I similarly have ordered products from the website and have not yet received communication in regards to my orderThe payment was sent on 10/13/I also was unable to find any contact information to determine what the status is on my order

I ordered something from them on August My credit card was charged on August I reached out on September alerting them that I was still waiting for my product - no response It's now October and I'm still waiting for the product or ANY communication

This company claims they are "proudly family owned and operated in Portland Oregon" yet their products ship from China, with cheap materials and foreign languages printed on themThey were offering a "promotion" where you only pay shipping and handling to receive one of their backpacksI paid for the shipping for two, only received one, and it honestly was barely worth the $I paidDisgustingNo response when I emailed their "customer support" emailDO NOT BUY FROM THEM

In July, I ordered a product that was estimated to ship in 3-weeksThe email confirmation stated that I would receive another email with a tracking number once the item shippedAfter seven weeks and no word, I contacted support, which is only available via email (there's no phone number or physical address provided)I waited another couple of weeks and tried emailing again, twiceI also messaged them on *** (which tells you automatically to send an email) and commented on a post asking for assistanceI still have received zero communication from the company, but I see that they have now turned off messaging, commenting, and reactions on their *** pagePrevious comments (of which there were other complaints and requests for shipping updates) are no longer visibleThis company appears to be engaged in fraudulent activities
