I bought a pillow top mattress set which I bought on February 28,it is sinking in the middle of the mattress which shouldn't be happening in such a short period of time I spoke to a clerk at the store and they told me to email pictures to show the difference in depths of the mattress I did so on several occasions asking them to please contact me I have not heard from the company at all I just want to exchange this unfit mattress for a new one

Hello My Name is ***I ordered a Dining table and came home and fitted itThe store staff were very sweet and kind enoughThere was a missing part on all the chairsI went to the store and they helped me get a replacement so kindNow, I am seeing there are some damages and the chairs are not proper can I ask for a returnSeems, you dont have a return policy

I received a defected dresser and it was in the box so I didn't know until I realized my drawers didn't fitI just want a new dresser this company told me I should of let them know, how it was still in the box's

American Freight will not refund a delivery fee that has been done! We do have a sign stating we do have delivery and assembly and that they are separate chargesAll our sales people ask all our customers if they want delivery or will they be picking it up....if customer requires delivery we
explain that if they want assembly to go along with the delivery it is a separate charge alsoIt is just what we offer after all our customers purchases

Pictures will not show dampness from withinThe mattress set was here two days when there was wetness/ saturation within If they stood by their products someone would have come by at the time to inspect this saleSealed in plastic harbors moistureThat is why the mattress was wet within two days when still unused. Furthermore how does American Freight explain the mold on the first set? Did you see the pictures?Because it was totally sealed in plastic with an extremely heavy cover the moisture collected. The first set was Loaded with moldI have not ever seen that much mold on anything in my lifeAgain it was totally sealed in plastic with a heavy cover and no aerationWrongfully packagedThe company was notified within two days of delivery regarding the wet interior. Future calls went unanswered

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
*** *** If American Freight is not willing to give me a refund then I do want another set that Gavin said they will replaceMy thing is just how many times are they going to keep replacing furniture? If that's all that can be done then I guess I will let them deliver me another set and pray nothing happens with the next setI also need to know if the delivery will be free of charge and what I'm to do with this set I have now?

I am rejecting this response because:My money has been refunded, but the response here is entirely inaccurateThis company BROKE MY FURNITUREAll I asked was that I receive my refund in a timely and professional mannerI never requested any monetary or other compensationThe lack of professionalism from this company is appalling, and will be reflected in my reviews on social media and elsewhere where appropriate

This customer was delivered free the end of last week. Our apologies for this inconvenience!

everything said in their response is a complete lie.there were no kids here other then my month old daughter when they delivered the sofa therefore it's a complete lie.and it is my fiancee on the sales receipt who's name is ***.they told us if we get the year warranty they will replace fix and clean the furniture.they refuse to hold up to their end of the bargain.I have plenty of witness that were here when they delivered the sofa to prove no kids other then my month old daughter was here.my oldest child is only years old and was not here when they came.of *** has to be the one filing a complaint so be it but they are not getting away with any of this

I am rejecting this response because: The business representative's recount of our phone conversation is largely inaccurate, and frankly doesn't address my complaint anywayMost important, I never said or implied " the mattress is worth every bit of the price he paid for it" The response also references at the end "See Below"...not sure what that is referring to since there is nothing below.I am happy with the mattress, that's not the issueAs stated in my complaint, I feel that the pricing displayed on American Freight's website is deceptive in that it a) advertises prices for individual bedding items but a consumer can't purchase the individual bedding items at the stated prices, and b) they state that there is a minimum amount ( a full bedding set) that must be purchased to get the advertised price, but it doesn't say thatAdvertising bedding at $each piece clearly communicates that you have to pay $for each item in the set, however if you can buy the items individually and prices are drastically different than the advertised price. And as also stated in my complaint, I would have totally understood if they told me that their policy is to only sell bedding in sets and if we wanted the mattress only, we would still need to pay the set price of $1,But that is not what happenedWhile the website may state the bedding is sold in sets only, the company freely sells bedding in individual pieces but not at prices even close to the 'per piece' price listed on the site.In my opinion, this is a textbook deceptive advertising practiceI expect the company will not change this practice because of my complaint, but maybe they will listen to the counsel of the Revdex.com.

I visited this store on 9/23/2017, I purchased a bed set for my daughterIt was a pink set with diamondsI purchased the set and I selected to have self pick upWhen my truck arrived they stated that they had RESOLD my item because the worker did not remove the tag and the family the sold it to did not want to take it off of their truckI was told there was nothing they could do, I tried to call the police and the manager allowed the other family to leave with the setIt was the last set and there were no othersI screamed in horror and I begin to demand answersThe manager was nonchalant and unresponsiveI finally called the district rep *** who allowed me to pick another bed setI left feeling frustrated, undervalued and discouraged that my money and purchase was not valuedMy daughter cried about the set and I feel just horrible as a parent because this company did this to our family

On 11/3/I purchase a mattress & box spring and _____ from American FreightI have contacted them on 7/__/with information requested by American Freight then on 7/1/I contact MrL*** who requested pictures and also sent picture to MrRick and also contacted Ms Susan D*** @ ###-###-####There is suppose to be a year warranty per salesmanRight now the mattress is sinking and springs are popping inside of mattressWould like full refund as I am unable to get a satisfactory answerWhen I spoke to Susan she offer a discount if I purchase a new mattressThe mattress is only years old and should have problems like thisI am asking for full refund and am _____ documents for purchase of mattress.

Since there was no way to attach and provide a response/rebuttal via the Revdex.com online account, please accept the following as a rebuttal and please re-open my complaint:American's Freight continues to misrepresent both the facts surrounding the in-service use and the displayed product at their storeThe purchase date reflected a May pickup date. The mattress was removed from its packaging on JUN and was slept on for week before the first complaint was lodged with the *** *** store about the stiffness of the mattressWhen I spoke to the manufacturer - ***, they said that a brefor a mattress is 4-weeks. After 4-weeks the purchased mattress was still rock hard and continued to cause back pains. After paying $for a mattress, it seems unfair to pay an additional $for a replacement mattress when the original mattress in NO WAY represented the advertised "in-store" demo mattress. Additionally, the "offered" torn replacement mattress had a significant tear that could not be mended easilyThe mattresses displayed at the *** *** American Freight store in NO WAY was "exactly what we sell" as claimed by American Freight. My wife and I tried to listen to both the manufacturer, ***, and the *** *** store. We laid multiple times on the in-store product. If the purchased product was even close to the delivered product this would not be an issue. We had a choice to purchase either the Glendora firm or the Bel Aire pillow top mattress. The in store version of the Glendora was "softer" and less firm than the delivered product. Both *** and the store claimed that there is a certain break in time. There has been no change to the stiffness of the delivered mattress and it continues to cause back problems for myself and my wife. So, either the mattress is defective and was manufactured different than the "in-store" display model or the *** *** store mis-represented the actual product by their displayIn essence the "in-store" product misrepresents the delivered product and is essentially advertising since the delivered product only has the same outer covering of the delivered product with the same name. It's essentially saying that it's OK to mis-represent/deceive the consumer with a display item that is totally different when you take it out of the package. In this case the delivered product is in NO WAY representative of the actual product. Why have a display for the product in the store if it does not contain a representative feel of the delivered product when you lay on it. Many stores swap out their displays after a certain time since they no longer represent the as-made productAmerican Freight/*** should make restitution without additional cost to the consumer

Customer was given the warranty paper work which provides the explanation of the specifics for the warranty. We would be happy to refund the price of the warranty since it does not cover the item Ms*** expected it to. Please ask her to stop in the Grand Rapids locations so we can
take care of this for her. We are sorry for the inconvenience

My husband and I bought a couch last AprilBy early December the fabric was ripping in several spots on the chaise loungeI contacted American Freight and Gina was going to contact the manufacturer to send a new coverAfter multiple phone calls, we received the new cushion coverIt's about sizes too small and we literally had to shove the cushion into the cover to make it fitIt's deformed and now the cushion doesn't even fit into the couch properlyI called American Freight back and Gina, again, told me she would contact the manufacturer for, yet, another coverThis was in MarchWe have spent a lot of money with this furniture company and are extremely upset that we can't sit on a couch we paid good money forNot to mention customer service is horribleI'm now asking for not only the cover but the cushion as wellTry sitting on it and you'll understand why

I am rejecting this response because:We did not refuse any delivery! We did not agree on anything and it had nothing to do with the fee! The Utica store never called to confirm delivery! We never said anything about not having to pay because of the same day deliveryThe corporate manager called me this morning, they still don't know where sectional couch is and the only thing she's willing to do is reimburse us for gas to get the furniture, where-ever it may be and we are requesting a full refund ASAP!!

Really disappointed about customer careI have purchased house full of furniture from *** MI shopThey promised to deliver all the items on the same day, which they did except the dresserI paid full amount in cash for the delivery as wellIt is been closer to a month now still they did not deliver my dresserWhen I call them they say that it will be delivered on that day but never happened until now

I was very excited to have finally made it to American Freight in South Windsor, CT and purchase my first sofa and love seat on my own that I absolutely loved when I seen itWhen I went into the store I purchased the living room set and a dining room setI was told that my living room set was not in stock, and that they would order it from another locationThe salesperson asked if I would like same delivery when the couch set comes in on Feb 24th to their locationI asked if this would be wise, and he answered that it wouldn't, so he suggested that he can have it delivered on the 25thI agreed and paid for my purchase and went homeWhen the 24th came, something told me to call to make sure that they received my living room setI was told that it was there and that they were ready to deliver on the 25th as we had agreedWell, when the 25th came I waited and waited and decided to find out how much longer it would be only to find out that my furniture wasn't coming at allI told the lady that I called to confirm the day before, and because of the confirmation I threw out my furniture that I had in my house previouslyShe stated that she would have it delivered on the 26thI stated that I had to work and would be leaving no later than 4:pm to head to work, and she stated that she would note to the driver that my delivery needs to be made by pmI agreed and come the next day they didn't call me until after 4:pm to tell me that they were just loading my stuff on the truck and that they would be there in a half hour, well my mom volunteered to wait for them at my house and I receive a call from them almost hours later that they were outsideMy apartment has a front and a back door and I was told the furniture was to big to fit through my back door without them trying to bring it through my front door which you can clearly see is bigger than my back doorThey received $for a delivery charge and I was told over the phone while I was working that it would be wise for me to send that set back and they would pick a set out for me and bring it in the morningI wasn't home so I had no other choice but to have them take it backNow I'm hearing that they want to charge me $more dollars to deliver me another set, after I sat here with no furniture for a whole day while waiting on them to bring my new setNot to mention I called on the 26th to confirm that the delivery would be made by 3pm and I was told that they would call the driver to let them knowI am ***ed that there was no attempt to bring the furniture through my bigger door and have left me with no choice but to go another night without any furnitureAlso the delivery was made after hours so I could not talk to someone in the store about a solutionI know the furniture would have made it through my door because my first living room set that I had when I first moved into this apartment made it in here with no problems, and it was the same size with just a different colorI feel aggravated about it all, and still have no furnitureThey also told me they would deliver it at am and I get home and looked up the hours only to find out that they don't open until pmI am not paying $more dollars out of my already struggling pockets for the delivery of anything and if I don't get someone trying to make an effort to bring my couch in the right way I will be bring this to eyewitness news investigationOh by the way my mom is still waiting for her bedroom set that they keep telling her will be ready week after weekI'm not shopping here anymore!!!!!!!!!

Within hours I chose to upgrade a mattress and they told me that because I left the store that all deals were finalI didn’t even take the mattress off the truck?
