I am rejecting this response because: Their record of my notification of the termination of their services is just a self serving made up story.As we use an outside accounting service, we did not know of the continued billing of our bank until we were terminating the outside accountant.A legitimate firm would quickly refund these overcharges in good faith.If I Payments continues to stonewall our request for refund, I'll be sure to warn the several hundred small businesses in Vermont about using this predatory firm

Hello, iPayment acknowledges the concern for local businesses.  Although e-mails and the merchant were signed by the principal, we would like to continue doing business with On The Fly Service Guide. We will credit the $19.95; however, the $7.95 is a debit which is handled by Authorize.Net....

This account has been open an active since October 2009. No information ever received requesting closure.  We will close account and waive collections balance.  No further funds will be refunded.

We will close & waive early termination fee as a courtesy on the iPayment acct, however we have no aithority to assist with 3rd party issues.

requested for verification, along with financials that would support the volume. Funds can be held up to 270 days per the merchant agreement for exceeding the approved volume.  We released all of the funds back to the merchant on 1/8/16. The merchant is still processing on this account daily, and has had no other issues. Although we try to work all accounts in a timely manner, it appears this account was held at the peak of the holiday season on 12/23/15. This time of year tends to have a longer lag time due to the volume of accounts being worked.

I am not yet approving this response because:1.  It was made perfectly clear on the original phone call I received that we did not have a high volume of credit card business, that we do use a merchant processor, but we do not use a physical terminal.  I was told that none of this was an issue and all I had to do was meet with the representative to be eligible for the $100 offer.2.  Mr. McAdams' phone call was never disconnected, not by me anyway.  It is possible he reached the other owner at an inopportune time; we do deal with animals after all.3.  I appreciate that iPayment Inc. is willing to make this right by issuing me a check per the offer I received; however, I would prefer the case to remain open until this check has been received.  Reasons:  The original company response sounded like they were denying the offer ever existed.  It is impossible to reach anyone at this company by phone or e-mail.  I simply do not trust them... yet!  After I have received the $100 as promised, I will gladly accept the businesses response and close this case out as acceptable.I hope this is a mutually beneficial resolution to this case.  I will await the check as promised; it can be mailed to the address below:3 Palms Zoo LLC[redacted] Blackbird Forest RdClayton, DE  19938

Hello, we understand the concern for your business.On or about 6/29/15, the merchant account, F[redacted] Video, was set up to process credit cards. iPayment allows businesses to use credit card services and deposits funds into Merchant Accounts. On page 3 of the Merchant Agreement, a Schedule of Fees...

is given to the merchant so the merchant knows the actual rates and fees. Unfortunately these month end fees are used to keep the Merchant Account open and active and the fees can not be reversed. Please call ###-###-#### between 6am PST and 6pm PST to cancel the account.

After careful consideration with the Independent Sales Office, Global Core Solution, iPayment will leave First Class Ultra Lounge & Restaurant on a seasonal hold for $11.00 a month until the merchant is ready to process. iPayment will waive PCI fees and Annual Fees on behalf of Global Core Solutions. Once the account is ready to process, the merchant, Alfonzo, will reactivate the account with a $10.00 Statement Fee and Monthly Minimum. However, this does not solve the lost money and further payment to terminate the lease agreement. I will call the number provided and talk to them. What course of action should I take if they will not come to a reasonably agreement?

I am rejecting this response because: On page 2 of the contract it was stated this was a month to month account and the fee schedule was crossed out by Mr. M[redacted] who stated these fees did not apply.  I previously requested a copy of the statements since July and was given the contract, which I already have a copy of.  It clearly states in the notes No contract, month to month, no annual fees, no PCI Compliance fees, free loaner terminal and no business verification fees.  Yet I was still charged a "fee" and without access to the statements, I cannot determine what "fee" is being assessed.  On the top portion of page 2 there were multiple fees crossed out and notes below stating the fees were not to be assessed on this account.  Please advise.

the client had a customer dispute (chargeback) in the amount of $4879.99 on 4/13/15. Additionally, client will need to provide specifics to match the total quoted of $4969.47 as this does not match any transaction ledger in our system.As with the previous response to the case #10636097. This client posed a high risk to our business and his merchant account was closed. Client was running sales outside of the limits approved, selling products prohibited and received many large customer disputes (chargebacks).As this client has filed multiple cases under the same context, we request no further cases to be authorized on this merchant account/business as we have addressed the clients concerns.Thank you.

Funds are to remain held as a security interest for up to 270 days as stipulated in the Merchant Processing Agreement.  However,  we agree that calls should have been returned promptly and this is being addressed.

I am rejecting this response because: it's obvious Ipayment  don't want to return the money in the amount of 2,800 they took out my bank account for the past 3 1/2 years. the way they took it out without me finding out for so long is clever on there part. you think if I was told to close the account a certain way and if not done that way that I would be charge 60.00 a month I wouldn't do it .I remember clearly sending the form to close the account .what I don't recall is the agent kyle hicks  informing me of the 60.00 per month fee if not close. if they are going to take out 60.00 per month you don't think I deserve a least a monthly statement from them. not my bank  so I can be aware of there actions. I guess it didn't cover the paper it was to be printed on or postage. I got several documents  emails and  packages  receive from them they say I never close my account I said yes  .we can go back and forth on this and not get nothing resolve .im in talks with a lawyer I will get my day in court. I have always wanted to go to California. thanks Revdex.com for allowing me to file this complaint against this company.  you should google the many complaints ipayment have receive over the years from hundreds of former clients .I don't see how ipayment can have a Revdex.com accredited rating of an A+ when there is so many complaints.

Hello. The $32.00 was not paid to iPayment as the merchant, Scotte Scooter, rejected our attempt to collect the amount; thus, there is now a balance due on our account. We acknowledge your concern regarding the account being set up fraudulently, so we will waive the collection balance our end. However, there are no refunds since iPayment was never paid the fee due to the business claiming we were unauthorized to collect the funds.
