Highly recommend ARS Been using them many years for multiple properties for maintenance, repair and new installations They are very committed to customer satisfactionTheir customer care manager is the best, as is their entire staff

We have a maintenance plan with ARSMarch 29th we received a thorough check out of our AC for the summer seasonThe tech was early for the appointment, explained his procedures and showed us the results and indicated the readings were well with in satisfactory operational rangeThe AC is good for another seasonWe discussed installing a humidifierRoy will be back on Friday to put our new humidifier on the furnace for the whole houseHis work order was completely filled out, detailing all the readings and his physical checkoutIt was another job well done by ARS staff and especially Roy Kearns

I have had service calls with ARS...they were late to two of themWhen you give someone a 5-hour window and can't be bothered to call and let them know you won't be arriving till p.m., you are not a responsible company, and I cannot recommend themThe attitude of their customer service team was also defensive when presented with this issue

We were very pleased with the seasonal service provided by Daniel R He was professional, considerate and helpful

ARS installed a new heat pump at my house, and I was 100% satisfied They came when they said they would, and the technician, Wendell, could not have been more professional and thorough Every other person who has had to go into my small crawl space has complained bitterly, but he never mentioned it He and his assistant worked about hours, well after dark, to complete the job When I had a question the following day, the service manager came immediately I would highly recommend using ARS

ARSInstalled a split unit Mitsubishi air conditioner The total experience was awesome from [redacted] who came out to measure and recommend the unit I needed without any propaganda Straight to the point and honest The installation crew were great [redacted] even noticed while running power that I had improper breakers he replaced them their work was flawless Folks I highly recommend ARS for your AC needs Great experience, great workmanship and an even greater price

I have been with ARS for over years (different homes) and after a rough patch, I am again a happy and loyal customer A few months ago, I had an issue with a service technician and the quality of service that he delivered during a routine spring maintenance visitI provided feedback via a survey (to include commenting on what I perceived was a culture shift focused primarily on “upselling”) and received a call from management the next dayThe end result was very positive and I felt the company had begun to regain my trustLast week, I had a serious issue with my system (9-year old Trane purchased from ARS) and the technician gave me options of repair or replace…he was very helpful and thoroughI chose to have a salesperson visit me the next morning to discuss my options ARS sent a Quality Assurance Manager, to review my alternativesI informed the representative of my previous issues and my concern regarding possible replacement of this system that had been under ARS service the entire 9-yearsHe carefully listened to my concerns and contacted the overall sales director who provided superb customer service… no sales gimmicks or pressure tacticsHe was well informed of my previous issues, apologized for the lapse in service quality, and personally guaranteed my satisfactionI decided to replace my systemARS sent out two very professional and knowledgeable technicians to install my systemThe Quality rep also came out to assist as required The results are outstandingI am very happy with the system and the service I received and I plan to continue using ARS for my heating/AC needs As a side note, please pass on my thanks to installersInstaller is an experienced professional and installer (apprentice) is a very pleasant young man with huge potential

Jason was at our business to work on an AC issue unrelated to my issue I asked Jason a question about my issue that was un related to his service call and he jumped right in and began to offer troubling shooting advise, then began to work on my issue and was able to resolve it in about minutes He was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped me out of a jam

The technician, Moe Larrived within the scheduled time, even though he was a replacement for another tech He was knowledgeable, courteous, and methodicalHe showed me what he was doing at every point He was not hurried He could have been supplied with previous visit histories of ARS actions and parts, but this was not his fault Moe was the best technician this company has sent in years

These installers for ARS were very personable and professional The install went smoothly They explained everything well and did a great job

John Nof ARS Manasas fixed my humidifier! Paid a lot of money for it It was only a year old, but have had a number of issues Have had service calls from multiple technicians on the unit John Nwas finally the one to fix it He was very patient and took a methodical approach Tried one item at a time Ultimately, he had to spend a couple of hours on the phone with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem Great work!

We've used ARS sInce moving in our house years ago We purchased the maintenance plan every year and ARS consistently provided fast and efficient service The service techs always wear footies over their shoes to aid in keeping my floors clean Just recently, during one of our hot degree days our year old AC unit quit running I called ARS immediately in the morning and the tech was out to our house within four hours to fix the outside unit We ultimately decided to replace the whole HVAC system as well as the hot water heater The cost of the systems were reasonable priced and they were out the next day to replace the systems The techs were efficient and pleasant, as well as tidy They went over the operation of the systems, the warranties, and clearly answered all my questions I would definitely recommend ARS
