This is a wonderful service for getting a certificate for an emotional support animal. It is not a "SCAM" An Emotional support animal is for people who need the comfort of knowing that your best friend is with you at all times. It works for me every time.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and need my girl with me. This company made it easy for me to get the letter and certificate for a very well behaved lab.
These negative reviews are lies unless you did not receive your product. It took me a week to complete the entire process and receive my letter and dog vest. It would have taken me weeks to get to my psychologist and weeks for the letter to arrive. Then go find an emotional support vest for her.
It entitles my dog to stay with me in hotels when I have to travel and a vacation home when we vacation!
I had trouble on their web site getting my order sent. I was called by one of their representatives and she took care of it on the phone. Going over each question. Maybe unhappy people should call their office before writing negative reviews.

Very nice people very professional and answered all my questions with very good useful information and when I called in with questions about legal issues they were able to answer those too in regards to my ESA dogs .

I think the emotional support service animals are an absolute necessity for those who have a legitimate need. In addition, it lessens the use of Narcotics for patients who are in treatment. As a result society is better of. These Animals provide patients a soothing and calming effect that no drug can give.

I don’t know why these people are saying that this organization is anything but very helpful, honest, and aboveboard in dealing with clients. I’ve dealt with them on a few occasions and have been very happy with the results. Before you believe bad reviews do more research. The people that left the bad reviews were more than likely shady people trying to pull a fast one with using American Service Pets and got caught and was refused service.

American Service Pets satisfied my needs in obtaining my documentation. I was grateful that they followed up with me to ensure I had no further questions regarding the process.

American Service Pets really cares about the emotional needs/connection with our pets.
I checked out other sites and was not comfortable that their pricing was all inclusive or of what products their pricing included. With ASP I didn’t have those worries. Highly recommend.

I have a certified Emotional Service Animal for the last 8 years. It was time for my renewal letter and a friend recommended American Service Pets.com. They were very caring and prompt in getting back to my online request. Having gone through this process before, I was familiar with the requirements for the airlines. I couldn't give American Service Pets. com a higher recommendation. My forms arrived on time and were completed professionally.

There are quite a few companies out there offering ESA letters. Most are questionable at best. American Service Pets is fantastic. The process is quick, easy and your letter is written on your therapist’s letterhead (something you don’t get from some of the other companies.). American is really a breath of fresh air.

The service we got was great! Very professional and quick too. The documents were available right online right away. And all paper documents and items I purchase sent out right away. There was plenty customer support, if I had any questions or inquiries about the order and documents. There were very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone who would ask. This company is not a scam as some have suggested. The psychologists they have on staff all are licensed and caring. This company supported me and gave a valuable service. Those of us with certain emotional disabilities need to be with our animals and this service provides a way to do that. Teleconferencing with a licensed doctor is much more convenient and less stress-full than scheduling an office visit. This company provided the service in an efficient and professional manner and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!!
