refinance loans we have completed recently as rates have dropped, are VA streamline IRRRLs with no appraisal. This one slipped through the cracks as our business has substantially increased. At times we are able to get a VA approval for a condo complex, but sounds like this one didn't work out. I was very skeptical when I first called about this VA rate reduction loan. I talked to senior loan officer Sandra [redacted] when I got the letter in the mail. She talked me through the process and was very professional the entire time of the loan. She always answered any questions I had and did such a great job. I was very please with the helpful, attentive, and proactive attitude of my representative. She shepherded me and the other actors involved through the process, negotiating pitfalls and delays as they arose, and keeping us on track. She was extremely helpful in identifying requirements and relaying documents to and from me as they became available.
