Of course their drivers would deny breaking the rules! As a long term customer, I had no idea that I would be treated as if I was lying Looking at *** and other sites, this company has a reputation for being terrible with customer service I am still out money because I had to buy another battery Why is it that the word of the trash company carries more weight than mine? [redacted] We have reviewed the complaint in question We received a call on 1/7/stating their trash cart went missing on 1/2/ We check with our field crew and were advised we did not take the cart in question We will not replacing a cart we did not take This is an unfortunate issue however we will not be responsible [redacted]

Thank you for reaching out to us, after reviewing the account the bill looks correctWhen you called in June 2017 to pay the account the account was past due from the invoice that was generated in March for April, May and June servicesWhen you paid in June the account was paid for

I am rejecting this response because: This is not true since this company took over by buying out *** it forced me to move to *** Disposal At *** I was charged $per year as long as I paid in advance which I did, then when I was forced to go to *** it went up to $14, now with American I am at over $for horrible service Just look at the numerous reviews out there of people having this very same issue and complaint I know what I was paying and have the bills to prove it.In regards to calling their customer service and reporting missed pick ups It is true I called on one holiday week, but they never listed this holiday on their Webb site as one of their weeks that a delayed piwas going to done, a matter of fact all my neighbors had their trash picked up and that’s what precipitated the call Since American took over service I have had no less than a half a dozen calls or emails to this company for missed pick-ups or concerns about them leaving my trash can in the street This same complaint is also supported in the many reviews out there.A representative did call me Monday morning 2/about the missed pick up on 2/and they did make arrangements to pick it up later in the day on Monday, but not after I had to chase my trash around the block on Sunday 2/because of the wind Something that would not have been needed had they collected it as scheduled Sorry but all I hear, see and read about this company is excuses, deflecting responsibility, inconsistencies and responses that are inaccurate at the least Thank you for trying Revdex.com but you can’t make a poor service better when the business is in total denial and just doesn’t care
