My order was placed on 08/21/with the confirmation stating a processing time of 3-weeksIt is now 10/25/18, still no packageI emailed customer service, no responseWhile I understand there is a wait for a product that I’m only paying shipping for (which the amount they’re charging for shipping is likely the cost of the merchandise), but deliver the product within the time promisedIf they had quoted weeks, I wouldn’t be complaining

This order was placed 9/08/
I have emailed the company twice regarding when I can expect my item and if I can have a tracking number
No reply has been made
I understand that the terms for shipping are 3-weeks, but at least some acknowledgment in regards to a reply would be a good business practice, don't you think?

I think I never received my backpack I ordered back in august which took money from my
paypal account and you have more on *** right now where is my order?

I have tried to contact this company about an order I place in August Like others, they said that they contacted me, but I have not received an answer I regularly check my spam, but they have not contacted me I know the product was free and I paid the shipping, but this is outrageous and I am totally disgusted with this company

I ordered my freebies on Sept 20, 2018, and have still not received any shipping information I have emailed their customer service dept at least times with no response ever Definitely a scam and pitiful way to conduct business They should be ashamed of themselves

I ordered "free " jacket Sept7, Have not heard a word from Alpine Outdoors Never even got a tracking number , but they took my money .....and you can't get in touch with anyone ! Lesson learned!!....Please leave a star rating , seriously None of the above but had to ck one to get out
