This Dealer needs to pay off that lein, I am contacting lawyers in the area to get this resolved. Whats to say they don't pay off the lein, and I never see a title

Customer refuses to inform us of the current mileage on the car and what kind of maintenance work done by her for the past year besides the work done by Apple Automotive almost a year agoOffer will be on the table until 11/30/Customer seems unwilling to accept our offer for a FREE check up, and tune upWe wont be able to help anyone without looking at the car

Customer called and Re-schedule due to her ***Appointment scheduled for June 9th

Miss *** did purchase a vehicle with Apple Auto. That is about the only truthful part to this unnecessary complaint. Apple Auto does not sell vehicles that are not road safe or have bad TitlesThe vehicle Miss *** purchased has a" CLEAN TITLE"
and PASSED all it's safety inspections. Apple Auto would be happy to provide you with a copy of the Title to Miss ***s vehicle showing NOTHING is wrong with her vehicle and the title is clean Again, Her vehicle HAS A, "CLEAN TITLE" and that is what is most important when purchasing and selling a vehicle. As far as Miss ***s credit, well that's not so good which is why Miss *** can not trade out of this carSince February Miss ***s credit has gone completely down hill due to her not paying her billsThis has Nothing to do with Apple Auto. Also, Miss *** did not pay anywhere close to $16,for this vehicle, Apple Auto also has documentation that can prove this and what she actually paid for the vehicle. If miss *** can not be honest about what she paid for the vehicle, then It's safe to assume that Miss *** is not a very credible person and that most of this review is fraudulent and not true as wellAs far as her sales rep Eric being fired because of this??? Again, just simply not the truthThis Rep has left the state and relocated which is the reason for him leaving Apple AutoIf miss *** wants to try and get out of this loan she needs to take it up with the bankThere is nothing more that Apple Auto can do for her due to her poor credit

response because: I did leave very happy, but returned days laterMy car has been to apple auto countless times l, for the same issues, each time they told me the car was fineThen the car began shutting off on me, and not starting once shut off, for hoursI brought the car to pep boys, they kept it for a weekThen they suggested I bring it to a chrysler dealership I did, I lt stayed there for weeksThey called me and told me that the warranty company would not cover further diagnostics, and asked me to pick it upI have all my paperwork from these companysAnd have spoken to apple yesterday and today and am currently waiting a call backSincerely, *** ***

After reviewing the contract It looks like the financial institution has already processed this contract and At this point it is out of Apple Automotive's hand
Also, It looks like our customer has a tax delinquent tax
or insurance cancelations case at *** and for that reason we are not able to Reg/deliver this car until this issue is cleared with ***We are offering this customer a possibility of towing this car to the customers house to avoid any storage charges

income was not strong. Our sales manager tried to explain to her that due to her credit and her income the *** would not work for herShowed her plenty of beautiful vehicles in her price rangeBut *** ***r did not care and demanded the *** *** *** was completely aware of the vehicles price it is clearly stated everywhereOn all the paperwork on the website on 3rd party addsShe knew the price upon coming into Apple Auto*** *** wanted the *** and ONLY THAT *** So being we always want to make our customers happy we went above and beyond to help *** *** get into this beautiful ***. *** *** signed all the paperwork where the PRICE was stated clearly and understood everything she was signing*** *** Financed so there is a finance charge which HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO and will make the price more in the endCommon sense when financing, and everyone knows that you would thinkWhat this really boils down to is *** *** purchased a vehicle that she can not afford and is trying to pin it on us after we tried showing her other more affordable vehicles that would best fit her NEEDS, *** *** did not care and again was demanding the *** only*** *** is not being honestThis Complaint is completely fraudulent because she is just trying to get out of a contract that SHE HERSELF SIGNED! She cant afford the *** that she bought so now she is trying everything she can to try and get out of itShe signed a contactShe is making up ridiculous things about the vehicle ALLEDGING things are broken and etcWhen this vehicle left this dealership in PERFECT CONDITION! PASSED EVERY INSPECTION AND WAS FLAWLESS WHICH IS WHY SHE WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! THIS CAR WAS SO PERFECT THE OWNER HIMSELF BOUGHT ITAGAIN, there is NOTHING wrong with this vehicle *** *** is trying to CON everybody to get out of a Legally Binding contract that she happily and excitedly signed to purchase this vehicle*** *** even had the audacity to call one day and say that, " She just doesn't like the car" and feels like the car is haunted or something"....So she wants to give it back! We don't have the time to tolerate such ridiculousnessWe are a professional establishmentThis individual purchased a vehicle and now this individual needs to take responsibility for her actions and her vehicle. it's kind of like this, have you ever heard the expression, "Champagne taste on a beer Budget" ..This is a classic case of thatApple Auto Did nothing wrong and *** *** left our establishment very happyWe are confused as to this fraudulent complaint

[redacted] Came into Apple Auto and wanted to buy a [redacted].  The [redacted] Picked out was in our Auction Line Due to the fact that it needed work and we were not going to repair it.  [redacted] was made aware that it needed...

some repairs and that we were not going to sell it or repair it, but he did not care and said that was the vehicle he wanted.  [redacted] put Money Down on the [redacted] and purchased it.  When the service problems arose in the vehicle that [redacted] was made aware of prior to purchase,  [redacted] did not want to pay for them.  At this point Apple Auto did not have to do anything to help [redacted] but being the reputable dealership that we are we went above and beyond to make [redacted] Happy.  We offered to trade him out of the [redacted] and get him into another vehicle of his choice!!!  Again, Apple auto did not have to do this but we care about our customers.  With that said [redacted] picked out a beautiful [redacted] that was so nice it was indoors and on our showroom floor!!  [redacted] loved the [redacted] and left Apple Auto VERY HAPPY. Apple auto is very confused as to his fraudulent complaint.

No customer leaves Apple Auto without copies of all signed documents. This customer could have potentially lost their paperwork?? We recommend she look for her paperwork that she did indeed receive at the time of purchase. If she requires additional copies...

of her paperwork this IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU NEED TO GO TO THE Revdex.com FOR. NO NEED FOR CUSTOMERS TO BE SPITEFUL OVER SUCH AN EASY REQUEST! All this customer had to do was let us know and copies would have been given. It's THAT SIMPLE!!!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.All our vehicles are sold with at least a 30 days or 1500 miles warranty from time of sale. Also, we have offered our services to fix the tranny issue at our cost. It was declined. Customer was offered an Extended warranty at time of sale...

and declined it as well.
We will maintain our offer to work on this vehicle at our cost to accommodate our customer needs.

I recently bought a [redacted] from Marci L[redacted] and all I can say is that it was one of the easiest experiences. It was my first car so I thought it was going to be a difficult task but these guys really knew what they were doing. I definitely recommend Apple.

I had a great experience at Apple Auto. I bought a [redacted], and my salesman was Tony. All in all it was a great experience.

Apple Auto stands behind it's prior response. And this customer must have been talking to a different dealership?? Apple Auto does not have any files or anything what so ever called, "Archives".  All customers receive all their paperwork at point of sale.
