Any work completed on my vehicle was done by an outside CREDITED body shop due to the lack or response from the dealership in which I purchased my vehicleI do not want any services done by Apple AutoI have already gotten them done as I have already statedI will be going another route

This is the first I am hearing of *** *** service issuesApple Auto went above and beyond to make *** *** a happy customer, Apple Auto took a huge loss on the vehicle she purchased just to make sure she was Happy with her deal,
price and customer serviceI would advise *** *** to go through her paperworkThere is a piece of paper called a ,"We Owe"...That paper gets signed at the point of sale by the managerThe "We Owe" is simply that, a list of things the dealership promises to the customer, such as repairs, floor matts things of that natureEvery dealership has a We Owe agreement that must be signed by all partiesIf a customer does not have a We Owe the dealership is not responsible for any extra's of any sort once the customer leaves the dealershipPlease check and see if you have a signed We Owe from Apple AutoIf *** *** does indeed have a signed We Owe document from Apple Auto promising these things she is requesting she simply needs to come into the dealership with the We Owe and Apple Auto will be happy to accommodate *** *** with what is stated on the We Owe onlyText Messages are not acceptable and can be fraudulentApple Auto will honor proper documentation only such as the We Owe dated and signed from Apple Auto Wholesalers only

After reviewing the file for the last couple of daysWe have collected data from the actual tittle of this vehicle and saw NO frame damage/ flood or reported on this vehicleAlso, the CARFAX is not reporting ANY accidents with this vehicle WHATSOEVERWe have contacted Carfax and they
are in the process of contacting the Auction that this vehicle was sold to determine why a vehicle with NO Accidents is showing a Possible Frame damage based on a visual inspection by the seller
Furthermore, based on the information on the actual CARFAX this vehicle should be sold for $less than its actual retail value
Well, this vehicle was sold for $and its NADA retail value is over $38kAttached you will find a copy of the tittle CLEARING any concerns that this vehicle has any TITLE issues

My offer stands, customer was offered help on this situation and refused by saying he had the situation under "control" at the timeIt's been almost a full month and we haven't heard from this customer, or presented with the documentation requested in order to resolve and settle his demandsI will continue to offer our help to resolve the situation and will continue to wait for the documentation mentioned on my first e mail both to the customer and to The Revdex.comMy offer will expire by the end of this month 9/30/

** *** was offered a refund multiple timesHe changed his mind and informed the finance manager Rich that he did not want a refund and instead wanted a carHe asked Rich to do whatever he could to get him into a vehicle** ***s credit is poor which is why he is having a hard time getting a

Miss *** purchased a Vehicle with us back in March We are a bit confused as to why months later all of a sudden she would put in such a Ludacris complaintApple Auto Wholesalers sells, "Dependable, Reliable and Quality Vehicles"None of our vehicles EVER leave
our lot with out a full and complete point safety inspectionIf a vehicle does not pass inspection Apple Auto does not sell itMiss ***'s vehicle indeed passed it's safety inspectionUpon sale of this vehicle there was nothing wrong with it, and Miss *** left Apple Auto an extremely happy customer Any problems that Miss *** alleges occurred with her vehicle must have transpired after purchase and delivery while in Miss ***'s possession. Apple Auto Wholesalers has gone above and beyond to Make Miss *** Happy fully aware that we are not responsible for what happens to a vehicle once it leaves our lot in excellent physical and mechanical conditionWe still listened to her and addressed her concerns in a professional and timely mannerApple Auto followed through with everything promised on our endMiss *** was fully aware of her loan terms and monthly payment as wellShe signed all her paperwork happily and agreed with the terms and conditions. As far as her comments regarding forging or falsifying documents, This is clearly vindictive behavior and does not even warrant a response. Miss ***'s complaint it is filled with nothing but misleading information and NO merit.
