[redacted] WAS VERY POLITE AND EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE AFTER MY A/C TUNE UP. I APPRECIATE HAVING A KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIAN EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THE COST. I HAVE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT DO MY A/C AND HEATING EVERY 6 MONTHS.

Jason was at our business to work on an AC issue unrelated to my issue. I asked Jason a question about my issue that was un related to his service call and he jumped right in and began to offer troubling shooting advise, then began to work on my issue and was able to resolve it in about 15 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped me out of a jam.

Company has been servicing our AC/Heating for about a decade. They are prompt, reliable, professional and polite.

The people of ARS are all ways knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to please.
My husband and I have built two home together and have dealt with many contractors across the trades. The employees of ARS are top shelf. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and friends

I am writing a letter of commendation for Jason P. a technician with ARS/Rescue Rooter of Columbia. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable about the total installation of our air and heating system. He explained every thing that he had done and went over all aspects of how to use the new thermostat as well as thoroughly going over all paperwork with us. Jason was one of the best technicians that we have ever worked with. We are very pleased with his work. After working from morning to late afternoon, he still maintained a pleasant persona.

Steven did a wonderful job servicing our air unit. Very friendly and courteous. He also completed his task in a timely manner. ARS-rescue Rooter Columbia also did a good job they told me when there was going to be a slight delay and also told me when he was leaving to come to my repair.

Marlon was very professional and thorough.

ARS is a very professional service provider. I had my complete heat pump system replaced. They were on time and went right to work. They respected my home and boot covers every time they walked off of their drop clothes. Rene and Josh were very polite and easy to approach with questions and me watching them work. Rene cleaned and remodeled ductwork above and beyond what was listed which showed his dedication to provide the best product and service available. I will definitely recommend ARS in Manassas, Va to anyone.

My technician was Corey J[redacted] He was very good and very thorough.

I found Daniel to be extremely cheerful and competent. He was willing to answer any questions I had. He replaced the battery in my thermostat, which I assume was beyond the routine maintenance. He used shoe covers to protect my floors after being outside. I would be happy to have him service my heat pumps again.

Moe from ARS is the best. He fixed my AC when no one else was able to figure out the problem.
