I am from a different country and even I have a mental issue and my dog really reduces my worries and makes my heartbeat slower, I can not really express myself to a doctor in face.

Their service asked me lots of questions online, I usually take time to answer those questions. Sometimes, I need to call them but they are always nice. I have a problem to face people and talk to them. Obviously English is not my first language. And I worry too much and can not talk to people clearly.

But I need my dog to live.

I registered my dog as an ESA and American Service Pets made it a very quick and easy process. The online exam to qualify your need for an ESA was legitimate and relatively quick. I got my ESA letter from a local license psychiatrist in a matter of a couple days. I’d recommend them to others looking for an ESA letter!

Was very skeptical going into this at first, but turned out it was everything I needed! And more! My dog is certified and you get the info in minutes. The paper copies in a week or 2. By passes all security deposits required for apartment dog combo and he’s allowed in stores and on a plane!

When I needed an ESA letter quickly so my dog could move with me American Pet Services got me and official letter within 48 hours. Additionally they also filled out the paperwork that the rental company asked for within 48 hours as well. All letters and documents are legit and I was able to keep my dog with me. I am one happy customer.

I received my ESA letter in just one day. I was skeptical, so I ordered just the basic e-letter and printed out myself. I used it to fly my ESA on Southwest Airlines and there was no problem. I inquired a out getting an ESA letter from American service pets as I was moving and wanted to to apply the letter to my new place of residency. Within 2-3 days I received my letter without any issues. I sent the letter to my new residency and was able to utilize it any my new residence. I am very satisfied with the turn around time from applying and receiving the letter in a timely manner. I also purchased the ESA vest for my dog and received it in the mail. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
