Just wanted to say a few words about our dear friend Darrell [redacted]. Darrell has helped us refinance our home twice now. He has always been most helpful in making sure we have felt , completely comfortable in the choices we've made. He has always answered all of our questions and made us feel, he personally cared. I am a former career Army officer and physician now practicing privately and developing a biotech startup company. I have moved many times during my career and been through this process more times than I ever wanted - this is our 8th home in some 25 years. I have never felt moved to let anyone know of such an efficient and professional experience until now. In fact our original closing on this home directly from the builder using Veterans United was a complete nightmare. Words can hardly express how hard they worked to keep things moving and keep me informed against the challenge of me traveling for the holidays and business as well as the loan being sold during the process to Cenlar. I will recommend them without reservation to friends and colleagues in the future.

I recently refinanced my home with Allied First Bank. The process couldn't have been easier. The agents were very helpful, and we were able to get all paperwork processed and closed in no time. Hats off to loan officer Chris [redacted] for getting everything aligned and Ashley [redacted] for processing. Customer focus was second to none throughout the entire process.

Mr. [redacted]  I am sorry you were not able to make your August mortgage payment, after we advised you to do so in mid August while trying to refinance your VA loan.  We have not broken any laws as you indicate in your complaint.  The lender we sent your loan file to disclosed to you changes in loan terms promptly after they made they changes.  This was completed within 3 days of making those changes,  We have authorized the refund of your late payment fees as indicated.  Thanks, [redacted]

Could not have asked for a better mortgage broker then Mr. [redacted] He was very proffesional and knowledgeable about the mortgege business. He took the time to explain how the refinance process worked in terms that I could understand. Also my processor was equally efficient in the loan process. Darrell stepped me through the entire process and even helped with some problems I had with my local title and insurance company. The rates he got for me were the lowest available anywhere and with zero points where other banks charged more points too.

Enjoyed my experience with Allied First Bank .The brokers were knowledgeable and efficient I was able to do a VA Refinance with a Energy Efficiency Mortgage instrument wich I used to replace my old windows with new low e replacements wich lowerd my electric bill by 35 percent a month while lowering my interest rates to 3.3 FIX 30yr .
