The whole loan process was great! I was kept informed at all times. If I had any questions, [redacted] and [redacted] quickly responded. We had a VA loan and closed in less than 30 days! Amazing! Don't put off getting the house of your dreams. They helped our family attain ours with ease.

I found the process to get the loan for the refinances on our home to go very smoothly. Our loan officer was very professional and dependable. He handled things quickly and let us know exactly what he would need.

As a full time Realtor I have never experienced such dreadful service as I did with [redacted] at Alliance. In my dealing with him I found him rude, disrespectful, unresponsive, lackadaisical and dishonest. He and his team refused to answer simple questions about the loan and the documents. He lied, in writing, many times about when the docs would be ready. The closing was delayed by several days because of the incompetence of [redacted] and his team. The ONLY reason the closing was delayed was because of the non performance by Alliance.

Great customer service very helpful ,friendly and informative. Helped me though the whole process and explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand.

I am a real estate professional in Las Cruces, NM. I closed a transaction representing the buyers who got their loan through Alliance Financial Resources with Brian Mulvihill as their loan officer. Throughout the years, I have closed many transactions with lenders involved. Some lenders are great and some are terrible. Brian was attentive to the buyers' needs and kept me apprised of how the loan process was going. I really appreciate the flow of communication because it makes all the difference in successfully closing a transaction. My definition of a successful closing is where all the parties are happy with the results. In this particular case, I know the Buyers were well served by Alliance Financial Resources, who have in house underwriting authority, and Brian's attention to the details of the loan. The Buyers, who were buying their first home, were able to get to closing without being completely stressed out and they were very happy with the results.

Jeremy at alliance was great! He was always returning my calls when I had a question. He answered every question I had very clearly. He made sure I understood everything that was taking place. I could just tell the guy wanted to help me. Jeremy and alliance helped me when no one else would, and treated me with upmost respect. I would highly recommend Jeremy and alliance to anyone.

First and foremost I wanna say by being a disabled veteran I was weary about the paperwork involved with buying a house and all the different hoops and so forth I was warned about. I considered going here locally with a lender but was told no due to adding wife onto deed. I grew even more wear. I googled VA Home loans and alliance was the first to pop up. Being a former business owner I know those that come first in searches are reputable and have great ratings. I did research and saw some of the comments that were posted on there website. So I said I got a good feeling. I called and was set up with Larry Cappelletti. Of course he said we would have to pre-qualify cause that's what real estate agents like to see before they show a house. I was optimistic as he took my info and said all was looking good. Well about a week later we get our pre-qualification letter. I said wow this is great. The last company didn't do or tell me that. Another great thing is they know the laws of buying a house in different states. Larry Cappelletti was with me every step of the way. I knew the dreaded paperwork was coming when we found the house we wanted. Also they cared about what I could afford and not hurt myself financially others want sales and don't care. Alliance Home Loan Cares. Straight up!!! The paperwork process was so easy and convenient for me. Email was primary source of my communication and with a scanner and printer. It was great. Any questionable items we had to write a statement and sign a change form that they typed up. I would Highly Recommend Alliance Home Loans. They found the best rate for flood insurance and auto and homeowners insurance as well. Its the whole kit and more to buying a house and to find all available insurances. Its an ALL in ONE company and THANK YOU for making my life so great and easy to maintain and handle. Larry Cappaletti and Josh williams stayed late a few nights as I understood to wrap up my Approval. I appreciated them and the fact Larry had stated to me "Im gonna miss my Spaghetti dinner". I told him it was my favorite too and not to miss it on account of me as Im just another guy. He said your important to us. That made me melt. Im not a number or a case or some portfolio. You want to be treated as a human and a person who does matter then ALLIANCE HOME LOANS is the ONLY WAY TO GO!!!!!!

(Wondering HOW they found me to begin with...Reading another review seen that they use 3rd party purchasing to get my information.)I had this company contact me about a loan saying I LOOKED like I would be approved for a home loan. They wanted more and more information, as time passed this company acted more like a scam artist. The "LOAN OFFICER" that was supposed to be working with me wasn't even licensed in my state and took 2-3 days or longer to contact me about what was needed. After giving them countless information the officer acted like a jerk, and said they needed MORE INFORMATION. They wanted my bank statements, total assets, etc. I told them they had MORE than enough to decide whether or not to give me a loan. The officer then just said you don't qualify... Goodbye... After wasting my time for 2 1/2 weeks. Needless to say I found a home loan through someone else WITHOUT the HASSLE and the EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE unlike what this company tried to provide. I advise anyone that's thinking of doing business with this company get more information. Because a couple reviews for 7 yrs is NOT saying much...
