[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, *** [redacted] The claim said, refund was issued on July 2017.Yet on this day as of July there was no credit on my card.I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and now I have a zero balance. It is funny how American mint attempted to blame me for thier scam.I will never deal with them again. All is good and I want to thank the B.B.Bfor all help in this matter

We ordered coins from this company The company sent two invoices with the coins Both invoices were paid in full within days via credit card No additional purchases were madeThe company proceeded to charge the credit card an additional times for the same invoices that were already paid in full When the first unauthorized charge was made to the credit card, I assumed it was an innocent mistake and called asking a refund and specifically told American Mint they were to remove the credit card number from their system and specifically told them they were not authorized to make any additional charges to the credit card American Mint violated those instructions and proceeded to charge the credit card an additional times The customer service representatives and accounting department are awful to work with and did not resolve the problemUltimately I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and the credit card company had the charges reversed NEVER give American Mint your credit card information
