To Whom it may Concern: Again Apple Auto has NO record of Mr***'s alleged depositThere are also NO phone calls made on his behalf what so everLet's just think about this for A moment...If you claimed that somebody had $dollars of yours would you wait YEARS!!! to say something about it????? Absolutely not, You would be in the next day with your receipt and PROOF of payment.( NOBODY WOULD WAIT YEARS TO TRY AND GET THIER MONEY BACK) Mr***'s allegations are clearly not credibleWe've responded and asked that Mr [redacted] provide us with more information regarding this transactionWe've also stated that Mr [redacted] please provide us with his original receipt from this ALLEGED transaction stating it is from Apple Auto with the transaction date and time on it Mr [redacted] has yet to do thisApple Auto Policy does not issue any refunds with out a receiptAs any store's return policy's are, you can't walk into a [redacted] or a [redacted] or any store and demand a refund with out a receipt! Hello There, After reviewing the folderWe found out that we have indeed explained that in order complete the dealOur lending institution required a total down payment of $Per our notes in the system we verified that we were wating for the remaining of the down payment by Friday Sep 9th in orde to finalize the deal and compy with our lending institution requirements At this time we can refund your full amount of $back to you and cancel the deal However, if you would like to keep this trasaction please contact one of our managers to resolve the remaining of the down paymetBest Regards Apple Team

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: at the time I spoke with the dealer it seemed this issue would have been resolved with one trip to the *** which I made that day, however, it at the end, took four trips and two full days off from work not to mention, I had, from sept 13,2013-sept 5, been driving an unregistered vehicle [redacted] assured me I was not, however when I was pulled over by the police the day after I spoke to [redacted] *** regarding this, I was indeed driving an unregistered vehicle which I was told would be impounded this entire situation is completely unacceptable [redacted] claims that they provided a new registration to me 'at no cost' however, at the time of purchase I was clear that I wanted my plates transferred, which the salesman physically removed the plates from my old vehicle and put them on the new, and let me drive home, and for the past months, this way the 'new registration' that [redacted] refers to, was not issued until decemeber of 2014, which is three months after I purchased the vehicle this situation, not only put myself and my family at risk, it cost me two days of lost wages at work, in addition to lost income from my farm, which a road legal pickup truck is vital for also, being detained by the police in front of a business that work with is both unprofessional and embarassing, along with unacceptable, and never would have happened if the truck was registered, which was the responsibility of the dealer as stated in my first contact, I am requesting a refund of the $in fees that I paid Sincerely, [redacted]

We recommend she look for her paperwork that she did indeed receive at the time of purchaseIf she requires additional copies of her paperwork this IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU NEED TO GO TO THE Revdex.com FORNO NEED FOR CUSTOMERS TO BE SPITEFUL OVER SUCH AN EASY REQUEST! Something must have happened to the vehicle while in her possession that all of a sudden her paperwork is a concern when for the last months we haven't heard anything from her?? [redacted] left Apple Auto A very Happy customer due to the fact that her credit was so poor and no body was able to help her get into a vehicle except Apple AutoApple Auto worked really hard for her and got her into the vehicle she wantedUpon purchase of your vehicle at Apple Auto, ALL customers are provided with copies of their signed paperworkNo body leaves Apple Auto without ALL PAPERWORKCould it be possible that [redacted] misplaced her paperwork after she left the dealership? We would recommend [redacted] look at home or in vehicle for her paperwork that she did indeed receive upon purchase date of her vehicleIf [redacted] can not find her paperwork, This is a very easy fix and Apple Auto would be happy to provide her with copies once againApple Auto has not received one phone call from [redacted] regarding this, If we did we would have known about the situation and got her to the right department to help assist her properlyI mean who goes to the Revdex.com over copies of paperwork?? that doesn't seem like a very Valid complaintAll [redacted] had to do was communicate With out a phone call or any type of communication for months Apple Auto can not correct anything if they were never made aware of anything in the first placeAgain, [redacted] left Apple Auto a very happy customer with a great vehicle and all her paperwork in her possessionIf she lost her paperwork that is no problem, there is no reason to put a falsified complaint in when copies of paperwork are easy to achieve with proper notificationSincerely, Apple Auto Management

They are COMPLETE LIARS at Apple Auto I went to them about a year ago to purchase my [redacted] *** It was a great price and the car seemed to be in great condition (I had my mechanic check it out before I purchased the car) They promised a detail of the entire interior and exterior of the car which never happened, even when I brought it back a second time They "fixed" the dome light which went out a week after the "fix." They never gave me new windshield wipers They replaced the tires with "new" ones that need to be replaced again before even a year of ownership (months of which the car did not get driven at all dude to an ankle injury) These are all small potatoes in comparison to the fact that I was sold a "3-year manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty." A couple of weeks into owning the car it was making a strange sound and when I called into Apple Auto the guy who answered the phone told me to go anywhere for the repair because of the warranty that I had purchased When I brought the car to the [redacted] dealership closer to my house they told me I had a limited power-train warranty and that the repairs needed (suspension belt and another thing I can't remember) were not covered and would cost me $ When I called Apple Auto to inquire about this the manager told me that I could bring the car into them and the repairs would be covered no charge and the warranty was a paperwork error made by them I brought the car in to them and told them I wanted the "paperwork error" to be fixed by the time I came to pick the car up When I went to pick the car up on the day they told me it would be ready I arrived at the dealership to one guy on the sales floor and not a soul in the auto body shop with my car up on the lift and nothing done to repair it after daysThe guy in the sales area basically told me that all of his loaners were out with the employees of the dealership and that he couldn't do anything to help me So I had to go back the next evening to pick up my car and when I arrived the new paperwork for the warranty that I had purchased was "locked in the manager's desk" and he was conveniently not there They are horrible liars and assume that I am stupid I have resolved to the fact that I was sold a piece of useless paper and that I'll never receive the actual warranty that I purchased I also never want to step foot in their dealership again and would advise that EVERYONE keep a good distance from them

To Whom it may Concern: [redacted] Came into Apple Auto and wanted to buy a [redacted] The [redacted] Picked out was in our Auction Line Due to the fact that it needed work and we were not going to repair it [redacted] was made aware that it needed some repairs and that we were not going to sell it or repair it, but he did not care and said that was the vehicle he wanted [redacted] put Money Down on the [redacted] and purchased it When the service problems arose in the vehicle that [redacted] was made aware of prior to purchase, [redacted] did not want to pay for them At this point Apple Auto did not have to do anything to help [redacted] but being the reputable dealership that we are we went above and beyond to make [redacted] Happy We offered to trade him out of the [redacted] and get him into another vehicle of his choice!!! Again, Apple auto did not have to do this but we care about our customers With that said [redacted] picked out a beautiful [redacted] that was so nice it was indoors and on our showroom floor!! [redacted] loved the [redacted] and left Apple Auto VERY HAPPYApple auto is very confused as to his fraudulent complaint Sincerely, Apple Auto Management

Customer has indicated the desire to cancel the warranty on 02/06/he was advised to document his request in writing in order for the warranty to be cancelledHe was already given instructions how to go about canceling his warranty in the pastBut nothing was doneHe showed us a BLANK piece of paper indicating he has done it in the pastHe was devised that a blank piece a paper would not work The year warranty will expire on 05/01/and the actual cash value is estimated at $I would like to offer a one time curtesy $credit to be used towards any service in our Service department + refund his $for the remaining of his warranty once he provides the proper letter requesting the cancelation Best Regards Apple Team
