Mr***'s purchase was made on 11/22/2014. The manufacturer's warranty on this piece is one year against defects in material and workmanship so this would not fall under any warranty on the product. We would be happy to provide the manufacturer's contact information (Hughes
furniture) if he would like to contact them directly to see if they can take any action outside of their warranty periodAlso please note there was not an extra warranty bought by this customer. All our sales are final which is stated on all our customer receipts plus signs above all our counters stating this also. We regret that the furniture did not hold up to Mr***'s expectations and would be happy to help him out with a discount on the purchase of new furniture

I purchased a mattress on 9-6- it has tears in it I took it back 9-14- was told that I need to send pictures I said the mattress is right here why can't you do something I was told the would send in my complaint her would call when he heard back I feel if this product has torn up after days he should replace right away not have me wait

I bought a Hamilton Stewart king size mattress from American Freight in after about eight or nine months my mattress started to slump a little bit I called and they said it had to be inches deep and so I waited and called them again in because it got worse and they kept saying that I have a year warranty but then American Freight customer service personnel would call me back and say they cannot do anything that was in after that I called again in because my mattresses started to buckle on the side my box springs are made of cardboard my foot went through the cardboard while I was trying to change and move the mattress overeverything is poorly made and they have a very bad attitude as far as dealing with youthey are respectful in the beginning of the conversation but after that they tell you that they have a warranty but you but cant get a new mattressI spoke to a customer service rep named Susan in Columbus on January 4th and she was not helpfulShe

American Freight will be picking up her purchase and customer will be receiving a refund

Spoke with this customer. We will be getting the sectional from Harrisburg to speed up the process. I told them weeks tops from Thursday and they were ecstatic

I bought a leather sectional from them almost years ago now, and the leather has been peeling off for months I paid an extra $for a protection plan for years and they will not honor it Now I'm left with a sectional that looks terrible, and they won't do anything to replace it even though it's under warranty

This customer said her sofa set was damaged and told the delivery driver to return it. This customer said the drivers scratched her door upon taking it out of the house. American Freight gave this customer the name of the head lead of the subcontracted delivery crew and his direct
dial for insurance purposed. Pictures show no visible scratches on door. For this inconvenience American Freight gave this customer $and offered to replace the sofa.To date: Customer does not want the delivery crew to come back into her home and wants her furniture returned.. American Freight has refunded this customer and has also refunded the delivery fee, we also will be picking up her furniture

!!!!ALERT!!!DON'T GO HERE TOTAL SCAMWent in April looking for a Sectional sofa for $and after talikng to the sales person opted to finance it thru their financing company"they said after the days free intrest it will only be a 24% intrest for the remainder)its a total SCAM!!!!!!!! we paid $with in the days of free intrest, till now we have paid $Called their after their financing company andnow charging us $on top of the $that we already paidtheir financing is a CONTRACT TO RENTAL TO LEASE!!!

The customer wants to wait on the product to come in stock at the Roanoke location. We are going to refund $as requested by the customer to resolve this

I visited the Peachtree Corners, GA location on 6/24/ I needed a bed to be delivered to my son in Blacksburg VA by 7/1/ The rep told me it couldn't be delivered until end of July I explained my son was moving into his new apartment on the 1st and my purchase was dependent on their ability to deliver the furniture by that date or soon after
The rep called the Roanoke store and (according the rep) was informed they had the bed on order and would receive it in the next order They couldn't make the delivery by 7/but would have it delivered no later than 7/ I told them that was still too late and I wanted to check some other stores out before making a decision They discounted the delivery fee in order to get me to make the purchase
As of 7/7, I still hadn't received a call about delivery I called Peachtree Corners and was left on hold so long I hung up When I called back they placed me on hold again I called Roanoke and was told they have no idea wh

This customer was upgraded to mattress and was delivered free

My father in law purchased a mattress and box spring and picked it up on 4/When I saw the mattress it was only inches thick which was unacceptable to meBecause I live over minutes away I was not able to return it until the next week, on 5/Upon entering the store with my receipt the manager Mike told us that we could not get our money back or get a store credit because of the store policyHe said "We don't make my money off of these beds, it's just to get you in here"There was nothing to that effect written on the page long receipt that I hadI asked to see a copy of the policyHe said that whomever picked up he bed signed a statement to that effectI asked to see a copy of itHe looked through several stacks of paper from different filing cabinetsAll that he could produce was a log of signatures for pickup of merchandiseThere was nothing written on this signature log that he showed usHe held up the "policy sheet" but would not allow us to read it due to "pri

Put furniture in the layaway and paid the furniture off, I was guaranteed that the furniture would be in by September 21, 2016, as of October 3, furniture not in, I have called several times and the only excuse they can give me is I'm sorry the furniture is not in the warehouse we and we can offer you $toward another set on the floor, I don't want another set off the floor that someone has sat on, and this is nothing but a gimmick, I see another set that is over the amount of the furniture I have paid for and then the extra $offered, then I would still have to pay more money, and plus delivery charge, I recommend that NO ONE shop at this store ever again
