ARS technician Doug performed bi-annual maintenance on out HVAC systems yesterday and all went wellDoug was prompt, courtesous and thorough while answering all my questions and replacing my HEPTA filters *** well

ARS installed a new heat pump at my house, and I was 100% satisfied. They came when they said they would, and the technician, Wendell, could not have been more professional and thorough. Every other person who has had to go into my small crawl space has complained bitterly, but he never mentioned it. He and his assistant worked about 10 hours, well after dark, to complete the job. When I had a question the following day, the service manager came immediately. I would highly recommend using ARS.

Called for emergency service AC repair - [redacted] showed up bright and early next morning. Very professional, took great care in making sure that I understood what the problem was and what the cost for parts, etc. was. Didn't feel at all like I was being hustled like I do with so many other places that I have used. Like the service so much that I signed up for a maintenance plan. Highly recommend this company!

Daniel R was the servicing technician. He contacted us prior to arriving our location and showed up on time. He was courteous, friendly and informative. In addition to expeditious servicing of our HVAC system, he offered many helpful suggestions to improve the operation and maintenance of the system. Great job. I would strongly recommend him to any homeowner in need of HVAC service.

Good experience with ARS today. The tech was on time and professional. Hopefully the fix works over time. It was a heating and AC repair.

The technician, Moe L. arrived within the scheduled time, even though he was a replacement for another tech. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and methodical. He showed me what he was doing at every point. He was not hurried. He could have been supplied with previous visit histories of ARS actions and parts, but this was not his fault. Moe was the best technician this company has sent in 20 years.

I have been with ARS for over 15 years (2 different homes) and after a rough patch, I am again a happy and loyal customer. A few months ago, I had an issue with a service technician and the quality of service that he delivered during a routine spring maintenance visit. I provided feedback via a survey (to include commenting on what I perceived was a culture shift focused primarily on “upselling”) and received a call from management the next day. The end result was very positive and I felt the company had begun to regain my trust. Last week, I had a serious issue with my system (9-year old Trane purchased from ARS) and the technician gave me options of repair or replace…he was very helpful and thorough. I chose to have a salesperson visit me the next morning to discuss my options. ARS sent a Quality Assurance Manager, to review my alternatives. I informed the representative of my previous issues and my concern regarding possible replacement of this system that had been under ARS service the entire 9-years. He carefully listened to my concerns and contacted the overall sales director who provided superb customer service… no sales gimmicks or pressure tactics. He was well informed of my previous issues, apologized for the lapse in service quality, and personally guaranteed my satisfaction. I decided to replace my system. ARS sent out two very professional and knowledgeable technicians to install my system. The Quality rep also came out to assist as required. The results are outstanding. I am very happy with the system and the service I received and I plan to continue using ARS for my heating/AC needs. As a side note, please pass on my thanks to installers. Installer 1 is an experienced professional and installer 2 (apprentice) is a very pleasant young man with huge potential.
