyond professional. Outstanding customer service, prompt answers. They were always on top of things and gave an immediate answer when needed. With our credit being not the best as the time of application, they still were able to work out a decent interest rate. We will definitely be refinancing though them.
