My husband and I went to Amercan Freight Tuesday evening and purchased a sectional couch for $plus tax and it was advertised that they will do same day delivery if the product was in stockWe assured that the couch was in stock due to the fact we wanted the couch that dayWe made the purchase and leftThe couch didn't come that nightWe called the next morning to find that "they didn't have time" to deliever our couch, and didn't care that they advertised same day delivery and that we didn't receive it, but assured it would be there that dayThe couch came that night, but the movers scratched our hardwood floors, bent and tore our door frame, and not to mention tore three tears our new couch over a half a foot long eachWe told the movers and they assured we would get a new one the following dayIt never cameIt is now day two of the promised new couch and they still haven't delivered itWhen we called to check what is going on they said "I wasn't here so I didn't do it,"

Because of the time that has elapsed and a management change....records were not kept correctly. American Freight has investigated and researched and we are going take off the hold on this purchase. Please advise customer her furniture is now available. We apologize for any
inconvenient this may have caused!

Purchased furniture from there yesterday, April 3, @12: Signs all over their store says same day deliveryWe asked, they said yesOnce we checked out, that changed and wouldn't be delivered till the next morningOk...so Was suppose to be delivered today, $charge and it is still not deliveredIt is now 7:00pm on the morning it was suppose to be deliveredTalked to the store manager three times today and the corporate office in Ohio once earlier, and recently left a message with no return call yetNo one knows where the sectional couch is (possibly on its way to Syracuse from the Whitesboro store) and they are refusing us a refund, saying all sales are final, even though we still do not have this item and they say they have days to get us 'out of stock items', which we did NOT know was out of stock in the first placeCorporate says they are holding up on their end of the agreement, and refuses to give us a refund!! We did claims on this customer and they both were denied by the manufacturer. American Freight does not determine the outcome of a claim, the manufacturer does. American Freight does not sell instant replacement warranties…..a customer must follow the guidelines on their warranty
info. American Freight will be happy to give discount if they wish to purchase another to replace

Customer has not returned our call yetThis furniture is outside of the manufacturer's one year warranty however we are willing to replace this furniture with something different if there are no signs of negligence

We have been complaining to American Freight the last months regarding a couch that broke apart after months of owning it American freight claimed they would replace the couch no charge and still to date they have not even contacted usWe provided pictures, sales receipt as they requested they still are ignoring us in regards to this matter

we shopped at the NTonawanda store, we put approximately worth on layaway and paid it off in January of this year and it's been a nightmare sinceWe had ordered a chair but when it came delivery time we were told that what we ordered was no longer available and that another chair would be substituted ...bait and switchThe chair that was delivered on 2-5-had a large cut in it and we called the store manager and asked for a new chair his comment was...quote live with it take store credit end quote'Live with it' is quite a policy! American Freight only has records of call with this customer. This customer was very rude to our employees and then to our corporate office that no one could reason with them. This customer was told numerous times the order was a special order and that it would take to
weeks. This customer called up for our help and became to combative to reason with. This order has come in within the time frame we all tried to explain to them. Our store manager will be calling them today 10/7/16 to schedule a delivery time

The warranty does not cover "odors" or comfortability. Customer has had this mattress for months. Unless there is a warrantable issue, there isn't anything we can do for this customer. Our sales are final this is stated on customer receipts and signs above all
our counters. We would be happy to give customer a percentage off if she wishes to purchase a replacement but she can not be replaced for free
