Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Over the weekend we have received for the first time the copy of the "agreement" we signed with American Mint I am the one who read the agreement and signed it They asked "to X out this paragraph" Very misleading Why not to advise to "cross out" (vs X out) or a different and friendly way to easier to understand I understood I need to place an X in the box next to "check/ money order enclosed" as I did not read it with much attention as I was not buying a home just a coin
I will look for the coin and mail it back with the envelope they agreed to provide
Regards,
*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It seems the company is doing what I wish. Though the card I listed I have used many times without a problem. I still desire no further communication from the American Mint. If the card didn't work it would have been better that they let me know. I haven't any knowledge that the card was not working. I have used it many times for purchases, gas, and groceries. Hopefully this resolves all issues in this matter. I am to understand that our business is finished and will not receive any further bills or communication with them in the future. Regards,
