After reviewing this complaint we decided with our customer to trade her car in for a newer vehicle.
All is resolved at this point.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have made many many phone calls, which I can prove, about the issues with my vehicle. And not one sales consultant, service team, manager, owner or anyone called me back or forwarded my messages. I have tried getting the issue resolved over the past year. And when I did speak with people in service, they refused to give me any and all documentation of any saftey checks they did. They have had many many many complaints and problems against them because of giving out bad cars one after another. When they finally did the tire replacement which was only 2 tires, it was practically the end of summer. I want every cent back that I have put into that car because of the lack of doing their job. Otheriwse I will take other precautions. Theres too much wrong with the car to keep driving it. I do not want any free services or tune ups or anything! They shouldve done their job in the first place. That car wasnt "specially picked". They picked a lemon that they lied about so they could hike up the price on it and screw people.

Customer has indicated the desire to cancel the warranty on 02/06/2014 he was advised to document his request in writing in order for the warranty to be cancelled. He was already given instructions how to go about canceling his warranty in the past. But nothing was done. He showed us a BLANK piece...

of paper indicating he has done it in the past. He was devised that a blank piece a paper would not work. 
The 2 year warranty will expire on 05/01/2014 and the actual cash value is estimated at $135.00. I would like to offer a one time curtesy $500.00 credit to be used towards any service in our Service department + refund his $135.00 for the remaining of his warranty once he provides the proper letter requesting the cancelation.

Customer is using the car for Racing. Audi S4. Customer Refuses to let the dealership buy the car back. 
Car had an issue from day one. Customer is a mechanic and informed us that be would fix it himself at first.
Now that we fixed  the issue under our warranty he blows...

the engine by over Reving the pistons. 
Car is registered and plated. Again we offered to buy the car back. Customer is demanding a new engine.
Only offer on the table is to Buy the car back.

Complaint Information: In reference to Miss's [redacted] complaint. Apple Auto Wholesalers' did respond. I am concerned as to where the email went. Apple Auto Wholesalers has also personally spoken with Miss [redacted] and we addressed her concerns and rectified them to her satisfaction. 2 manager's whom will attest to the documented conversations treated her with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. They went over a plan of action and took care of her issue's immediately. After going above and beyond to make Miss [redacted] happy and again, rectifying Miss [redacted] issue's, to her satisfaction. Miss [redacted] boyfriend called the dealership and was extremely belligerent, swearing and being completely disrespectful and uncalled for. Miss's [redacted] boyfriend is not on any of Miss [redacted] paperwork and legally has no right to any information regarding Miss [redacted] personal information or dealings with Apple Auto Wholesalers. Apple Auto Wholesalers will not tolerate this kind of behavior and will not disclose any information or converse with Miss [redacted] boyfriend. All transactions and correspondences moving forward will be with Miss [redacted] only. We arranged a time that was agreeable and convenient for Miss [redacted] to take care of her vehicle with our service department in which she cancelled. Apple Auto Wholesaler's has followed through with everything on our end that we have promised Miss [redacted] here at Apple Auto Wholesalers, again, Miss [redacted] cancelled her appointment with Apple Auto Wholesalers. I am rejecting this response because: Apple Auto has NOT PROVIDED me with any paper work on my vehicle at the time of purchase . This is absolutely unprofessional has Apple Auto lost their copy of the paperwork? And can't provide me with a copy I can't understand why I have to keep asking for the same information over and over again either Apple Auto can provide the information needed or DO APPLE AUTO  REFUSE TO PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMER WITH THIS INFORMATION?  I would expect that Apple Auto has lost the paper work because I have been their and it was no where to be found in your business. So if you are not able to provide the information  need which in the previous response Apple Auto said they have no reason why they can not forward me the information. So if you are stand by your previous statement provide the paper work that you have bottom line!!!!
What does Apple auto do with their files on customers after purchasing a vehicle? What is Apple Auto policy on what they provide a customer with at the time of purchasing a vehicle?

Due to this customers poor credit. The ONLY bank willing to take on the "Risk" of helping this customer is one of our banks for people with terrible credit. This particular bank charges a $3,000 to $4,000 dollar fee for it's services. This fee has nothing to do with Apple Auto! IT IS THE BANKS...

FEE. The fee gets added to the piece of the vehicle and is explained to the customer by the finance manager. Again, This customer is A HIGH RISK and no other banks will work with her. This is a Bank Fee which has NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO due to customers low credit.

Again, a" Fraudulent" review filled with nothing but error's and hear say. [redacted]'s Grammatical errors show her lack of transparency.  She's going to contact her" kawyer"...what's that?? Apple Auto has done nothing wrong and tried to help [redacted].  Apple Auto is an Extremely Reputable and Credible Dealership, we have millions of referrals due to our returning happy customers!   We wish [redacted] the best of luck in the future and we'll be here for all your future vehicle needs!

Apple Auto was a dissapointment. I called and spoke to one of the employees who assured me that a vehicle that I was interested in was still available. I made an appt to test drive the car. When I arrived a salesman told me that the car sold a week ago so I drove 40mins up there for no reason or for them to attemp to get me to buy something else. The salesman was not informative didnt know anything about the cars this place is very unprofessional. I will never waste my time with them again

To Whom it may Concern:
 
Again Apple Auto has NO record of Mr. [redacted]'s alleged deposit. There are also NO phone calls made on his behalf what so ever. Let's just think about this for A moment...If you claimed that somebody had $500.00 dollars of yours would you wait YEARS!!! to say something about it?????  Absolutely not, You would be in the next day with your receipt and PROOF of payment.( NOBODY WOULD WAIT YEARS TO TRY AND GET THIER MONEY BACK) Mr. [redacted]'s allegations are clearly not credible. We've responded and asked that Mr. [redacted] provide us with more information regarding this transaction. We've also stated that Mr. [redacted] please provide us with his original receipt from this ALLEGED transaction stating it is from Apple Auto with the transaction date and time on it.  Mr. [redacted] has yet to do this. Apple Auto Policy does not issue any refunds with out a receipt. As any store's normal return policy's are, you can't walk into a [redacted] or a [redacted] or any store and demand a refund with out a receipt!  Apple Auto is no different. As far as the attachment Mr. [redacted] attached, anybody can cut n paste a phony looking statement. We need a RECIPT. We also need the additional information we asked Mr. [redacted] to provide regarding the vehicle info, sales rep, etc.  Which Mr. [redacted] also has failed to provide.  Most Stores have an expiration date as well, as to when you can get a refund and when you can not.  It's usually within a year from the date of purchase. Mr. [redacted] is way past this date and Apple Auto does not have to refund anything to Mr. [redacted]. Apple Auto stands behind it's original response. Mr. [redacted] has provided nothing valid to Apple Auto regarding this alleged transaction.

I don't want to purchase from you. My complaint , one more time for the record is WHY DID APPLE AUTO TRY TO SELL ME THE RED [redacted] FOR $13,000, WHEN THEY HAVE IT ADVERTISED F OR $7999 AND I HAVE PROOF OF THE ADVERTISEMENTS IN 2 DIFFERENT PUBLICATIONS. SO PLEASE STOP GOING AROUND THE SITUATION TALKING ABOUT SOME CREDIT SITUATION. IM A TAKE MY PROOF ELSEWHERE SINCE YOU'RE AVOIDING THE PRICE SCAM. YOU KEEP SAYING MY CREDIT, THEN WHY SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT CONTACTED ME YESTERDAY ABOUT TRYING TO FIND ME BETTER FINANCE AND I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT HAPPENED AND TOLD HOW YOUR REPS LIED ABOUT PRICE. which was May 2, 2015 did not work for my schedule. I was told that were to busy to look at my car this week so, so they will pick up my car May 9, 2015 to complete the work. We will see if this occurs.

It's been over 6 months and Apple Auto is just now hearing about [redacted]s complaint?  Something must have happened to the vehicle while in her possession that all of a sudden her paperwork is a concern when for the last 6 months we haven't...

heard anything from her?? [redacted]  left Apple Auto A very Happy customer due to the fact that her credit was so poor and no body was able to help her get into a vehicle except Apple Auto. Apple Auto worked really hard for her and got her into the vehicle she wanted. Upon purchase of your vehicle at Apple Auto, ALL customers are provided with copies of their signed paperwork. No body leaves Apple Auto without ALL PAPERWORK. Could it be possible that [redacted] misplaced her paperwork after she left the dealership? We would recommend [redacted] look at home or in vehicle for her paperwork that she did indeed receive upon purchase date of her vehicle. If [redacted] can not find her paperwork, This is a very easy fix and Apple Auto would be happy to provide her with copies once again. Apple Auto has not received one phone call from [redacted] regarding this, If we did we would have known about the situation and got her to the right department to help assist her properly. I mean who goes to the Revdex.com over copies of paperwork?? that doesn't seem like a very Valid complaint. All [redacted] had to do was communicate.  With out a phone call or any type of communication for 6 months Apple Auto can not correct anything if they were never made aware of anything in the first place. Again, [redacted] left Apple Auto a very happy customer with a great vehicle and all her paperwork in her possession. If she lost her paperwork that is no problem, there is no reason to put a falsified complaint in when copies of paperwork are easy to achieve with proper notification.

We have paid the remaining $83.29 to the account referenced to this tittle. This was a simple misunderstanding from the customer that traded the car in with our office management.  Attached you will find the receipt for the payment made yesterday to close the account. The lien release will be faxed over later on today or tomorrow.

Customer was given a NEW registration instead of a transfer at no EXTRA charge. This vehicle was indeed REGISTERED but the wrong plates was put on the vehicle.
This was our mistake and for that we Apologize. After reviewing the file and going over the issue with our...

customer.  We decided to offer the following:
1. A full refund for any EXTRA expenses that our customer accrued with [redacted] for  fixing the issue.
2. A days work PAY up to $[redacted] per day [redacted]
3. A full tank of gas
He has accepted our offer.

Everything so I am not going to keep going back and forth. I have already had my car checked and fixed by a RELIABLE body shop. I do mot need you to do any work. I want all money back!
