Alpine Outdoor Store is a front for fraudulent transactions and they are doing it for $a popYou will never get your product - nor get a response from the companyThank goodness I have Purchase Protection thru my payment method because I want my $backI WORK for my moneyGlad this lesson was at the very least affordable

I fell for the backpack scammultiple emails sent to their support email without response, no shipping details, no communication, goodbye cashAwful company, avoid them!

On August 7,I “purchased” two backpacks or a fee of $The company sent a confirmation email indicating shipping would be in 3-weeks On September I emailed company to inquire about status of order - to this date I have not received a response nor have I received the items ordered

I also ordered the backpack back in October It's been monthsI paid for shipping, and despite emailing them, I never heard from them againI think we should all be getting refunds

they take your money and no product is ever delivered, you can only write emails that get dismissed and still no refund or product I have wrote them several emails and no responseI WANT MY MONEY BACK !

Unfortunately I fell for it tooJust remember if it seems too good to be true it isThis is a fake company scamming you into sending them shipping charges for "free" itemsThey do not respond to attempts to contactYou receive an email saying they are backed up and you'll receive a confirmation email once items shipLet me tell you, you never get that email or your itemsFAKE COMPANY!

Customer Support is horrible I ordered something almost days ago never recieved a confirmation number, no email, no tracking number but they debit my account immeditaly and no one ever returned my emails concerning this matter either

In August I took advantage of the free backpack deal but instead I feel like I got taken advantage ofI paid $shipping almost months ago and have not received anything, not even and email regarding shipping or delay I tried to contact customer service via email as I can’t find a phone number anywhere but my emails keep bouncing back as undeliverableThis seems like nothing more than a heist

ZERO STARS! Only chose because it’s “required” :-( Most unresponsive company I’ve ever dealt with I’ve ordered times and have received NO items and NO RESPONSE to their customer service email that states a “reaponse within hours” Definitely won’t recommend and will not order again

I order knapsacks from this company and was charged on 9/20/I never got a shipping email or received the products I orderedThey do not have a phone number for customer service and there is absolutely no reply to any email inquiries I have made, and I have made multiple attempts to contact themThis company is fraudulent by charging me for items not receivedI want the product or a refund but cannot contact anyone for help

I placed an order months ago Payment cleared my account immediately I am still waiting for the order I have sent emails asking for an update There has been no reply I will be submitting a VISA dispute/chargeback next week

I purchased a backpack on waited weeks as the website stated and started reaching out to the company through email supportIt took two emails before a response and they stated my item was being shippedhowever after searching the tracking number provided, USPS stated the label was printed but never sent to USPS to be shippedI have continued to send emails to support with no responseI now have started a claim through PayPal to get my money backNot to mention my trip I wanted the bag for has already pastThis is a scam, be careful!!

They suck!! Eight weeks tried contacting multiple times, no reply no product no infoHow can I reach them to complain???
