Martin I., ARS Technician, recently serviced my furnace.
He was a PROFESSIONAL. Knowledgeable, instilled customer confidence; thorough and meticulous in his work. He made recommendations that I acted on; and would invite him back to service the AC/ Heating unit.

ARS. Installed a split unit Mitsubishi air conditioner. The total experience was awesome from [redacted] who came out to measure and recommend the unit I needed without any propaganda. Straight to the point and honest. The installation crew were great [redacted] even noticed while running power that I had improper breakers he replaced them their work was flawless. Folks I highly recommend ARS for your AC needs. Great experience, great workmanship and an even greater price.

Jason P and his team from ARS. Rescue Rooter Columbia recently provided an installation at my home. They were very professional, arrived well before scheduled time, let me know the status of the installation throughout the day and answered any questions that I had without hesitation. They took great care of my home and left it cleaner than they found it in some areas. The team members working with Jason were Andrew, Josh and Eddie. They were a great team to work with.

Robert did a great job installing my 2 heat pump systems. All work was accomplished in 5 hours on a Saturday. I was very pleased with his professional approach to the task and taking care of my property. He was also polite and courteous. His crew left my house as clean as they found it. I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend ARS. Been using them many years for multiple properties for maintenance, repair and new installations. They are very committed to customer satisfaction. Their customer care manager is the best, as is their entire staff.

I appreciate the work John N[redacted] performed for us today to repair our air conditioning system. He identified the problem, ordered and installed the part. This was no small job as it took time and attention
I am very confident in his ability as an ARS Service Technician and would request him to perform our next system check up.

I have had 3 service calls with ARS...they were late to two of them. When you give someone a 5-hour window and can't be bothered to call and let them know you won't be arriving till 10 p.m., you are not a responsible company, and I cannot recommend them. The attitude of their customer service team was also defensive when presented with this issue.

Clarence did a great job explaining what he did to my A/C. Very pleasant and considerate. I hope the capacitor replacement does the trick!

We were incredibly pleased with the work performed by Jason. He was professional, kind, curious, and efficient. We could not have asked for better service than what was provided to us for our new home.

We were very pleased with the seasonal service provided by Daniel R. He was professional, considerate and helpful.

On 11/11/2015 ARS was our service provider for an HVAC issue we were having in our home. Mr. Roy K[redacted] was the ARS representative that provided the service. Mr. K[redacted] was absolutely phenomenal! From the time I greeted him at the door until the time he left my home he was an absolute professional. He arrived before the scheduled time, was respectful to my house and really went out of his way to truly assess our issues. He not only fixed the issue but he educated me on my HVAC systems, how they work and how to properly maintain them. He gave us outstanding customer service and if we need any HVAC services in the future, we will seriously consider ARS and we hope we get Roy again. Outstanding Job ARS/Roy, Keep up the good work!

We have a maintenance plan with ARS. March 29th we received a thorough check out of our AC for the summer season. The tech was early for the appointment, explained his procedures and showed us the results and indicated the readings were well with in satisfactory operational range. The AC is good for another season. We discussed installing a humidifier. Roy will be back on Friday to put our new humidifier on the furnace for the whole house. His work order was completely filled out, detailing all the readings and his physical checkout. It was another job well done by ARS staff and especially Roy Kearns.

These installers for ARS were very personable and professional. The install went smoothly. They explained everything well and did a great job.

Very professional and gave honest recommendations. He spent a long time to give a full evaluation of our air conditioning unit. I'd recommend him!

Renting a home in Alexandria VA and one of the A/C units failed last week on a scorcher of a day. ARS sent over a tech immediately the next morning, I had telephoned in the trouble call at 1700 hrs the night before). Technician Alex K* [redacted]was extremely knowledgable, thorough and professional in identifying not just the root of the issue (capacitor in the unit) but also some small issue that would have become major in a short time.

Great and very responsible company. Office Manager Ms. Pat, Supervisor Mr. A[redacted], Technician Jason P[redacted] and Andrew Baer, were responsible according to their job's description, to make the Installation of my Air Conditioner replacement service a great experience.

I am very pleased with the service received and their compromise to comply and overcome my expectations.

Thank you to all of the crew.

Mr. Lee S[redacted], Comfort Specialist of ARS (Manassas,VA) came to give us an estimate for possible options concerning our air conditioning coils and water heater as a follow up to our summer maintenance agreement. Mr. S[redacted] gave us an honest answer by telling us that things are normal as of now and could not see any reason for spending any money for upgrades at this time. It was great to get an honest opinion.
