Okay....this will be the third week in a row I have to call them to tell them they have missed us again!!!! We should get free trash for a month! UGgggg....this is getting old! We ALWAYS have our trash out the night before I saw them drive by about 1:today....thought they would turn around.....maybe we should get new drivers....ones who actually CARE!

The customer canceled service and was advised of date/time to have containers on the curb for pickup We attempted numerous times to retrieve the container, but could not locate it After three attempts, it is our policy to charge for the container As a courtesy we reduced the cost of the container to $instead of $ Please let me know if you have any questions Sincerely, Brenda C [redacted]

Workers broke personal property (trash can)then failed to resolve issue which led to customer having to go by another trash can happened several times

*** *** [redacted] [redacted] Hello I would like add additional information regarding this case, since I filed the complaint this company has charged me a finance charge for now reason would not return my call or email that I sent asking for an explanation for this chargeI went online to pay as I do every month and this what I found When I signed up with this company I made them aware that I had to pay monthly due to fact I only get money once a month and they agreed but now they have charged me an additional chargeI feel that this company is retaliating against because I complainedI called around and they are the only company that services my area so I feel like they are doing this to be spitefulI have attached only invoices that I have from this company and you will see that there was no pass due amount so there is no justification for this extra charge
