I purchased the Peoria living room set and recliner from their Huntington WV storeThey got the item in stock within the weeks as promisedThey even held it for me until the remodeling of my family room was completeWhen I went to pick it up they helped load it in the back of the truckThe furniture made it to the loading dock in excellent condition and the quality is great ! Cannot beat American Freight for quality furniture at a great price !!

On May 15,2016, I put the Emily Bedroom set on layaway.I paid the remaining balance on June 3,2016.They couldn't do same day delivery due to the time I arrived which was no problem.Adam the store manager promised us to be expecting a delivery on Saturday June 4,after 2pmWe sat and waited for hours,didn't get a phone call,no update,nothing.They ended up NOT showing up at allSunday June 5,I called twice and was put on hold then got hung up on twice.I finally got in touch with Adam and he said they were working on delivering it Sunday and still NO CALL BACK NO SHOWMonday my fiance and I had enough and went to the store to speak with Adam and it turned out the furniture got damaged and they had to put in a new order.My first question to him was why didn't I get a phone call about this? He then wrote a contract with his signature promising us the whole bedroom set would be delivered today June 9,and gave us a credit towards a couch we have on layaway.Yesterday June 8,

Today the business replaced both dressers, and thank you so much I'm satisfied with the results.  I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

American Freight offered this customer upgrades on other furniture and free delivery for the miscommunication on our layaway program. She ultimately decided that she would wait for the original set and accept a discount of $275.50 for her troubles. She has received her furniture as of 4/14/17.

We have spoken to this customer and have ordered this furniture piece for them.  We have explained to them that it is a special order and would take some time, they agreed.  We have already put $200 back on the their credit card for this inconvenience.

We will be happy to replace this mattress he feels is too firm or customer can have a store credit. Our sales are final so he will not be refunded. Please advise that the mattress he felt and saw on our showroom floor has been seen and felt by others "worked in already" making it feel more comfortable. Customers mattress may just need some time. None the less if customer wishes help....please go into our store and ask for the store manager or call [redacted] at [redacted]

This customer has been refunded. We apologize for the miss communications and the inconvenience!! The dresser came in damaged and we reordered and this customer wishes not to wait on the reorder, we understand! Our store failed to communicate, again our apologies

I am not convinced these delivery guys even tried to bring the couch into the apt bldg.  I walked down a flight a of stairs and saw one of them on the stairs with measuring tape.  He wrote down on a piece of paper the measurements of the couch I would need.  I took this paper to the store, showed it to the salesman and directed me to another couch that supposedly would fit, which I selected!! Brian told me he had spoken with the salesman and this salesman knew who I was the second I walked in the store.  Brian screamed at me on the phone that he was "doing me a favor" by offering to deliver again for free.  He screamed at me that I should know the measurements of my hallway, front door, etc. Also, I have NOT received all of my money back, only $50.  Was told the rest would be given back to me via corporate check. Also, I received an email from Revdex.com that mentioned American Freight giving me a $65 store credit.  I received this email from a Revdex.com on Tuesday, 10/11/16.  Of course I cannot locate it in my emails.

I called your offuice 7-8-2016 approximately 2:27 pm it was closed for a meeting, but I left a message. I'am faxing my document receipts to show you what I stated to you before that I purchase a Jefferson Black Sierra Red Sofa at the above store on 2-27-2016 for $321.42, and I put it in the layaway with all my payments leading to my final payment on 6-6-2016. On 5-3-2016 I made a payment of $100.00. I told the sales clerk that day I was going to pay the balance of $26.42 the next month in June no later than June 8, 2016. I was thinking that they will have what I purchase the next month when I come in to make my final payment. Well that did not happen, and I stated to you before that I went in the store 6-14-2016 and seen an Jefferson Black Sierra Red sofa sitting in the store on display. Why they could not deliver that one to me? Or whatever happen to the sofa that they should had put up in storage for me in layaway? Now it is pass 30 days their policies stated, if they cannot deliver the merchandise within 30 days that the customer will be fully refunded. They have not fulfill their obligation yet. They have not deliver the merchandise, neither refunded my total payments. I will like to be fully refunded of $321.42 of what I paid. This is very bad business practices, if I known these people operated like this, I will have never did business with them. I had done a lot of business with other companies before, and this is the first time this had happen to me.

This customer [redacted] bought 2 mattresses from American Freight in Aug of 2014 which have a warranty attached but doesn't mean instant replacement. It means your mattress must meet the guidelines on the warranty in order to get replaced.
[redacted] claims one of his mattresses is defective....

American Freight did not ONLY DO ONE CLAIM BUT TWO CLAIMS WITH THE MANUFACTURER.....BOTH CLAIMS WERE DENIED BECAUSE THE MATTRESS DID NOT MEET THE SPECIFICATION ON THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY GUIDELINES. [redacted] did send the correct pictures showing what he thought was defective and the manufacturers disagreed and denied his claim...TWO CLAIMS DENIED!
[redacted] has been explained this by all of our staff REPEATEDLY! The defectiveness does not warrant a replacement by the manufacturer!
[redacted] WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS. HE COMES INTO THE STORE AND EMAILS THE CORPORATE OFFICE REPEATEDLY!! HIS BEHAVIOR IS FREIGHTENING AND OBBESSIVE. Our store reported his behavior to the corporate office and the corporate office Susan, decided to correspond with him by email because of his behavior. Emails will show there was no disrespect or rudeness communicated by AF staff or Susan.
AMERICAN FREIGHT IN GOOD FAITH TRIED TO HELP HIM BY DOING TWO CLAIMS. WE APOLOGIZE THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HIM BUT THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF AMERICAN FREIGHT THE MANUFACTURE DETERMINES THE DECISION. Also Please explain to [redacted] that our manufacturers do not have customer service lines but use us to handle customer issues and that we cannot give out names of people in manufacturing plants!
TO RECAP: American Freight has done 2 claims for this customer. Both were denied by the manufacturer. American Freight has offered [redacted] 20% off if he wishes to buy a replacement.
We ask the Revdex.com to Please ask [redacted] to stop this obsessive communication and behavior with the store in Lexington, Ohio and the corporate office or American Freight will cease doing business with him!

This customer did receive the furniture today. Regional Manager did call an apologize and offered $100 back on card for the inconvenience of being delayed.

This customer placed a claim with the manufacturer and it was a approved for a replacement which was not in stock though an order had been place for it.  When the order came in on the truck  this sectional was not there.  Immediately another order had been placed and today 8/3/16...

it has come into stock.  We very much apologize for the inconvenience of this back order.  Please advise customer this furniture is now in!

Consumer called Revdex.com today and advised that her complaint has been resolved.

THERE WILL BE NO COMPENSATION FOR THIS PERSON! THE PERSON ON THIS RECEIPT HAS BEEN REPLACED!!

this is an outragious lie, I recorded the phone calls to protect myself from the woman who was an absolute terrible person. I told her she was incompetent in her responsibilities, never ever did the word "pig" escape my lips. If you would like a copy of the recordings I created while on the phone I am more than happy to supply them. Especially considering once I notified the woman I was in contact with Revdex.com she agreed to have the furniture delivered as it should have been in the first place. Had she not been a vile woman none of this would have had to take place. They don't record their calls so I did for you. She can slander my name all she wants, there was never a report filed to authorities, I did however report her to her HR department and will gladly send further information to them if needed as well. As the woman repeatedly hung up on me when I was no abusive toward her, nor foul. I did however expect her to behave in a manner that was supportive of customer service and not in such as being childish and refusing to allow a person to speak. Regardless, my furniture has been replaced. That woman is delusional and abrasive. She is power hungry and thinks she can be a bully. When people push back she plays victim. It's a common side effect of mental strain and manipulative behavior.

I returned the phone call to American Freight at 5:03 PM on 6/19/17. I was told that I would hear back on...

Friday about the status of the missing 2 pieces of furniture. I was also instructed to wait until I receive the furniture before I get a refund. I will only accept a resolution once I actually have the furniture and refund.

Corporate office would tell this customer the same as explained in our first response. PLEASE EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THE AD READS...."FROM"....."FROM"!!!!!!! PLEASE HAVE HIM REREAD!!
Happy to make this customer a good deal if he wishes to come back in!!

This customer is being replaced today.  American Freight will not wait for the results of the manufacturers warranty inspection we will replace immediately.  We apologize for the miss communications!

When the Utica store was confirming the delivery Mrs. [redacted] stated that she shouldn't have to pay the delivery fees due to not receiving same day delivery(The delivery to Watertown is $250 from Sryacuse or $180 from Utica). She cancelled the delivery due to refusal to...

pay the delivery fees. I spoke to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] yesterday, he agreed to picking up the sectional in Syracuse today to save the money on the delivery fees. The sectional was transferred in for them from Utica and we are covering the gas and tolls for them due to the confusion. I emailed Mrs. [redacted] our agreement to cover the gas and tolls as she requested. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] again this morning to confirm and he is going to be coming to pick up the sectional this evening in Syracuse
