My husband and I just bought a home through Alliance and although the sellers were complete nightmares, Alliance'representatives, specifically [redacted] and [redacted], were God sent. They patiently and with the outmost respect, took us through the entire process and saw it through. Before teaming up with Alliance, other loan agents and realtors took one look at our situation and immediately advised us to get lawyers because this was no ordinary purchase, it was actually a rent-to-own. In our case, the sellers were really not looking to honor their end of the bargain. With Alliance reps, they comb through our contract, and literally stopped the sellers from screwing us over. It was hard and frustrating, but with Alliance's help, we prevailed and we are now very proud homeowners. We are ever so greatful. Thanks [redacted] and [redacted]!

We received phone calls on 10/19/2013 [redacted], and again on 10/29/2013 by a woman whose name we did not ask informing us that they knew that we had applied for a mortgage, and that the worked with the credit bureaus to make sure that we received a fair interest rate for our mortgage. This is patently false. They admitted in their response to another complaint that they purchased this information from [redacted], who obviously have no concern whatsoever in the interest rate we receive, and they clearly do not "work with them", other than to purchase this information. This is clearly a dishonest sales tactic to drum up business. It is worth noting that another complaint had a similar comment, and the company did not respond to that part of the complaint. Silence implies consent, as the Latin saying goes. We want to go on record with this, and would like to see this company discontinue their dishonest business practices.

We have used [redacted] with Alliance Home Loans for many years now. There is none better in taking prompt care on doing all the business ends and just a few seconds to see how you are doing as a person. He knows his stuff and if something he don't know he will promptly return with the right answer so if you need the best rates and the best person and company [redacted] with Alliance Home Loans is your man and Company

Was very professional but still friendly.

I was pre-qualified for a loan in the amount of $212,000. I signed a contract for a foreclosed home that was for $120,000. We started the loan process and provided Alliance Financial with all the documents they needed. My file went to the underwriters a few weeks before the closing date, and came back that the loan was approved with some conditions. I had to get an extension to satisfy the conditions. The file went back and forth, and I had to get two more extensions. With the final extension we were told that we got the loan, but we needed one last condition to close. After I gave them the last condition, the file went back to underwriting and came back denying the loan because the underwriter said they could not verify the income. After working with this lender for three months, and spending tons of money, they denied the loan with not much of an explanation.
