After reviewing the account the rate has been the same since the old company has sold their services to us. The information they (old company) gave us is the same we are charging per month for this individual customer. We have guaranteed the old rates for at least a year and have still honored this....

I also reviewed the account for service issues and only came across this one on the 17th of February. There were two other occasions that this customer has contacted us on a Holiday delay schedule and when the accounts first got transferred to us from the old company. As much as we want to provide a great service we always advise our customers if something is a miss to please let us know so we can address it immediately. I have added some notes to the account in regards to the complaint about placement of the containers so we can get that issue resolved as well. We are here in Colorado and strive to provide the best service/customer service to everyone.

A refund was mailed to this customer on August 26, 2016.  This should be resolved.

The refund is currently being processed. The total refund is $73.45. We billed this customer for service from July – October 18th.  It takes approximately 6 weeks for the refund to process.

terms of the financial settlement.  I remain troubled by American Disposal's lack of response to my earlier attempts to resolve this matter and American's failure to follow through with its promises to repay me, as well as its confusing and unsupported business practices.  I believe that American Disposal never would have issued a refund if I had not complained to my bank, the Revdex.com and the [redacted] Attorney General.

I am rejecting this response because: In 206 and 2017 American Disposal also failed to pick up trash on at least 3 occasions. Therefore the full refund for April this year is appropriate.

Customers account was transferred to us during an acquisition with [redacted]. There is no record that she ever cancelled to cancel with them. Account was cancelled with American on September 23rd 2016.  We will need to have something in writing from her current company showing the date...
