We swapped out there sofa and loveseat free of charge on the 24th of Oct

This customer has received/picked up her sectional. Customer reimbursed for gas and tolls as agreed upon

Sofa was delivered damaged twiceThe second time they delivered the sofa it was damaged alsoThey wanted me to keep the damaged sofa and if I kept the damaged sofa the company told me that would reimburse me a hundred dollars in a checkThis would be payable in two weeksI called the company numerous times and they keep telling me the check isn't available yet.I had to wait weeks for the second replacement sofa to come in only to have that sofa damaged also..Everytime I call or go to the store they keep telling me the manager is unavailable

In February of 2017, I bought two sets of full mattresses and two bed frames, costing over $ One of the bed frames was brokenThe leg came apart, from the rest of the frame, which is clearly factory defect, remind you this a metal bed frameWhen I return to exchange it it was said by representatives that there was nothing they can doMy teenage child was involved and could have been hurt, because the bed was for my child

They are continuing with their lies and refuse to be honest and tell the truth! 1st off, I was given the $discount to entice me to purchase the furniture after I stated I would look elsewhere and come back if I couldn't find anythingSecond, the lamp was extremely cheap and has to be assembled with very small pieces, third, I did leave the home but my husband, daughter and mother in law were there to pick up the slack of your incompetence and fourth, SUSAN, you never spoke to me! You were too much of a coward to talk to me as if you had some sort of senseYou approached me wrong saying that you don't have time for "he say, she say"You should speak in a professional manner if you're "corporate"Yes I called you back to speak with you but you disconnected the call before I could get anything out and not once do I disrespect youYou were intimidated because I was angry and you handled the call in a cowardly wayThen , after all of this, I was still lied to by being told by Thomas a different delivery company would bring my sofa, yet my husband confirmed it was the same two delivery driversYou don't deserve a position because you never tried talking with me, as a consumer, to see what my issue really was and how you could resolve it! And you called times, be real...this exaggeration has to stop! You guys will not be in business long because of these I'll practicesMy complaint still stands! As far as trying to say I continually called, yes I had to call to have my issue resolved because you characters wouldn't call me backYou deserve an Emmy for this show you tried to put ontimes a failed delivery too many...yes people are entitled to mistakes but your job is to fix the problem instead of running and scared to address my issueI'm a professional and spoke to you with RESPECT..read all of the other 500+ complaints and tell me if it's me with the issue

On 5/12/17, I called about using my warranty to replace or fix my furnitureI was given an email address to submit pictures of my furniture to and I did soI was told it would take weeks to be processedAs of today, nothing has been done to resolve my issueOn 7/17/17, I was on hold for over minutes to be told to call rhem back at the end of the week to check and see if its been resolvedTwo years ago, I received two couches in different colors, one black & one brownI had just experienced the loss of my boyfriend & was emotionally sick & wasn't able to be home for a swapBut even then I had to speak with their corporate office for over a month before a responseI just want my warranty to be honoredThey've had two months to make this happen & now expect me to call them to keep checkingThat is not doing good business

Please advise this customer that we no longer carry this recliner and that they can exchange this defective recliner for another recliner of a different design, their choice.....customer has a store credit of $

American Freight did a company check for $to put towards this cleaning since her Guardian claim was deniedThis is being sent to her address (at this time she is not permitted to come into the store and begin verbal abuse towards our employees) for the claim that was denied by guardian
WARRANTIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!
This customer does have a year manufacture warranty but the furniture must be defective and pictures of defects must be sent in order to determine an approval on a replacement or a denial on a replacementPLEASE NOTE: Manufacturer warranties MUST WARRANT A MANUFACTURES DEFECT NOT DIRTY FURNITURE!!

I ordered furniture from this company over months agoWithin an hour of bringing it home we discovered both the love seat and couch were brokeWe called to have them exchange it out where they said they wouldWe set up different times for them to exchange it and it never happenedI then contacted the VP of the company and he switched the couch but not the love seatWe called and they said they would switch the love seat but instead brought another couchI got the furniture 2/27/and on 4/13/they brought the couchon 4/17/they brought the other couch instead of the love seat

I ordered furniture from this company back in MarchI got my couches no problem but the bedding set I ordered I still have never received all of the piecesThey had given me dressers and a mirror that I had ordered and one set of posts for the actual bed but never received three of the pieces to my bed that total $I had to call them several times to try to sort it out and was given the runaround several timesTwo months later they supposedly got in the rest of the pieces but were broken and since then I have not heard another wordI emailed their customer service almost months ago now saying that I don't even want these pieces anymore and that their stores customer service had been incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful and never heard a word back from them eitherI want my $for the merchandise I never received

Both the manager and myself tried calling this customer again this morning with no luck. Once again, her voicemail is full and is not accepting messages so the manager sent her another email asking for a picture of the sectionalWe need to make sure this is no signs of negligence. The store stands behind the product we sell and will gladly exchange any defective merchandise however, we cannot exchange furniture that has been abused

I really enjoyed coming to this store they were very helpful very knowledgeable they gave great discount very friendly very helpful a great place to come and get your new furniture

Purchased a sectional through their branch in Clarksville TennesseeWhile purchasing the couch large advertising signs stating "same day delivery" The employee stated at time of purchase that, "our delivery company is extremely busy and we are only open hours todayIs it alright if it's delivered tomorrow on 3/7/16?" I stated that this was fine Meanwhile an employee was loudly swearing and complaining that he was unable to clock in, while there was approximately other customers in line and being helpedMonday at 6:00pm came and we had not heard anything from the companyI called American Freight and was immediately put on hold for 30min after an employee stated he would find out where my couch wasWhen the employee answered, he did not even remember he had someone on hold and stated "oh yeah uh whats the phone number on the account?" He then informed me that I would not be receiving my couch that dayI asked to speak with a managerShe stated that they had increased volume

I purchased a bedroom suite with night stands, when I purchased it the sales clerk told me that they only had one in so he had to order the second one and when it came in, I just had to come and pick it upI gave them weeks, I called to see was it in, the first person that I talked to looked it up and told me that it hadn’t came inHe told me that it should be in later that week when the truck cameI called that Saturday and they told me a different story, that it was delivered to meI told them that they didn’t have it in stock when I purchased it and I haven’t been able to resolve this issueThe salesman knew that he didn’t have it but he said that they had to follow proceduresI want what I paid for or I want my money back

used the lay away deal,dim lit warehouse hard to read form I signed, sales guy basically led us to think once furniture paid for no more auto payments to come out(months)Come to find out it stated if wasn't paid for in months we would pay double the cost!! Stay away from this place, I am refusing to pay te other I think we were mislead(i gues I should have taken a magnify glass and flashlite to read, we are on fixed income but this taught me to not buy til you have the money, finance company American first got a little richer--shame on me for trusting sales people when forms are hard to read!!!
