I definitely will give zero star if they have, I found most your guys had nightmare with Alliance insured client, I bought insurance for my car 3 weeks ago, if I read these reviews, I absolutely won`t buy. 2 weeks ago, one car hit my left door when I was making a u turn, I admitted this is my fault to another driver, 1 week later, I got appraiser report for car fixing, then I call again and again to confirm my car fixing, there was never response, I sent car fixing, and the repair mill make it ready quickly, they never got the check from Alliance, both repairing mill and I are calling again and again, adjuster Craig extension 1663366 is always go into voice mail, and never called back, and I called the supervisor and waiting for response, do not buy this company policy, trust me.

Alliance united car insurance is crap. I was in a accident the adjuster never came out to see my vehicle. I was told that my premium did not cover damages to my vehicle. I asked about my childs carseat being replaced since it was in the vehicle during the accident the adjuster stated they would not replace the catseat. Im switching insurance companies .

I was hit by a Client of alliance united insurance even though the driver admitted to me it was her fault and has done everything in her part I am still waiting for an update of when will my car be fixed.. all o have been told is that there is a coverage issue and that the adjuster is still investigating.. it has been over a week... I am super frustrated with this company.all I want is my car to get fixed.

On April 28, 2016, I was hit by your insured. A claim was opened #D001368CA16 and the adjuster at the time was Bernice Ofilli. I filed all of the paperwork for the claim in May of 2016, I never heard back from Alliance United Insurance until April 6th, 2018, when I received and e-mail telling me that the case was going to be closed unless I wanted to file a claim. I responded to the e-mail that I would like to file a claim so that my medical bills, loss wages and physical therapy be paid. Their insured driver was found at fault immediately and my vehicle was a total loss. My insurance company had to bring a lawsuit against Alliance United Insurance Company due to the total loss of my vehicle. However my bodily injury claim was not shown any concern. My claim was transferred to Bernice Ofilli's supervisor Nancy Huey-Troche ext. 4520. She stated they had yet to complete the initial review, despite the fact that I had sent the documents requested on four separate occasions, and that this was an accident from two years ago. I have been calling every week for the last month and a half, and have not received any returned calls. The adjuster ignores my e-mails and calls. At this point all I would like to do is settle my claimuld. Desired Settlement: I would like the adjuster on the claim to contact me to resolve this claim in a timely manner.

Alliance United has been such a nightmare for me since I had my accident 12/21/2017. I called and made my claim that same day after leaving the hospital, and it took them 3 weeks to decide it was totaled... even though the airbags were deployed and the damage was clearly unfixable. I had full coverage and still was not entitled to a rental car, its going on a month I've had no means of transportation. I'm a single mom of 3, who is in school and alliance has nothing to accommodate me and make my life whole again. My claim rep is a joke, she never contacts me and gets a attitude when I do speak to her, if she did her job I wouldn't call her. All I want is my reimbursement for my totaled car. I need to try to get some type of transportation for me and my kids.

Review: HORRIBLE COMPANY .. Please never go through them they aren't helpful the staff are very rude and the manger [redacted] dances needs to be fired I've been contacting her for over a week she hasn't got back my car will be getting repaired for a week and a half and NO ONE has tried to accommodate me with a rental car I'm fed up this company gets -0 stars ! Also a claim rep by the name if [redacted] was no help he was my claim rep all he did was argue in the phone with me which resulted in him hanging up in my face , this company has causes me emotional stress .Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for bad costumer service and for receiving no rental car when I was hit in the accident and also for the money I has to spend on cabs and Bart for public transportation .

Review: My truck was totaled by a client of Alliance United Insurance, When I asked for my truck to be replaced, First they said there was a coverage issue. Then they denied the claim because the police could not determine who was at fault for the accident do to conflicting statements. So I located a witness and they are still denying the claim. The accident happened on Jan 30, 2015 and here it is August and I'm still without my truck replaced. Even now that a witness came foreword and verified that there client went threw the red light and hit my truck.Desired Settlement: I want my truck replaced. I was not at fault for the accident.

Review: I am insured by Alliance United Insurance. On June 19th I was involved in an accident. I reported the claim within the hour. I was told that a claims representative would contact me within 2 business days. 2 Business Days later, on June 23, I was contacted by Claim Representative Aimee Graves. I was told to reach her at (800) 508-5833 ext. 6614. I gave a statement of the events and was told that the other party's car's repairs would be covered, but they would need to speak with my sister (a minor) and my mother (the main policy holder) before they could determine if the repairs on my car would be covered. Aimee called my mother once, left a message, but has not responded to voicemails since June 23. I have also had no contact with Aimee since June 23, even though both my mother and I have been calling and leaving messages constantly. I have even sent them an email. Most disturbing is that I was contacted by the other party in the accident who informed me that she had been told by my insurance that I was not returning their calls. She called to ask me about this as well as to ask if I had another method to contact my insurance as they were not returning her calls either. She told me that the week of June 21st people came to document the damage to her vehicle and told her that my insurance would contact her by the end of the next week (which was July 3) to discuss how/when the repairs would take place. No one contacted her despite the fact that she has left messages.Desired Settlement: I would like for my insurance to contact the other party and to repair their vehicle in a timely matter without having long gaps of time in which no communication takes place. I would like to have communication with the claims representative to be informed if the repairs on my vehicle will be covered, and if not, I would like something in writing explaining why.

Their insured went to make a U-turn from a parked position on the side of the road without looking and wrecked my car. I called to make a complaint and was told I did not need to report it to the police. Alliance United Insurance took a report from me from the scene which took a very, very, long, long time to finish because their CSR didn't speak English well enough, apparently. I didn't hear from them for nearly two weeks so I called again to check on the status of my claim. They did not call me back for awhile. The voice mail message said, "If you feel it is taking to long to get a return call, please call my supervisor". I left a message anyway, and when they finally did call me back, they said that my claim had been improperly entered and the had to start over. Fine, I obliged. The next day they had me meet with an adjuster. Fine. Seemed like things were progressing. Time went by and I left several messages but received no return call. My Insurance company called to say they were going to help me with may claim, and today after nearly 5 months, my car still has not been fixed. I am completely outraged by the lack of diligence and this company's failure to act in good faith!

Review: Not only is this a refund/exchange issue, it is also a complaint one this company's CUSTOMER SERVICE, and SERVICE ISSUES. I was in a car accident on 04/06/2014 and because of the circumstances the claim was made a week later on Monday 04/14/2014. I spoke with a representative and the took my statement and told me I would be assigned a claims representative and would receive a call back. I didn't receive a call until two days later from my claims rep and he told me I would receive a call from a person to look at my car. I dropped off my vehicle at a friends shop on 04/21/2014 because I wasn't getting any response from the insurance company after countless calls. I gave my mechanic the information from the insurance and he reassured me that he would handle everything. I continued to call me claims rep and finally he sent me a letter stating that they would reimburse my costs of my rental and taxes since their insured was at fault. I went to get my rental and my mechanic continued to try and get in contact with my claims rep. Finally a appraiser showed up on 04/24/2014 to the shop but still nothing happened for about a week and a half. The appraiser said he sent his information over and my claims rep said they still hadn't received anything. Finally on 05/5/14 my claims rep received the estimate and sent it to my mechanic to begin repairs. My vehicle was picked up and ready on 5/17/14 and I returned my rental car that cost my $806.56. It is now 6/15/2014 and I have left countless voicemails and called daily to receive my refund after faxing my information for rental costs to my claims rep and have yet to receive a check for full reimbursement like I was promised and have not received a call back from claims rep or his supervisor. I am only told that they cannot be reached and an urgent email will be sent to them to get this resolved but I haven't received an form of response. I am calling daily stressing out to get this issue resolved and I am overwhelmed with frustration.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive what was assured to me in a letter I received from the claims rep as well as what I was told when I spoke with him on the phone; a full refund for my rental vehicle used while my vehicle was being repaired. I was told I would be compensated for the daily rate plus sales tax of my rental and the costs total to $806.56. I believe that I should receive something for the stress this issue has caused me. Clearly a fault of the insurance and their poor communication.

Review: On January 26th 2014 my car was hit by a drunk driver insured by Alliance United. I obtained a copy of the police report the following day and immediately contacted the claims department. I gave them my information and was told I would be contacted by claims representative A[redacted] the next day. Miss N[redacted] contacted me on 01/27/2014. She asked for a copy of the police report and I immediately faxed it to her. Their client admits hitting my car in the report. She then stated that an inspector would be out to see my car and take photos. The inspector came to my residence on 01/29/14. He stated my car would most likely be a total loss and took photos. He told me to contact Miss N[redacted] the next day for an update. He said I would receive a letter regarding my inspection which I have never received. I called Miss N[redacted] 5 times between 1/30/14 and 02/4/14 and always got her voicemail and no call back. I then left her supervisor [redacted] a voicemail and was contacted by Miss N[redacted] later that day on 02/04/2014 at 4:50 P.M in which she left me a voicemail stating that they were still inspecting another car involved but the inspection of my car was completed and my car was a total loss. She said I would be contacted as soon as the other car was inspected to discuss what I would be paid for damages. That was the last time I heard from her. I have contacted her many times over the past few weeks and always get her voicemail and she never calls me back. All I want is an update on whether I can dispose of my car and when this claim will be processed and Im getting no contact or cooperation from her or her supervisor [redacted]. This lack of cooperation has been quite stressful. The only communication I have received is 3 letters telling me to mitigate my expenses. I have had no vehicle for a month now and take the bus to work everyday. I need this to be taken care of.Desired Settlement: I want my claim processed and to be told if I can dispose of my wrecked vehicle.

There is still not much cooperation from Alliance and their adjuster [redacted]. After Alliance received the Revdex.com complaint I was contacted by [redacted] of Alliance United on 02/26/2014. He has been the only helpful employee of this company. He said Ms. [redacted] was instructed to call me at once on 02/26/2014. I waited for her call until noon and then called her. I once agian got her voicemail and left a message that was never returned. At the end of the day on 02/26/2014 I sent Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] and email stating I was rejecting their response as they once again did not follow through. Mr. [redacted] emailed me first thing the next morning that he would escalate my complaints to management. Finally after over 3 weeks of trying to get a call from Ms. [redacted] she called and left a message stating pretty much the same thing she told me 3 weeks ago with the exception that she had to get paperwork to me regarding a settlement due to a low police issue. I left her a message to fax me said paperwork and gave her a fax number and told her to also mail me paperwork. I then sent an email with the same information to her and Mr. [redacted] and asked Mr [redacted] to forward it to management as well. Mr. [redacted] responded saying he would. I have not heard back from Ms. [redacted] at all since this was discussed on 02/27/2014. I have received no paperwork by fax or mail. I can't rely on anything Ms. [redacted] tells me with what limited contact she gives me. I'm frustrated and feel this company is not trustworthy. I will pursue this complaint until they handle this and process my claim the way any reputable company should.

Review: On December 6, 2014, I was rear-ended by your insured. A claim was opened #[redacted] and the adjuster at the time was Sorex Viraco. Once fault was established my vehicle was repaired. However my bodily injury claim was not shown the same concern. My claim was transferred to Aurora Cree ext.6653. She stated they have received my paper work on April 13, 2015. That included all copies of bills from the doctor and physical therapist. I also sent a copy of my medical records. Although I continued to call o most times a daily basis I did not receive calls back. I left voice messages and then began to call through their call center because I knew the calls would be recorded. I also called her supervisor David Barbarisi ext. 6513 however he has never returned my calls. On June9th 2015, finally called and had questions regarding the date of the accident. I once again gave her the date of December 6, 2014. She asked for a release of my medical records which I sent to her. I sent it returned receipt so I would have record it was received. The adjuster is very angry as if she is taking this personal. All I want them to do is settle my claim as they should.Desired Settlement: I would like the adjuster on the claim to contact me to resolve the claim.

Please let this response serve as my formal statement regarding Alliance United letters dated 5/15/14

and 6/16/14, in which Alliance made reference to the below issues/concerns.

Issues/concerns as stated in the above mentioned letters:

1) Repairs should have taken 7 days and you allowed an additional 10 days because of the delay on

obtaining the estimate of repairs.

2) Original rental invoice was submitted for 59 clays for a total of $1,947.00, even before 59 days

had elapsed.

3) Invoice submitted from Millennium Auto Collision when repairs were done by Airport Collision

Center.

4) That you spoke with Ramon at Millennium Auto Collision, who offered you an amended invoice.

My response to the above issues and concerns:

My Vehicle sat in my driveway from 4/7/14 to 4/21/14. Which is already 15 days before the car

was even towed to Airport Collision.

Initial inspection finally took place on 4/20/14.

Millennium Auto Collision is the facility where the vehicle was scheduled to be taken to. Which

is why my rental invoice came from Millennium. However, by the time the initial inspection occurred on 4/20/14 Millennium informed me that they did not have the space or time to handle my vehicle at that moment. Therefore, l had the vehicle towed to Airport Collision on 4/21/14. Please note, we had already been given the ok to obtain a rental vehicle and that you realized the rental period would definitely be longer than 7 days. Especially since we were already on day 15 before the vehicle was even inspected and towed anywhere.

Ramon from Millennium informed you that their original invoice was incorrect. That his office clerk at that time made a huge mistake on the invoice. And that his clerk's employment had been terminated because of this huge mistake.

The original invoice #1259, dated 5/8/14 stated 59 days@ $30.00, (rental period from 4/8/14 to

5/8/14). Total cost was $1,947.00. Obviously, this period was not 59 day.

Corrected invoice #1259, dated 5/8/14 (rental period from 4/8/14 to 5/8/ 14 for 30 days $59.00 per day for a total of $1,947.00.

"Paid in Full" receipt #004956 dated 5/13/14 from Millennium Auto Collision in the amount of $1,947.00, which states that it covers invoice #1259 for car rental.

Based on the cost of the 30 day rental at $59.00 per day plus taxes, finally paid invoice was $1,947.00 minus your UNFAIR SETTLEMENT CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $339.15, THERE IS A

BALANCE STILL DUE OF $1,607.85.

I would greatly appreciate Alliance United cooperation in handling the matter at hand. l also trust that

the above facts and enclosed documents will finally resolve this matter once in for all.Desired Settlement: Based on the cost of the 30 day rental at $59.00 per day plus taxes, finally paid invoice was $1,947.00 minus your UNFAIR SETTLEMENT CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $339.15, THERE IS A

BALANCE STILL DUE OF $1,607.85.

if he still feels we are denying him wrongly that he would need to discuss that

with the department of insurance. Explained to him that we sent them a response

on 6/13 explaining why we denied his rental invoice and have not heard anything

back from them confirming that we did nothing wrong. He understood.
