The installers showed up on time, did an excellent job, and were professional and courteous I would definitely have them come back to my home for work in the future

Steven did a wonderful job servicing our air unit Very friendly and courteous He also completed his task in a timely manner ARS-rescue Rooter Columbia also did a good job they told me when there was going to be a slight delay and also told me when he was leaving to come to my repair

Recently Dana Hdid my semiannual check of heating/air systems in my homeHe was very thorough and not only checked everything closely and wrote his reports so that I could read tem, but he also gave me some tips on the best ways to save on the utility bills, be comfortable, and treat my systems with TLCI olok forward to seeing him again in April to prepare me for the air conditioning seasonThank you, Dana Hand ARS Manassas, VABea

Received the best service from ARS / Rescue Rooter Columbia by service representive Daniel r He performed our annual maintenance and found that a part was missingThe service was performed on Friday, then today Monday Daniel was at our house with the part and ready to install!mjust wonderful service!

Renting a home in Alexandria VA and one of the A/C units failed last week on a scorcher of a day ARS sent over a tech immediately the next morning, I had telephoned in the trouble call at hrs the night before) Technician Alex K*  [redacted] was extremely knowledgable, thorough and professional in identifying not just the root of the issue (capacitor in the unit) but also some small issue that would have become major in a short time

We have had water leaking from our Air Conditioning unit in the basement. ARS has been to my house five times. At the time of this writing, I am waiting for the technician who charged me $250.00 to return (for the sixth visit). I have paid twice for things that have not solved the problem along with the initial diagnostic. They simply lack the ability to diagnose a simple problem. Technicians are not able to see what other technicians have done, and they charge for services that do not appear to be needed (they do not fix your problem). I would suggest that anyone looking for HVAC services look elsewhere.

ARS has always been responsive to our requests Sometimes we can understand delays but they continue to be patient and answer all our queries

ARS responded almost immediately to our request for service when our air conditioning system broke down Salesman Lee S*was superb in explaining our various options for replacing our 15-year old system with a much more efficient system, and arranging installation He was worked us us to get the best deal possible, including a discount of $ The new air conditioning unit and furnace were installed the very next day by technicians were not only competent and efficient, but also courteous and friendly Overall, a first rate experience

The window for filing for the *** *** gift card closed on August Therefore, we request that ARS, Manassas remit $to us, in compensation for MrK***'s failure to faithfully execute the contract

Matt Gwith ARS - Manassas (VA) came to our house during the agreed-upon time window and performed routine maintenance on our HVAC system He was polite, cordial, and professional and provided useful advice related to the maintenance of the system

Very pleased with the price and installation Installers were very careful and successful in doing no damage to floors, carpets, walls, etcVery pleased with their pleasantness and knowledge

I've been an ARS customer for the last years, their staff has always been courteous and friendly They send me service reminders on a timely manner and when the service pro comes to the house they're very professional and respectful I was very pleased by service pro Jason P, he put on footies before coming into my home so not to bring in debris from the outdoors He pointed out and recommended items that need to be replaced but didn't feel pushy
Overall it was a pleasant experience

I wish to acknowledge the excellent sales and service received from MrLee Strayer, sales rep, and installers, Ben and George from ARS ManassasMrStrayer was extremely helpful in identifying what heat pump we needed and offered advice on the various options He was sensitive to our needs and was able to set up an immediate date for installationReal Technical Savvy
Ben and George were excellent installers providing quick and efficient service They applied drop clothes and constantly informed me regarding the status of the on-going installation First Rate experience from ARS - Manassas Team!

Beet all competitors pricing, Installers were on time, friendly, they cleaned up when done and everything worked when they left I needed about an hour to build up the footers about inches for the AC unitThe installers had no problems with that and said take as long as I need
