these people at alliance financial resources call day in and day for your home loans. finally I gave to see if I could get a better rate only for these guys to take all my personal info and never called me back with anything about a home loan but trust and believe they ran my credit to see and dinged my credit these people are a joke

To have it all in easy terms I thought aside from them needing everything from you besides your actual arms and legs (lol) they did a great job. They let me know how stressful it was and what I would need and have to go through at the beginning of the process so I was ready for whatever they needed. There was nothing that was a surprise to me when they needed something. Joshua S[redacted] and April S[redacted] were outright amazing to work with. I was a pain but man they still were considerate and on top of things. So want to give a big thanks to them.

This is my second time doing business with ALLIANCE HOME LOANS and I would not want to refinance my home or any other business with another company. They are very professional, patient and will always return phone calls and e-mails promptly. This is definitely one A-1 COMPANY no doubt about it ever!

I enjoyed working with both [redacted] and [redacted]. I could text or e-mail them and they would answer my questions in a timely manner.

After over a year of getting strung along by a flakey lender at Bank of America, we decided to find a new lender. Alliance was a godsend for us. Everyone went above and beyond to get us approved and in our first home. We felt like they actually cared about us, instead of just our business. We almost lost our home, but Alliance stepped in and made the seemingly impossible happen.

Review: alliance financial said we needed a veterans adim. appraisal and took our credit card# to pay for it. They then call a non veterans appraiser to come to our home. Upon arrival we found out he was not veteran approved. We sent him away. we notified alliance, who then sent a veterans adim. appraiser. This occurred about 04/04/2013. On 05/10/2013/ we received credit card bills for both appraisals, even though only the veterans was filed. Appraisal tek never appraised our house but billed us $450.00 for nothing. they did this at the request of alliance financial, of phoenix. All requests for reimbursement have failed to get any reply. Help.Desired Settlement: refund

THe whole process moved along quickly and smoothly any issues that came up were handled quickly appropriately.

[redacted] at Alliance made our buying experience simple and was always available when we had questions. I would definitely refer our family and friends to Alliance for future purchases.

AFR is an outstanding and reputable lending institution. I just purchased a new home in Eastmark and [redacted] and his team at AFR was phenomenal. I had several issues with the builder’s lender and when my family made the decision to switch lenders, at my realtor’s advice, [redacted] and AFR were able to complete and fund the loan in less than two weeks. They clearly communicated what was needed and guided my wife and I through the entire process effortlessly. I would highly recommend AFR to anyone looking for a home loan.

Review: I was contacted by this company they offered to set up a refi on my home. It was listed for saleThey set up an appraisal while it was listed . I paid and they said to go ahead...after the appraisalCame in ...it was good enough to refi, they said to remove the listing and they would proceed...I did then shortly after they said they were unable to complete as LTV issues and time on market.They should have known these issues before and not had me go through these steps knowingThat it was listed etc.Desired Settlement: At least a refund of the appraisal cost $465.00 or finish the refi.

We just closed on our house last month! While exciting and some nerve wrecking moments at the same time,I felt our loan officer (Jeff Pollard) and his assistant (Kristine Burke) was very understanding and caring ...would recommend this team to anyone!

My husband and I wanted to buy a home, but with our credit no one would help us until We got in touch with [redacted] at Alliance Financial. With [redacted] help and guidance we were able to talk to our creditors and get our credit cleaned up to where we were able to get a VA loan. Then our nightmare began! The home we fell in love with had so many liens and judgment's against it that it took 5 months for the seller to finally get everything cleared up. [redacted] and his assistance [redacted] helped us though all this! Without that I don't think we could have made it though all the HELL we went though to finally get this house to closing! We thank god that we met [redacted]. We are now in our DREAM HOME. Our experience with Alliance and especially with [redacted] and [redacted],where very helpful and positive.
