I have contacted this company three times and have received no responseI ordered a backpack, which was advertised as free, just pay $for shippingI ordered it in September 2018, my order number is # ***I have asked for a refund or the backpack to be shipped, but can not get a response

I placed an order for one of their "freebies" on Sept Since their FAQs state the shipping can take between 3-weeks, I waitedWhen the order was still listed as "unfulfilled" online by week 7, I tried to reach out to them via their support emailAfter total emails, all with without a response, I searched for them on social mediaMade several commentsFinally, on Nov 1, they responded to me via email (and did the same on social media), saying they had an issue with their email and that my order will be "taken care of" in a day or I never received a tracking numberAnd now, days later, still nothingI've followed up again a few times on social media and emailThey now have deleted ALL my comments on their social media posts requesting a tracking numberBut still no response via emailFrom other complaints here and social media, it is clear I am not the only one and they are likely running a fake business and taking people's money

I ordered the free backpack (pay shipping only)I still have never received the backpack but was charged for the shipping of something I never receivedThis goes back to Sept 9thI would appreciated being refunded the shipping cost asap!
