An extremely pleasant and knowledgeable technician Probably did the most thorough checkup of my furnace coils that I have ever had Did a lot of extras to make my unit drain betterWas kind of heavy in promoting new add ons but was not pushy when I declined

I have been a long-term customer of ARS and just completed the semi-annual inspection cycle in preparation for winter ARS technician Dana Hwas especially thorough and walked me through the process and answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner He provided sound advice and suggestions to help maintain the functionality of my HVAC system I have a great deal of confidence in the preventive maintenance aspects of the ARS plan and would suggest consideration by any homeowner I will also specifically ask for the services of technician Dana Hfor my Spring service call

*** was very professional when completing the tuon our AC units He provided us with the needed feedback on how to properly take care of the units to receive the maximum life span of 10-years

Service excellent Service tech knew his job.only problem was getting someone there within the hour period quoted You rearrange appts reschedule various items and no one shows in that time frame They do call to let you know they will be late but all your appts etcare no good This happened the last times I called Very frustrating at best

We had Steven W*** do our preventive maintenance today He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable He listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them He performed a through job and I would welcome him in my home at any time ARS has had our business for years and we look forward to many more years ahead

Matt Gass was here for most of the day yesterday, and was most conscientious and thorough, patient and somehow retained his good humor even while working in the heat and humidity of Virginia in late summerAfter diagnosing a leak in the coil of one of our new(!) units last week, he replaced it and tested it comprehensively to make sure we would be protected from here on from the intense heat we've been experiencing while the unit was not workingHe should be considered for a salesman's position, he explained the process so clearlyWe are most grateful
