I order to products back in the end of September I need to change a size so I emailed their “supportaplineoitdoorstore.com” a bunch of times and have not gotten a response Also, I know that the freebie products are high demand so apparently they have not shipped yet My issue is them not returning emails I would like to know status If my item hasn’t shipped yet they should be able to change the size!!!! My apologies, I’m just frustrated Order #’s *** & *** Thanks

It should get zero starsI also ordered the free backpack and paid $in shippingThat was back in July 23rd and have not yet received itI also emailed and texted them with no response; called the number from where I got the first text thanking me for the purchase and it is a non-working numberAlso, checked the USPS tracking number and it says the label has been created, but not yet in the system Checked my bank and have not received a refundIt is clear this is a scam and if it is not then I don't know what the problem isLesson learned, I will NEVER purchase from them again and at least I hope they use my (and other's) money for a good cause

I ordered the free Alpine Explorer Backpack on August 21, As advertised on the ***, I paid shipping My payment of $was made through Amazon pay I received a confirmation email saying it would be 3-weeks I have not received the product nor heard from them I posted this issue on their site yesterday and there was no reply

Why are they allowed to keep doing this? They’re stealing money from people over and over again, with plenty of evidence, and nothing happens

Customer Support is horrible I ordered something almost days ago never recieved a confirmation number, no email, no tracking number but they debit my account immeditaly and no one ever returned my emails concerning this matter either
