Review: This company does not respond timely with information regarding my claim. I've been hit by one of their insured's who was driving drunk and totaled my parked car. This accident took place on 3/8/2015. As of this date I have not received any documentation regarding the claim. I keep getting the run around from the claims department and the claims adjuster. They say they are sending a letter, but I never receive it. Each week that I call they keep stating just hold on they have to wait. They don't tell me why I have to continue to wait for the replacement of my car of which they totaled. I only want the Blue Book Fair market value of my 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. About $2,000. I was this resolved so I can stop riding the bus and borrowing cars to get to work. The Adjuster [redacted] is never available. ###-###-####. My Claim number is 2[redacted]52.This is the worst experience with an insurance company I have ever encountered.Desired Settlement: I would like this claim settled for the amount of my car value which is about $2,000.I would like it settled now.

Review: I recently got in a car accident on 09/24/2014 and this insurence has yet to recently resolve issue. The claimant has the same insurance as I do. The claimant rearended my car in the freeway and took fault but insurance company closed the case without me even talking to a representative or a adjuster. I have never spoken with anyone and have been trying to get a hold of them left them voicemails and no response back from them.Desired Settlement: I want them to get my car fixed since I was not at fault. Review: I was involved in a car accident in which the person that hit my car had Alliance Insurance. I received a letter dated 8/26 from the above insurance company stating that their client had assume responsibility for the accident and ask for me to contact the claim adjustor name [redacted] to get my car repair. I have been calling her since I first received the letter and all I get is her voice mail in which I have left several messages and I have not received a call back. I called their 800 number on 9/25 and I was told that [redacted] would be the only person that could help me. I told them that I have been trying to get a hold of her for about 3 weeks at that time and they said that she should had gotten back to me within 24 hours of receiving my voice mail and that they were going to email her and have her contact me. It is now 9/29 and I have not yet gotten a call back from her. This is pretty upsetting since this is the car that I use to get my kids around and my car blinkers are not working properly since the accident.I am a school teacher and it is very difficult for me to try to make all this phone calls during their business hours and it is upsetting that even after all the hassle I put into making the phone call I don't get an answer or at least a call back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a call back from Diane Aery so that I could get my car repair as soon as possible. My car blinkers are not working properly due to the accident and this is the car I drive my kids around. In conclusion all I want to is to get my car repair as soon as possible.

Review: After cancelling my auto insurance policy online and in writing on January 1, 2014, Alliance United Insurance continues to deduct the monthly premium ($70.99) from my checking account. I called customer service on two occasions and they said they had received the cancellation in writing and online, confirmed that they will stop deducting from my bank account and refund all monies. Despite their customer service agent's claims, they continue to withdrawal money from my account 2 months after I cancelled my policy.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded that they withdrew from my account after I cancelled my auto insurance policy on January 1, 2014 (effective January 29, 2014). The total refund should equal $111.77.

A letter was mailed to you on December 5, 2013 advising your email request was not acceptable as we require a written request signed by the named insured. We received the signed request on January 17, 2014 and your policy was cancelled prorate effective January 18, 2014.

The premium payments were electronically debited from your account approximately the 10th day of the month. The cancellation request was processed on 2/11/2014 and effective January 18, 2014. The payment for January and February were automatically debited prior to processing the cancellation.

Review: I was involved in a car accident, 2/19/15. I was sitting at a red light, when a woman accelerated into the rear of my car. The woman's insurance card, showed she was covered until 5/19/15 with Alliance United Insurance Company, which is based in Camarillo California. When I called in the accident to her insurance company, the representative, [redacted], conveyed to me in a threatening manner all the things they wouldn't do for me. As my car wasn't drivable, I dropped it off at an auto shop right after the accident. The Alliance United Rep, conveyed to me to immediately pick up my car, and hold onto it until they had completed their investigation, which could take weeks, because they wouldn't pay for the storage fees the auto shop would charge, and they wouldn't pay for my rental car either. I confirmed with the auto shop, that they don't charge storage fees. Alliance United just sent me a letter stating this woman wasn't insured at the time of my accident, so they won't pay of anything,,,even the $3400 repair fees that my insurance company AAA had to pay. I had to pay out of pocket the $750 rental car fees because it took over 3 weeks to repair my car. I didn't cause this accident, yet my insurance company had to pay for my repair, and I had to pay for my rental car. How does an insurance company get out of their responsibility to pay for this, when her Insurance card was valid at the time of the accident? The Alliance United Rep, from the first moment on the call with him, they had no intention of paying anything, and threatened me, was rude, and aggressive. He didn't care if my son or I were even injured in the accident. Please make sure if you are looking to buy insurance, you don't buy anything from this corrupt company that doesn't stand behind their service. They also hire, aggressive, rude representatives, who are obviously trained to conduct themselves in this rude manner. I have the recordings of him stating "This is how it will go down...you won't strong arm me"Desired Settlement: I would like this company to pay for my rental car fees of $750. I didn't cause this accident and I shouldn't have to pay 1 cent for any of the fees from this accident. I pay my insurance like a good citizen, so I shouldn't have to pick up the bill for the rental car...Along with a check to cover the rental car fees, I had to pay, I would also like a letter of apology from the president of this company, with his steps to either fire [redacted], or retrain him, or move him into a position.

Thanks so much for sending a message to this company, I do hope they will step up to the plate and accept responsibility and liability for the woman they insure, who caused the accident...right now she and Alliance United haven't spend one cent in repairing my car or reimbursing me the rental car bill I had to pay. I checked the Alliance website, and there are so many people in the exact same situation as I...you should review them....based on that, I have no idea how they have a good rating...with Revdex.com.

Review: It has been four weeks exactly today since I was hit by one of this companies insured vehicles. I have placed 37 phone calls to them in that time. First to the adjuster that was supposed to be handling my claim. ([redacted] at ext 3587) I never received a call back although her message says she will reply within 24 hours. If she does not, to call her supervisor James at ext. 3603.After a week and ten messages ([redacted] has not once been available to take a call) I miraculously reached James, LIVE! He told me there was a problem with coverage and the client. I asked why no one had bothered to return my call with that information. The next day [redacted] called and regurgitated exactly what James had told me. Two more weeks of messages to both [redacted] and James and not one return call. The insured and I have been talking,emailing and texting, and HE is having the exact same problem with them. I finally called the supervisors supervisor Don at ext. 3667 and, received his voice mail. My message was simple, Why, after four weeks do I not know what your company is planning to do about my claim? At this point I just need to know how I need to proceed. My car has been racking up daily storage fees at the shop. Finally, today, [redacted] called to tell me, once again, that the insured is not cooperating. I have been in almost daily contact with the insured since the day of the accident. He has told me everything they have asked for, when they have sent it. They have send me copies of the documents that United Alliance is saying the have not received.37 messages in 28 days and only two returned calls. One, three days after the accident and one today, twenty-eight days after. AND - they are still "investigating"$2700.00 is the estimate by my shop . Yes, that is a lot but - they sent an inspector, he took pictures and did a report. I've asked for his report several times and they will not even acknowledge that someone went to see the vehicle. The shop owner is the one that told me.Desired Settlement: I need this company to do what it is being paid to do - cover the cost of repair to my vehicle cause by one of their covered vehicles. OR at the very least tell me no and explain, in writing exactly why not.I will need that information to take to small claims. What I want is - my car back and working like it did before it was hit!

Review: Catalytic Converters were stolen from my 2006 Toyota Sequoia which was "Full Covered" under Alliance United Insurance Services company based in Camarillo, California. I filed an insurance claim for the totality of the catalytic's replacement charge. Which in the Toyota dealership would cost over $4000. A couple weeks later I receive a notice from the insurance company explaining they would only give me $1100 INCLUDING my $500 deductible. I contacted the agent in charge of my insurance claim to let them know I was unhappy with their offer and I let them know I was expecting a "Full Cover". I received no reply from then on, and I left various messages on the agent's answering machine. Horrible coverage and extremely horrible costumer service.Desired Settlement: I demand my expenses to be covered in full for the vandalism done to my automobile which I repeat, is under "Full Cover" insurance. $4090

I am in the process of a claim through them right now. I have called the lady assigned to me every single day and left a voicemail every single day for the past TWO WEEKS!!!!! I have even called her manager and he has also failed to call me back. My window will not close completely because of the accident and it is now starting to rain. If any of my property gets damaged due to the rain you better believe I am taking them to court to get everything replaced. I have been in too many car accidents unfortunately (none ever my fault) and this is by far with no hesitation the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.

Review: I was involved in a rear end collision with an Alliance United member on 12/31/2014. My car has been totaled out by the field adjuster that looked at my vehicle on 1/6/2015. I have called Alliance Multiple times, only getting voicemails and being hung up on. It is a month that I have been without a vehicle since Alliance WILL NOT cover the cost of a rental car up front.I hAve left several voicemails to claim adjusters and supervisors and yet never getting a return call. They didn't even get a statement from their client until 1/23/2015. Wish is past the 10 days given to report a claim.Desired Settlement: I want to hAve a rental car pages for upfront by Alliance United and all my medical bills paid off including my lawyer I hired. After being in a car accident for the first time Alliance has made the experiance even more stressful. Having Alliance is like not having insurance at all, After having police reports and witness that proved the accident was not my fault, I had to make all the calls, drive places to get estimates. Oh my Agent? yea she spoke to me once and I never heard from her again, I called her so many times that her voicemail box is now full. Supervisors and managers? HA good luck getting a hold of those. So what do I get for PAYING them to cover me.

1) USELESS insurance

2) USELESS associates

3) A $700 bill for damages that weren't even my fault.

This is a poor excuse of an insurance.

Review: On 2/05/14 My scion xb caught on fire right in front of my house 5 feet away from my front door.. This fire was accidental there was no vandalism involved.. I contacted My insurance "Alliance United" Camarillo Ca.To file a claim. On 2/07/14 the adjuster Teolt Goitia contacted me to get my recorded testimony and the evaluator showed up the same day.. The Evaluator declared the car a total loss. [redacted] had my car towed to one of his facilities to get it inspected by one of his inspectors to find out the cause of the fire.. [redacted] said it wouldn't take more than 7 days for him to finish his report and call me back... Its 4/17/14 already and he hasn't called me back... I have called him and left him around 50 messages, I have sent emails as well and nothing... I tried calling Alliance United Ins. Customer service and all they say is "I'm gonna put a note for him so he can contact you a.s.a.p." they say they cant do nothing about it that only the adjuster "[redacted]" can settle this.. The company is still charging me for insurance on this car... They say that if I stop paying insurance for this car it might affect my claim and that theres a possibility that they can reimburse me for this but its not guaranteed.. So apparently they just want me to forget about it and let it go but that is not gonna happen... My car was right in front of my house my parents and younger baby were inside they shouldn't even think this wasdone intentionally ... What they are doing is done on purpose but not what happened to me.. .Desired Settlement: I just want them to call me back and replace or pay for my car as I have full coverage (still paying insurance for a car I no longer have) I was never late on payments and again this was not my fault...

Alliance United Insurance is by far the worst insurance company that anyone could ever get to cover their vehicle. They simply do not do what they promise that they will upon signing up. My car was involved in a hit and run while parked on the street. I came out to my car after work and my front bumper was broken. Therefore I called my insurance in order to get my car fixed and the process has been strenuous. They do no return phone calls. They take several days to send appraisers, and take several days to actually see about getting your car fixed! Not to mention , that I am covered for a rental, I mentioned that part and this is when they decided to inform me that I AM supposed to get the rental myself and they'll just pay me back....hmmm and I wonder how long that would take. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone . These people simply do not care enough about you to try to accommodate you. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Claim Number:[redacted]r: [redacted] On Nov 21st I was rear ended by one of there policy holders. I called and reported my claim to them. Over the phone they were very nice and appeared to want to help and get this resolved. They assigned a Claims Adjuster and an someone to inspect the car.

The inspector was out very quickly I went over all the damage, and was told that the Adjuster([redacted]) would contact me in 24/38 hours. Well here we are more than 2 weeks in and I have not heard anything. I left 5 messages, and had the receptionist send an email.

It seems that if you call the only thing you can do is leave a voice mail, or have someone send an email. They will NOT get back to you in a timely fashion.

The worst part is that people are getting more feedback here leaving negative comments than you do trying to call in.

So do I get to submit an invoice for all of my time wasted trying to track down a claim.

If you are hit by someone with Alliance, tell them you want money from them right then an there. Because you might not get it from Alliance, and if you do you will have spend more time hunting them down then it was worth.

Same as all the other reviews. A person insured by this company rear ended my new 2015 vehicle (not even two weeks since I bought it). Called, got a claimed, sent me to get an estimate. So I thought things were going to go smoothly. After the estimate, no one has contacted me. I have called several times to talk to adjuster, but no answer, just voicemail. Talked to others said, they will relay the message, and still nothing. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Worst part is before the estimate, they couldn't locate the other driver that hit me. I just want my new car fixed.

Review: At that night due to work on freeway there were activities for Lanes closure. Therefore a Police Officer Car in advance start driving

zigzag to slow down the Traffic. When I approach the work Area, near Harbor Blvd. Exit., the Traffic speed has been reduced to about 5 miles an hour.

At this time Mr. [redacted] without slowing down run to back of my Car and caused big damage to my Car. Mr. [redacted] came to me with Sorry and told me that, there is something wrong with his Car Accelerator, that,why he was not able to control his Car speed and avoid the accident. He said that, recently the Accelerator has been repaired. He took responsibility for the accident and damages to my Car. While we were exchanging the information 2 Police Officers came and looked at our Cars. Since there was no injury or complain they left. On

August 09, 2013, I got 2 Estimates in amount of $1013.28 and $901.80 . I used the lower Estimate to fix my Car. The Alliance United lnsurance Company sent their own Contractor to check my Car. Some days later MS. [redacted] informed me that, she will send 2 Checks in amount of $680.68 to fix my Car and $75.00 for Car rental. I asked her to not send me any check and she should pay the correct

cost directly to the service provider. She send me the checks any way. I immediately returned the above Checks back to her. Since my Car was less then a Year old, I made it clear to Ms. [redacted] that, the repair of my Car must be done with new original Honda Parts ,any recondition or after Market part unacceptable. Besides I do not know the Car repair how long will take. I told the lnsurance should pay the actual cost directly to Body Shop and Car rental Company. ln course of our communications several times, I requested for a referral to a Car rental Company that, may have better rate for lnsurance Companies. Unfortunately She failed to do that. ln order to resolve this problem I contact her many times by certified Letters and Phone calls. Finally on second Week of October 2013, She promised to contact Michael, s Body Shop for approval of new original parts by Honda. She made a contact to Shop and therefore on October 14, 2013, I rent a Car from Hertz and I dropped of my Car for repair at Michael,s Body Shop. Next day Mr. Michael called and informed me that, he did not receive a written approval for Honda original parts. He said if Ms. [redacted] expect to give up my rightful discount on parts, she is wrong. He said that, all Shop owners has a privilege to get discount on parts. As he mentioned the parts charges

always are based on the list price and all lnsurance Companies knows about that. He also said that, according to Market Labor, his

rate is very low and his original Estimate is the final and stand at $901.80. At this point already I had the rental Car and I disappointed with insurance misleading promise. I asked Mr. Michael to go head and fix my Car with new parts and I will pay him directly. On October 19,2013 the repair has been done and I paid $901.80 by my Credit Card. Some day later the Hertz Car rental Company called me

that, the Alliance lnsurance declined to pay for Car rental. They had my Credit Card on file and charged me $259.14 for Car rental. On October 22,and October 30,2013, I sent the Receipts of payment in amount of $1160.94 to Alliance Unite lnsurance. So far I never heard any response. The

following Documents for your information are enclosed :

1/ An Estimate by all Magic Paint and Body ( 2 pages).

2/ An Estimate by Michael Body Shop ( one page).

3/ Copy of Credit Card Receipt in amount of $901.80.

4/ Copy of Michael Body Shop original Estimate which the Shop owner by a remark acknowledged of full payment based on his original Estimate. He also specifiedthat, the repair has been done with new original Honda parts.

5/ Copy of Moss Bros Honda invoice for new parts.

6/ Copy of 3 page invoices by Hertz Car rental Company (2pages).

I have copy of all Letters and other related Documents. lwill be happy to send you if necessary. ln the past several Months, I was not available to pursue this matter. This lnsurance Company cost me so much time and expenses. They failed to take care of their responsibility. All I

asked them that, my Car should be repair properly. At this time I only want them to pay the total amount of $'1160.94 which I paid for repair and Car rental. Received a voice mail and left my information to call me back requesting additional information to find a claim number which would help assist with his issue. Review: My son was involved in accident on 12/06/15, with a driver who has insurance with Alliance United. After contacting them we were provided with a claim number #29**42 and adjuster's name. After multiple calls and messages and having nobody return our calls. I contacted the company again requested supervisor contact information. Again after multiple calls daily contacted company again was told they return calls by the next business day, which is untrue. I was provided an email for the supervisor sent her an email. Still no contact continued to be patient calling multiple times a day leaving messages. My son finally got a call from adjuster and statement was given. I continued to call to get status updates no answer no return calls. Finally get a return call from supervisor states adjuster is out until January 4th and that they have statements, police reports and that they have seen my son's vehicle and have an estimate on repairs. I waited until January 5, 2016. Have called every day left messages to both adjuster and supervisor no return calls. I went on YELP and Facebook to write a negative comment on 01/11/2016 and finally received a call from supervisor stating they still are waiting to get their insured's statement. Meanwhile no rental car was offered our insurance opened and closed the claim. This company just seems to find any reason to delay the claims process. All the reviews state similar experiences with them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to process the claim quit delaying the process it has been 30+ days since the accident. My son has been without a vehicle,the car has been at the body shop who is waiting to hear back on how to proceed.

I am rejecting this response because:I received K[redacted]'s 51 second voicemail on 01/11/2016. We did not have a 6 minute conversation, I returned her call and left her a message that same day. I then called again on the morning 01/12/2016 and left both her and A[redacted] Cree a message. I then tried later in the afternoon on 01/12/2016 and again left them both a message. I have also again reached out to both of them today 01/13/2016 with no answer and again have left them a message. I do not appreciate being blatantly being lied to. How can K[redacted] say we had a 6 minute conversation, when I have the voicemail on my phone. My frustration just continues to grow due to the lack of response from the people who are handling the claim. I was patient and understanding in the beginning because I am in the insurance business and familiar with the claims process. Yet when their phone messages state they will return my call by the end of next business day and one, two and 5 days go by without a response that is when my patience wears thin and I feel that my only choice is to go on social media sights and complain in order to get a reply. Which is what happened on 01/11/2016 I made a review on YELP and posted on your business Facebook page. Where within less than an hour I had a response on both sites asking for my claim and phone number. Which I believe is the only reason K[redacted] called me and left a voicemail.

Our records reflect A[redacted], our assigned adjuster spoke directly you Gerardo today, here is the information from our claim file: We explained that we are going to accept majority on the claim and willing to settle the claim at 80%. He accepted that and asked what would happen now explained that the claim has been sent to our t/l department to settle the t/l portion of the claim. he understood and accepted it. We understand he is the owner of the vehicle and that total loss would settle with him directly as he is the owner of the vehicle.He stated that he understood, we explained would have to get the vehicle moved from the facility as we would not owe for the storage he understood. I am rejecting this response because:THIS IS A TOTAL LIE. YES THE ADJUSTER CONTACTED MY SON TODAY 01/14/16 BUT MY SON ASKED THAT THEY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH ME. HE DID NOT AGREE TO THE SETTLEMENT AND HE DID NOT SAY NOT TO CONTACT ME. IN FACT HE STATED THAT THEY SHOULD CONTACT HIS AGENT, WHICH IS ME. HE THEN CONTACTED ME RIGHT AFTER TALKING WITH ANDREW, IN TURN I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH ANDREW AND KAREN LARSEN. ANDREW THEN CALLED ME AND IN A VERY CONDECSCINDING TONE SPOKE WITH ME ABOUT HOW HE CAME TO HIS DECISION. I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT AGREEING TO THE DECISION AS FARMERS ADJUSTER HAD REVIEWED THE SAME INFORMATION AS HE HAD AND MY SON WAS NOT LIABILE FOR ANY PART OF THE ACCIDENT. ANDREW TOLD ME IT WAS HIS DECISION AND BASICALLY THAT WAS THAT. I ONCE AGAIN ASKED ABOUT RENTAL CAR SINCE THEY HAVE NOT EVEN OFFERED THAT AND MY SON SHOULD HAVE HAD ONE SINCE 12/07/15. ANDREW STATED IT MAY BE SOMETHING THEY WOULD CONSIDER AS LOSS OF USE BUT WOULD NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING AT THE MOMENT. AS EACH DAY GOES BY WITH THIS CLAIM PROCESS I GROW MORE AND MORE FRUSTRATED WITH ALLIANCE UNITED AND IT'S REPRESENATIVES. HOW YOU CAN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT SOMEONE SPOKE TO ME ON A CERTAIN DATE FOR 6 MINUTES AND HAVE THAT BE UNTRUE AND NOW SAY MY SON HAS AGREED TO SOMETHING AND SAID YOU DID NOT NEED TO SPEAK TO ME WHICH IS MORE LIES. HOW AND WHY ALLIANCE UNITED THINKS THEY CAN JUST CLAIM A BUNCH OF LIES IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO OR TAKEN AS A FOOL. STOP WITH THE LIES AND JUST GET THE CLAIM CLOSED. I AM EMAILING ANDREW A SIGNED LETTER FROM MY SON GIVING ME THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THE DECISIONS ON THIS CLAIM. I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO EXPEDITE THE CLAIM PROCESS TO LET US KNOW IF THIS LETTER WAS ALL THEY NEED TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY THEY COULD HAVE HAD IT FROM DAY ONE. I HAVE NOT AGREED TO ANY OF THE SETTLEMENT AND NEITHER HAS MY SON WE WILL NOT UNTIL SPEAKING FURTHER WITH OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND REVIEWING ALLIANCES SETTLEMENT TERMS. Review: On Oct. 23rd 2015 my wife was in a car accident where her vehicle was hit by an insured driver for ALLIANCE UNITED INSURANCE COMPANY. Today is now 30 days later & my vehicle is still sitting crashed & not drive able. I have called this insurance company over 30 times in the last 30 days & the agent never calls me back (Aurora Cabral) & I have left the supervisor (D[redacted]) at least 10 messages asking for a call back as of today nothing. I had to get the Police report (there was a Parked CHP officer that witnessed the accident) & send it to them. My car only has liability insurance & my insurance company has called them several times & complain to me that they don't call them back either. I finally after waiting on hold for over an hour got Aurora Cabral on the phone & she was rude raised her voice at me & then sent me to David's Voicemail for yet another non returned phone call. This is the worst experience of my life. I have a police report showing there insured driver is at fault & they are blowing us off & giving us a run around. I fell like they just don't want to pay up & now my car still not drive able & I am stuck after 30 days still waiting for something as far as a resolution. With a police report that shows there driver is at fault. I don't understand how you run a business like this & I would never recommend anyone us this bogus insurance company as im sure they are quick to take your money when a payment is due but cannot even return a phone call or pay out when there at fault. I will be going to the DMV & reporting them as well as the insurance board & leaving bad reviews like this whatever it takes to get my vehicle fixed. there at fault period. all I want is this resolved & over with there is enough stress when I'm trying to find rides to a & from work but I cannot even get a phone call back!!! 30 days later & still nothing in writing or a returned phone call I feel is way way to long & I belive by law I am suppose to have something in writing within 30 days !!!!Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle fixed or Payed out & I want some sort of a resolution & some sort of action taken again this company. there is no why I cannot get a returned phone call I keep calling & I have done all the work I got them the accident report. the fact that I have all the proof & they don't want to fix it is not right. I would like a call from the Person in charge above D[redacted] & A[redacted]) they are horrible at follow up. Want this done & over with & finished up.

process and advise you our liability investigation was incomplete at that time.Our phone system recorded three incoming calls from

###-###-####All three calls were placed on 11/25/2015Our insured has a valid policy in force for the date of

loss and we believe our insured was at fault for this loss. We have received the

estimate of repairs and photographs on your vehicle. The extent of damages to

your vehicle reveal a total loss. Aurora has submitted a request for an evaluation

of your vehicles “actual cash value” and once it arrives we will extend our off

to settle the total loss of your vehicle.This loss was reported to us on 10/28/2015 and we

concluded our liability investigation within 30 days. We understand you elected

not to purchase collision coverage on your own vehicle with your carrier.
