Having American Service Pets has been the BEST thing for me and my dog! I am a nervous traveler especially since my illness, and being able to have my dog with me makes it so much more relaxing for me. A total 10 rating!

They are awesome! So helpful and really cared ! I had just lost my husband and was an emotional basket case. They listened and helped me resolve my problem with my beloved pet who was my constant and only solace during this difficult time

I had a letter originally from my therapist but when I stopped seeing her my landlord's office manager "lost" my paperwork and I could not reach my past therapist to get a copy of the original. I I had been without my support animal. the hospital kept putting me off as they are always backlogged. my mental state deteriorated. I stopped leaving the house, I was picking fights with my husband and kids. then I found American service pets who helped me make it possible to get a puppy. I am still waiting to see a doctor but I have been able to start training my puppy and I have not been picking fights, I am calmer. I am going outside all the time now with the puppy of course. Thank you so very much American service pets. I am still going to be working with my doctor but this one small thing has made a huge difference in my well being.

This was easy, quick, & effective. Love everything about the registration process. Everything came in the mail fast. Have already recommended to 3 of my friends. This is overall a great service & definitely trustworthy. I was able to take my emotional support animal on flights with no problem. They provide everything you need. Thank so much. The people are very helpful and friendly. They will answer your questions and assist you with your problem if needed. They also are quite fast in getting things out to you.

American Service Pets truly delivered on their promise to provide me with the documents I needed to have my dog accredited as an emotional support animal. American Service Pets allowed me to continue to live with my four legged family member in a place that originally doesn’t accept pets. I am truly thankful for their quick and reliable service.

I have worked with ASA and received my letter. My only problem is when a condo association dosent agree with the letter the company will not work with you to fix the problem. They just tell you that they are right. I dont see why they cannot at least try to contact the people to assist you. At this time Im still working on this situation ALONE

I absolutely love my emotional support animal. I received everything I need, the vest, card, and certificate, airline information. I spoke to a representative confirmed all my questions and it was so easy and fast. I’ve told many dog owners about American Service Pet, they were so excited to hear how fast the process took and how they can call or email you. Get ready for more clients joining. The questions asked are reasonable when applying and I was emailed various times so I was not worried and I was able to keep checking my application status and my physical papers and Id card came at good timing.

I am very happy with american service pets. My 13 year old pet had to be put down because of cancer...less than 4 days later on our 25th wedding anniversary I broke both my arms in an accident from a fall. When I had a CT of my head, they said I didn't have a concussion but had cancer. That was three strikes in less than 7 days. I was a complete mess. I longed to have my pet back. We happened to buy another pet from the same breeder as our late dog. During my healing time with both hands in casts (unable to feed, cook, drive, clean, dress, bath, etc) and having tests and treatments for cancer - It was a real comfort to me being able to have my pet fly back and forth with me while I visited my parents in NY and lived in FL. People who think emotional support pets are a joke - have no right to judge. They do not see the inward pain people suffer. Taking a pill is not always an option - I need the strength and support my pet offers me when I travel or choose to stay home. My oncologist, primary care doctor, orthopedic doctor could not help me emotionally - I didn't need another doctor nor could I afford another to tell me "take these pills". Thank You American Service Pets for helping me to travel with my emotional support pet - who may I add - behaves better in public and on the plain than most children do!

Very happy with the process and services provided. Was able to travel with my emotional support dog without any issues at the airport. This company is very professional and responds quickly to questions.

I searched around and asked so many of my fellow ESA owner friends to find a respectable and legitimate service to get the documents I needed in order to travel with my dog who offers me a level of comfort and calm that is indescribable. After reading hundreds of reviews filled with false promises and outright lies (99% of which were not even located in the USA), I finally found American Service Pets. The process was very easy to follow and didn't wear me out. Further, the cost was very in line with what I expected to pay maybe even a bit on the less expensive side. The folks called me and offered assistance in the event that I had any questions. I received all of the documents I needed for the airlines and the documents that I needed my vet to fill out. It made the upload to the airlines so simple. I neglected to include a badge when I ordered, initially, so I sent them an email request and they took care of everything for me. I am grateful and very pleased. I would highly recommend American Service Pets for all of your ESA needs.

I love the emotional support letter that was given from this company. I’m using it for the apartment purpose. She looked at it and said okay looks good. And my baby girl was able to be with me.

They are the best advocate for emotional service animals. They care about us forgotten people. We are just as important as anyone else.

We LOVE our ESA certification! Our dog is a wonderful assistant for my husband and having access to this service has really helped with our plans for travel and other outings. We received our letter and badges quickly and efficiently!

I can only speak from my own experience regarding my puppy and her ESA status through American Service Pets. I just recently returned from a trip and Southwest Airlines required that an ESA pet have an accompanied letter from a licensed physician regarding my need for Bella to accompany me on the flight, either in a carrier that fits under the seat or on leash. I received the letter once I took the test/within 24 hours and received a very detailed evaluation from a licensed Pyschologist who has a practice in my area - in fact very close to where I live. The detail included met all the airline requirements and were verified by airline staff specific for ESA and Service Dogs. The experience was seamless and painless and I did not have to pay for Bella's airfare which was very helpfu, although not my primary reason for intiating the legitimacy of my need for an ESA pet. I was able to take her out of her carrier, on leash which I needed to do for my composure.

Once at my destination I was able to take Bella everywhere with me - she wore a velcro tag noting her ESA status and was allowed in shops and restaurants and hotels with no problem.

I'm unsure why the negative reviews on this Revdex.com site and find it difficult to understand unless the individuals did not follow through with the process or their testing did not qualify. Not sure, but I am very grateful to American Service Pets for enhancing my life and Bella's. Thank you

I have no idea what these poor reviews are talking about. The company clearly states that it is for Emotional Service Animals, not any other type. I received a response and a a meeting with a mental health professional very quickly. Letters that the airlines requested were also delivered promptly and aligned with their regulations and so my dog was approved on two different airlines as an ESA. This company is highly professional, caring and responsive. As a customer, I can say I am completely satisfied with the service and communication this company provides. Highly recommend.
