Review: I WENT TO APPLE WHOLESALERS ON 9/25/14. I SPOKE WITH A SALES PERSON BY THE NAME OF [redacted]. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN TOTALED OUT AND I HAD A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT MY CAR WOULD OF BEEN READY THAT DAY,IF HE KNEW I WAS COMING DOWN... BUT HE HAD TO HAVE IT DETAILED SO IT WOULD TAKE A DAY...(AS IT WAS ALREADY LATE). I STATED OK. I CALLED ON FRIDAY(THE NEXT DAY) AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T PICK THE CAR UP ON THAT DAY BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A BREAK COVER. SEEMED WEIRD TO ME, BUT OK. HE ALSO STATED THAT THERE SERVICE SHOP IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY, SO I HAD TO PICK THE CAR UP ON MONDAY. MONDAY AFTERNOON I CALLED AND FOUND OUT THAT A BRAKE LINE HAD TO BE REPLACED AND IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO THREE DAYS TO GET THE PARTS AND FIX IT. ONCE THAT WAS STATED I SAID TO [redacted] THATS NOT GOING TO WORK. I EXPLAINED AGAIN TO HIM THAT I HAD A LOANER THAT HAD TO BE RETURNED AND THAT NOW I WAS OCCURING FEES FOR NOT RETURNING THE CAR ON TIME. NOW YOU TELL ME EXTRA DAYS? SO I STATED I WANTED MY DEPOSIT BACK. HE STATED NO PROBLEM. TODAY 9/30/14 A FINANCE COMPANY CALLS ME AND GIVES ME A QUESTIONNAIRE. SHE ASKED HOW WAS THE CAR RUNNING AND I STATED I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CAR IT'S STILL ON THE LOT...I ALSO ASKED HER WHY IS SHE CALLING ME? SHE STATED THE CONTRACT WAS SUBMITTEE TO HER AS OF 9/26/2014. I ASKED HER HOW WAS THAT WHEN WE DIDNT EVEN FINISH GOING OVER EVERYTHING? I NEVER EVEN DATED THE CONTRACT? I SIGNED AS A N UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS WOULD MAKE THE PROCESS QUICKER WHEN I RETUNED. I GAVE THEM A $500 DEPOSIT AND HAD TO REURN WITH $2000.00 TO GET THE CAR. SO ONCE I EXPLAINED TO THE FINANCE COMPANY THE REASON WHY I DIDNT HAVE THE CAR, AND DIDNT WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE SALE, SHE CALLED THE CAR DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM. THEN I GUY NAMED [redacted] CALLED ME DIRECTLY FROM A ###-###-#### AND TOLD ME I WAS IGNORANT AND I WOULDN'T BE GETTING MY DEPOSIT BACK.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY $500.00 BACK AND I AHVE RECEPTS

Hello there. We apologize for the inconviniece that this may have caused. Our service department will not release a car if the had not passed our comprehensive final delivery inspection. Also, it sounds like because this was a SUB PRIME contract. The lender has to do their own investigations and job verifications prior to us realeasing the car. Please print this response and come in with your receipt for your deposit back.

From 9am to 445pm Mon to Friday's

Hello There,

Review: When my husband first test drove the used [redacted] F150 we purchased from Apple Auto back in September 2012, a check engine light was on. [redacted]'s (the salesperson) immediate suspicion was that it could have just been a bad oxygen sensor. He said he would get it taken care of. Sure enough, when my husband came back to take posession of the truck a week or so later, the check engine light was off. I think it is pretty safe to say that the reason it was off was that the technician simply cleared the fault and no actual repairs were made. I suspect this to be true because just a few weeks later, in October 2012, the light came on again. After a delay caused by Hurricane Sandy, I brought the truck up to Apple in January 2013 and the service department cleared the fault again. I was told at that point that the catalytic converter could be bad. I will take a leap here and conclude that the catalytic converter was bad before we ever took possession of the truck, and the "bad oxygen sensor" diagnosed by [redacted] back in September 2012 was in fact a failing cat converter. The service guys installed some device which essentially "fooled" the car's computer into not triggering a new check engine alert for a while. It lasted for a thousand miles or so, but recently that old pesky light came on again, and my local mechanic ([redacted]) gave me the news that I already knew: one of the cat converters was done... and the other one isn't far behind. So, I'm around $1000 lighter now. I understand that you can never know what might go wrong with a car after it drives off of the lot. But in our case, I feel that the problem with the truck was there before we bought the vehicle, and that there were people at Apple who knew it. Simply clearing the fault and not really being thorough when my husband first saw the engine light in September was a blatant shortcut. I feel like Apple Auto knowingly passed a problem onto us instead of properly fixing it.

Product_Or_Service: 2006 Ford

Desired Settlement: $1000 refund for catalytic converter replacement

Hello Ms. [redacted]

After reading you complaint here on Revdex.com. I would like to apologize in the name of Apple's team for your experience with the vehicle.

In response to your accusations of us "FOOLING" the car's computer not to TRIGGGER a check engine light for another 1000 miles or so is simply NOT TRUE. NOBODY and NO SERVICE DEPT. has the Technology to reprogram a F150 computer's module to do that. These types of cars are extremely sensitive to any oscillation on DATA reading and if there was any indication or any faulty system at the time of delivery the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT would turn on IMDEDIATELY. Like it did. Also, the computer cycle on a Ford F150 is about 50 miles, so a "simple reset" on the computer module would only last for about 50 miles. So the fact that you drove this car for another 1000 miles or so shows that the computer module completed its cycles plenty of times without any ISSUES. Furthermore, we not only sale cars here at Apple Automotive but we also service them. We would be very pleased to help you and your family with any service issues that you might need. However, sending your vehicle to another service facility after the purchase date blocks me from extending any SPECIAL GOODWILL services to you. I have, and will continue to help all our customers during and specially after the sale is completed. But I can't pay another service facility to perform a job in witch we are capable of. Just for your information. The job that you spent $1000.00 somewhere else would have cost you $489.00 here. So for that reason, I am sorry but I will not be reimbursing you for your expenses at another service facility at this time. In closing, I would love to have your service and sales business in the future, and will gladly offer you a 60% off coupon for you next 3 Services including PARTS AND LABOR. Also, I would like to offer you three (3) oil changes for free.

Hope this helps.

Consumer Response /* (2110, 7, 2013/09/04) */

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the partial settlement response from the business.)

After feeling duped during the buying process and failing to make progress after repeated visits with the service department, I think you can understand my initial reluctancy to return for service. However, I understand why you are unwilling to reimburse the $1,000 and gladly accept your offer to give the Apple service team another try with the 60% discount and 3 free oil changes. The other service facility mentioned that our second catalytic converter looks like it'll need to be replaced fairly soon, and $489 is a tough price to beat (especially with another 60% off). I appreciate your timely response and customer service.

Review: I went to Apple Auto Wholesalers in [redacted] CT on November 19, 2015 to look at a car. I spoke with Manny who show me a 2015 [redacted] Passat. I gave him a deposit of $4900 and he gave me a reciept, I never sign any financial papers he told me to come back the next day to finalize everything. When I got back home, I realize that I didn't want to committ myself to paying $250 for 6 years. I went back to speak with Manny the next day and I told him I didn't want to purchase the car. I never had the vehicle in my possession. Manny told me the lady that handles the money only comes in on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM. At that time, I inform Manny I was going out of town the week of Thanksgiving and I had to pick up my money the following Wednesday which was December 2, 2015. He never told me that I couldn't get my money back. When I went back on December 2, 2015, Manny keep giving me the run around. I spoke with the manage and he told me that I had them to hold the car for 2 weeks. I never told them I wanted them to hold the car. I went back the next day after I gave them the deposit and told them I didn't want it and Manny confirmed it. Then the manger went on to say I can't give you the money back you have to speak to the owner. I ask to speak to the owner and was told the owner was out of the country. I told them I'm going to speak to a lawyer, and they told me that the owner came back yesterday which was December 1, 2015 and he was in the [redacted] store. I asked should I go to the [redacted] store and they said no the owner should be coming to the [redacted] Store between 4-6 PM, they told me this information around 2:30. I decided to go back with my mom between 4:30pm-5:00pm and they told me the owner will not be coming to the store and told me to call in the morning. When I ask for copies of my paper work they gave me a copy of the paper I sign for my deposit. My mom called on Thursday December 3 in the morning and they gave her the run around. They ask for a reciept and I do have a reciept.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me my total deposit amount of $4900.

Review: In February of 2015 I purchased a car from Apple auto from Eric this sales person did not show me any car facts of the car I have been having an issue with the car since I purchased it the check engine light has been coming on the car has been stalling and jerking and not letting me go over 40 miles per hour I took the car back to Apple auto several times they said that they fixed the problem and the problem kept occurring the last time I brought it back to Apple auto about a couple of weeks ago they told me that it was a transmission issue which I believe it was transmission issue all along but they kept on tossing and turning off my check engine light I went to see what I can get for the car if I traded the car in elsewhere they would only give me $500 for the car because there was a flag on the title stating that there was unibody damage actually severe unibody damage.Apple Auto sold me the car for 16000 . when I tried to trade the car back in with them I couldnt they said I needed a co signer which I didnt need one before but of course now that I have a loan out I need a co signer. Still waiting for the owner to contact me they have also fired the sales rep who sold me the car after I told them the situation.Desired Settlement: I would like Apple Auto to buy back the car from me so that I can get out of this loan and purchase another one and reimburse me for the $2700 I have already paid on the loan. If they do that I will purchase another car and put some of the reimbursed $2700 down for a down payment. They had me riding around in an unsafe vehicle with my children in the car. The car is NO GOOD and they knew it when they sold it to me for waaayyyyy more than the car is actually worth!!!!!

Response:

Miss [redacted] did purchase a vehicle with Apple Auto. That is about the only truthful part to this unnecessary complaint. Apple Auto does not sell vehicles that are not road safe or have bad Titles. The vehicle Miss [redacted] purchased has a" CLEAN TITLE" and PASSED all it's safety inspections. Apple Auto would be happy to provide you with a copy of the Title to Miss [redacted]s vehicle showing NOTHING is wrong with her vehicle and the title is clean. Again, Her vehicle HAS A, "CLEAN TITLE" and that is what is most important when purchasing and selling a vehicle. As far as Miss [redacted]s credit, well that's not so good which is why Miss [redacted] can not trade out of this car. Since February Miss [redacted]s credit has gone completely down hill due to her not paying her bills. This has Nothing to do with Apple Auto. Also, Miss [redacted] did not pay anywhere close to $16,000 for this vehicle, Apple Auto also has documentation that can prove this and what she actually paid for the vehicle. If miss [redacted] can not be honest about what she paid for the vehicle, then It's safe to assume that Miss [redacted] is not a very credible person and that most of this review is fraudulent and not true as well. As far as her sales rep Eric being fired because of this??? Again, just simply not the truth. This Rep has left the state and relocated which is the reason for him leaving Apple Auto. If miss [redacted] wants to try and get out of this loan she needs to take it up with the bank. There is nothing more that Apple Auto can do for her due to her poor credit. Sincerely,Apple Auto Management

Review: Dealer had me fill out a blank purchased order then changed numbers around and when I relaized the total and tried to undo the contract. This was all before I took ownership of the car. I also kept asking to get a [redacted] which I had to get on my own and I came to find out that it had been in an accident.Desired Settlement: Take the car out of my name before they begin billing me

Response:

Thank You for your business. We do really appreciate it.

After reviewing the contract It looks like the financial institution has already processed this contract and At this point it is out of Apple Automotive's hand.

Also, It looks like our customer has a tax delinquent tax or insurance cancelations case at [redacted] and for that reason we are not able to Reg/deliver this car until this issue is cleared with [redacted]. We are offering this customer a possibility of towing this car to the customers house to avoid any storage charges.

Review: They sold a 2002 [redacted] Navigator to me for $5300 Vin# [redacted] told me they would mail the title with in a few days, 2 weeks went by, I go to DMV find out the car has a lean on it, they lied to me from the beginning, I'm now wondering if they are ever going to pay the lien, if I will ever see a titleDesired Settlement: Send the title, or pick up the car and refund the money

Response:

Please accept out deepest apologies.

The Lien on this Vehicle has been paid in full as of 2 weeks ago. We had a lost tittle form on our records and we also were surprised to find out about this lien. Nevertheless, it was a very small amount and the bank involved promised to release the tittle ASAP.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

I recently bought a [redacted] from Marci L[redacted] and all I can say is that it was one of the easiest experiences. It was my first car so I thought it was going to be a difficult task but these guys really knew what they were doing. I definitely recommend Apple.

Review: back in sept 13 I bought my car from apple auto sales [redacted], I traded in my truck for this car and I am paying off the remander. before I purchased this car the check engine light was on. so they had to fix the check engine light then bring it thru emissions so that they could register the car. come to find out on jan 14 of this year I got pulled over. come to find out that they never fixed the check engine light, didnt do the emission test, didnt register my car, and didnt trasnfer the plates from my truck to the car that I just bought. so I called up the dealership and told them what was going on. they had nol idea what I was talking about. so I had the car towed from [redacted] to [redacted] so that they could fix this issue. it took them exactly a month to fix the issue with the check engine light and do the emission test. I got the car back this past saturday, Feb,15, 2014, a month that they had it. they didi the emisssion test, but didnt register the car becasue of miscommunication in the shop. so they put a temporary plate on. monday moring im driving into work, the car breaks down, misfiring and no power. I call them up and they came to pick up my car. I asked for a loner and they said that they dont have anything for me to drive...in my opinion this people are sm, they tricked me into believing my car was legal when it turns pout it hasnt been legal...I have been doing my part for the past 6 months, paying insurance and the payment for the car. I am getting a lawyer and taking action against this companyDesired Settlement: I want my car fixed right the first time...not a month later and break down on the side of the road after being "fixed". I want my car registered, and my plates beeing taking care of...like a car dealership is supposed to do

Review: I contacted "Moe" from Apple Auto on October 17, 2015, to see if I would be approved to purchase a car from their lot. While on the phone, I asked Moe to let me know if I was approved to purchase a car, before driving down to [redacted], as I was coming from [redacted] and I didn't want to waste any time if I wasn't approved. Moe asked for my social, income, and birthdate to process my app. I gave him all of the information he asked for and then he told me that he would call me back in an hour. When he called me back he told me I was approved and all I needed to do was bring the deposit and sign the papers. I asked if I could pay $500, he told me to come up with $700-$1000 to cover my taxes. The car we were talking about was a 2014 Maxima. I had a money order in the amount of $550.00 that was made out to anyone. When I reached Moe at the dealership (an hour later), we walked out to see the car that we spoke about over the phone. He then told me the car was sold. He then showed me another Maxima and then we test drove it. I decided to take it. We then went back into the office to do the paperwork. Moe and another guy pulled out a blank purchase contract and asked me to sign it. I asked was the deal done and he said yes. He told me to just sign the contract and make the money order out to Apple Auto. I did what they asked and then Moe took the contract to the other guys in the back and left me in the waiting area for another hour. I asked what the issue was and they told me they were working on the approval and it shouldn't take much longer. After hours of waiting the Moe came out to get me so we can sit with their finance manager "Felipe". I sat with Felipe and he told me he couldn't get me approved because the maxima was "Too much Car and the bank didn't want to approve me". I didn't understand what he meant because I was told I was already approved. He tried 4 cars, but he never told me the amounts of these cars. He just tried to submit them to the banks online to see what they would pay. I asked several times for the price and he wouldn't tell me, he just kept telling me what they owned the car for. I just told them it was ok and decided to leave. I then asked about the $550.00 deposit I left and Felipe told me that he would have one of the girls from the office cut me a check on Monday, the 19th, since it was late on Saturday the 17th and everyone from the office left for the weekend. Moe walked me to my car and agreed to bring my refund to me on Monday. I emailed Felipe on Monday and asked if my check was ready and I didn't receive a response from him. I then called Moe and he told me he would bring the check when he got off that evening. I called Moe around 8pm that evening and he told me he forgot the check in his office. Tues Moe told me he would bring it again and I didn't hear from him. Wednesday, I called the office and the girls that process refunds told me they didn't know of a check being issued and that my salesperson would have to put in a check request and that wasn't done, plus they only process refunds on Friday. I called Moe, but he wasn't working. I finally reached him on Thursday and asked about the check and he told me he had it in his drawer at work. I told him what the ladies in the office told me and he then told me that he had the money order I gave them that was addressed to them per their request and he was going to give that back to me. I told him that I wouldn't be able to do anything with a money order that was addressed to Apple Auto. By this time he offered me another car which was an 2012 Altima. He told me I was approved on that car but he wanted me to put $2000.00 down to take it. I never saw the car and the car wasn't on their lot. He told me the deal was done and for me to pick the car up and leave the additional moneis. This was Friday the 23rd. Tuesday the 27th, I sent Moe a text stating that I no longer wish to purchase a car from Apple Auto and requested my refund check. He told me I can pick up the same money order that was made out to Apple Auto. I told him that I couldn't use a check made out to them, then he said very sarcastically "It's not made out to Me" I said, "I meant your company". I asked him again for my refund check and he again stated that I must pick up the same money order. I then told him that I would report them if I had to. He then called me and told me to get the money order and I told him I wanted my check. He said he had to wait for it to clear and he had to speak to his boss. I called several times today and finally spoke to Moe after being hung up on a few times and requested my check. He put me on hold for 20mins and then stated that he just spoke to his Boss and she gave him the approval to deposit my check. I asked how long will it take to receive my check and he said he didn't know. He was very rude so I told them I was going to report them. I am going to file with [redacted] for poor business practices. They never even told me the price of the cars they were trying to sell me.Desired Settlement: I'd like my refund tomorrow (10/31/15). I didn't purchase a car, so they should release my money. I'd like to keep the complaint on file so other consumers won't become a victim. These people displayed unscrupulous business practices and they should be stopped and their license should be revoked.

Review: I purchsed this vehicle in March 2014. As soon as July I started having a problem with the transmission. On 7/6 I brought this problem to their attention. They offered to replace the car with a more expensive vehicle that I can't afford. They offered to fix the transmission but that it would be at my expense. I feel that this should be taken care of by the dealer.Desired Settlement: I would like another vehicle of equal or lesser value in exchange for the vehicle I have now.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] vehicle from Apple Auto in April of 2015. When I purchased the vehicle I noticed it had been side swiped on the passenger side, it was also covered in scratches which I was reassured could be buffed out. They then proceeded to fill out a "We Owe" slip saying they owed me a tire alignment, Spare Tire and Jack, and a Full Detail. They obliged and wanted me to drop my car off at the dealership and they would give me a loaner. Two days before I was meant to drop it off, they called me and told me my spare tire and jack were in. I told them I was dropping my car off in two days and could you make sure you put it in the car. So I dropped my car off and they gave me a loaner car so they could replace the side skirt and complete everything they owed me. I received a phone call a couple days later telling me that they had to order the new side skirt because it was not fixable (Which I had told them before that is what they were going to have to do.) I called back a week later and they told me my car was at [redacted] in [redacted] getting the alignment. So, A WEEK an a half later my car was returned to me. The side skirt had been completed to my liking and that was all. They had my car for a week and a half and they could not buff it out? Then I was told that my model car does not have a spare tire and it had flat tire equipment such as a air compressor, fix a flat and a jack. How did my "spare tire" come in two days before I was going to drop it off and now my car doesn't even have one? So there was no spare tire equipment. After driving the car I noticed that the alignment had not been completed, and to confirm, I called [redacted]. He said that they would have had to send it out for an alignment and my car was never there. On top of that, they did a horrible job at "cleaning" the interior. When I called the General Manager to complain about the lack of work they and how long it took them to do basically nothing, he told me I was the one who wanted it fixed. Nice customer service! I told him I have it in writing of what they were supposed to complete and he told me they would make it right and come get the car one day, do all the things, and return it the same day. After the weekend me and my boyfriend attempted to contact him at every number I know to reach him and no response. As of now I am speaking to my lawyer and have already posted a complaint to the [redacted] Consumer Complaint Division. I am Livid that every time I go outside and see my very expensive car, there is scratches up and down it. Thanks guys for making the car buying experience a living hell!Desired Settlement: As promised, I would like my vehicle to be completely buffed out to get all the scratches possible removed, I would like a spare tire and a jack or the equivalent Flat tire kit, and I want a tire alignment with no charge to me as promised.

Review: On June 18, 2012, I bought a Honda Accord 09 car from the Apple Auto Wholesalers LLC, [redacted]. At the time of purchase the dealer intentionally and compelled me to take a warranty called [redacted] for an amount of $2500 for 2 years. Even though I explained to them the car is new, in good condition and I have full insurance coverage, they forcefully included the [redacted] warranty under the condition that anytime I can cancel this warranty. After couple of months, I called [redacted] for a small repair, I wasnt satisfied by their response. I immediately asked the [redacted] person to cancel the warranty. The [redacted] representative asked me to go to the dealership where I bought the car. Only the dealer can cancel the warranty. I immediately went to the Apple Auto Wholesalers LLC, [redacted] and requested them to cancel the warranty. [redacted], Office Manager took all my warranty papers and gave me a photocopy of the warranty, she noted my updated address and she gave me her business card and I asked her for a receipt and when I should expect the check for the warranty amount. She said that she would fax the documents to [redacted] for cancellation and within a month I can get a check. She gave me her business card and the photocopy of my warranty. Thats the only proof I got from them. Two weeks ago on January 27, 2014, I went to Apple Auto Wholesalers, [redacted] regarding the cancellation and my check. They told me that I didnt cancel the warranty. I explained everything to [redacted], Finance Manager that I already cancelled in 2012 itself. He took a copy of my Registration and asked me to come after 2 days. I went back again and he said that the lady, [redacted] has quit the job and didnt have any documents. Now AAW manager said that he can give me only $ 120 out of $ 2500, arguing that I didnt cancel the warranty in 2012. Apple Auto Wholesalers has no customer service.I feel like I am being cheated. I hope you take my word into consideration and help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: The [redacted] warranty cost : 2500.00Refund : 2500.00 or 2000.00

Response:

Customer has indicated the desire to cancel the warranty on 02/06/2014 he was advised to document his request in writing in order for the warranty to be cancelled. He was already given instructions how to go about canceling his warranty in the past. But nothing was done. He showed us a BLANK piece of paper indicating he has done it in the past. He was devised that a blank piece a paper would not work.

The 2 year warranty will expire on 05/01/2014 and the actual cash value is estimated at $135.00. I would like to offer a one time curtesy $500.00 credit to be used towards any service in our Service department + refund his $135.00 for the remaining of his warranty once he provides the proper letter requesting the cancelation.

Review: There are so many problems that I had to deal with, with the apple-auto in Waterbury. First it started off with getting a loan that took over 3 weeks to complete. Then I was promised floor mats, Sd maps card, and Continental tires on my car. What a surprise I still have yet to get any of that. I spoke with Ernie and Mike D and they promised me the world yo get me in the car. Once I was able to get the car to get home the car was on empty. Leaving the lot I had to stop and get gas after I purchased a $17000 car. Everyone was notified and I have proof of this and how I was told everything would be taken car of. Then in the matter of days the car began making noise. I had to take the car back 6 different times before the problems were resolved. I contacted Jules the manager and explained to him everything that happened to me and just like everyone else I'm still waiting to hear back from him. I worked in customer service for many years and I just ran not believe the way apple-auto handles there business.Desired Settlement: To get my floor mats sd maps card 4 continental tires and money for gas. Everything I was promised and I have text messages to prove it.

To Whom it may concern:This is the first I am hearing of [redacted] service issues. Apple Auto went above and beyond to make [redacted] a happy customer, Apple Auto took a huge loss on the vehicle she purchased just to make sure she was Happy with her deal, price and customer service. I would advise [redacted] to go through her paperwork. There is a piece of paper called a ,"We Owe"...That paper gets signed at the point of sale by the manager. The "We Owe" is simply that, a list of things the dealership promises to the customer, such as repairs, floor matts things of that nature. Every dealership has a We Owe agreement that must be signed by all parties. If a customer does not have a We Owe the dealership is not responsible for any extra's of any sort once the customer leaves the dealership. Please check and see if you have a signed We Owe from Apple Auto. If [redacted] does indeed have a signed We Owe document from Apple Auto promising these things she is requesting she simply needs to come into the dealership with the We Owe and Apple Auto will be happy to accommodate [redacted] with what is stated on the We Owe only. Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I signed those papers on a Saturday and per Felipe I had nothing to worry about that everything was taken care of because I was not allowed to take the car off the lot until Tuesday and then that,Tuesday night I still had to drive off the lot with a dealer plate because the person that deals with motor vehicle has left for the day. So I had to return on Wednesday to receive my regular license plate. I find it very funny that a text message directly from Ernie is fraudulent when the text messages cannot be tampered with. I just feel that I was told anything and everything to get into that car with all the issues that the car had so I would not be in that dealership anymore. And I do not understand how Apple auto took a hit the price of the car when Philippe in for my husband and I that the banks only approve a loan based on the book value of the car. And I'm very upset that I'm being called a liar saying that I've never contacted the dealership when I have spoken to Jules about the problems that I was having. I should have listened to the first bank [redacted] when they didn't approve Apple auto the loam but they approved me stating that basically Apple auto was a shady dealership to deal with because they have never sent other titles out to them so in other words I was approved for the loan but because I was trying to go through Apple auto it was not approved to go through Apple auto. I even told my dad that I was going to file a report with the Revdex.com and he told me oh no that's not a good idea please do not do that. I am very upset with the services and now I'm being called a liar like I've stated before I have text messages to prove everything and I can guarantee you that they have not been tampered with or they are not fraudulent and you can see that it's directly from Ernie one of the salesman. My husband and I were very upfront about how much we were looking to spend and Felipe said he would do anything and everything he could so we can get on that car and that he's glad that we gave them more than a second chance because of the headache that my husband and I had to go through at that dealership.

Sincerely,

Response:

Apple auto stands behind it's prior response. Provide us with a signed" We Owe "stating anything promised after the point of sale and we will be happy to honor that. Anything else that is not documented on a proper we owe document and signed off on for approval by the GM Apple Auto is not responsible for. Apple Auto Wholesalers

I am rejecting this response because: apple auto is a shady business to deal with and I CANT BELIEVE THE WAY I AM BEING TREATED. They are calling me a liar but have messages to prove everything that was stated to me.

Sincerely,

Review: I recently purchased a used vehicle from Apple Auto. When discussing the loan arrangements I was told I had a previous loan in default and the dealer would be paying off this loan, in order to secure the loan for the new vehicle. This was not done, and I am paying on both loans. I wrote to Apple Auto on September 1st and Have yet to hear back. I would like them to pay off the loan as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay off the loan as promised

Review: [redacted]To Whom it May Concern:On September 13, 2013 I purchased a 2004 [redacted] from your dealership. My sales person was [redacted], and perhaps you remember receiving a letter from me a short time after this purchase. You called me directly after reading my letter if you recall. I was very unhappy with the customer service and overall lack of professionalism from [redacted]. He did damage to my personal items and assured he would replace but never followed through, you however, made it right, and I thank you for that.Yesterday I received my registration renewal in the mail from the [redacted]. Much to my surprise my previous vehicle, (1998 [redacted]) which I sold/traded in to your dealership, is still listed under the plates that were transferred to the [redacted]. These plates were put on my vehicle at your dealership, by your salesman, [redacted]. I had been clear in stating at the time of negotiating on the vehicle that I did NOT need new plates and that the [redacted] plates were to be transferred to the [redacted]. The plates were physically moved, however it was never registered, which I paid your dealership to do.I have been operating the [redacted] illegally now for 11 months. I paid $36 in License and Registration fees, in addition to $30 title fee and $599 in document fees. This is completely unacceptable and has put both myself and my family at risk. Please call me ASAP and let me know how you are going to remedy this situation. -[redacted]Desired Settlement: refund of all document/registration fees paid

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: at the time I spoke with the dealer it seemed this issue would have been resolved with one trip to the [redacted] which I made that day, however, it at the end, took four trips and two full days off from work. not to mention, I had, from sept 13,2013-sept 5, 2014 been driving an unregistered vehicle. [redacted] assured me I was not, however when I was pulled over by the police the day after I spoke to [redacted] regarding this, I was indeed driving an unregistered vehicle which I was told would be impounded. this entire situation is completely unacceptable. [redacted] claims that they provided a new registration to me 'at no cost' however, at the time of purchase I was clear that I wanted my plates transferred, which the salesman physically removed the plates from my old vehicle and put them on the new, and let me drive home, and for the past 12 months, this way. the 'new registration' that [redacted] refers to, was not issued until decemeber of 2014, which is three months after I purchased the vehicle.

this situation, not only put myself and my family at risk, it cost me two days of lost wages at work, in addition to lost income from my farm, which a road legal pickup truck is vital for. also, being detained by the police in front of a business that work with is both unprofessional and embarassing, along with unacceptable, and never would have happened if the truck was registered, which was the responsibility of the dealer. as stated in my first contact, I am requesting a refund of the $599 in fees that I paid.

Sincerely,

Business

My offer stands, customer was offered help on this situation and refused by saying he had the situation under "control" at the time.

It's been almost a full month and we haven't heard from this customer, or presented with the documentation requested in order to resolve and settle his demands. I will continue to offer our help to resolve the situation and will continue to wait for the documentation mentioned on my first e mail both to the customer and to The Revdex.com. My offer will expire by the end of this month 9/30/2014.

I had a great experience at Apple Auto. I bought a [redacted], and my salesman was Tony. All in all it was a great experience.

Review: I bought a 2004 [redacted] grand cherokee overland from apple auto. the day I drove it out of the dealership they changed the radio in the vehicle without telling me and it didnt work correctly. I heard a grinding noise as I was driving home that day and I notified the dealership and they told me wait a week or two and see if the noise goes away it maybe your brakes. I said ok it could be. two weeks later the noise is still there and I bring the vehicle in and its the front differential. so they fix that problem and I left. a few days later I was backing out of my driveway and shifted in to drive and the vehicle stalled and I had to pump the gas to start the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership to see if there was a code in the computer and on the way there I heard another noise while driving. This time they told me it was the shocks and there was no codes for when the vehicle stalled. so they replaced the shocks and put in a new radio. the mode button on the radio to switch from radio to cd doesnt work. a few days after that im driving and I go over a bump and I hear a pop and radling noise. I brought the car back again and I am looking at a second opinion. the mechanic told me it maybe cover over the shocks. I have been driving back and forth to the dealership multiple times for numerous problems and I dont feel this vehicle is safe to drive. it has been a problem since I drove it off the lot.Desired Settlement: I want a different vehicle that doesnt consist of me going to the dealership every week for multiple problems.

Review: My husband and I have been looking for a family car. We were trying to buy the car before we had our wedding on september 11, 2013. We went to the dealership in august. First they had a [redacted] up on their website that they said they had on the lot when we called. We got there the same day, a wednesday, and they told us once we got there that they had sold the [redacted] over the previous weekend. We looked around and found a [redacted] that we liked and took it for a test drive, that we were not aloud to do before applying an auto loan. They told us that they wanted $4,000.00 down on top of a trade in worth $12,000.00, so we started to look elsewhere this was a two day event. We told them on the third day that we were not interested in buying the vehicle or any other in that mater. Since then we have been receiving inquiries on our credit for various amount auto loans and the statements all say they are from this dealership. If we told them Around August 27, 2013 that we did not want to buy a car from them why are they still enquiring our credit in September. The most recent statement, well now denial of a loan, we received was enquired on september 3, 2013. I tried to get a credit card to build up my credit to buy a house next year and I was denied for too many inquiries in the past 12 months. My husband is far more upset than I am, and telling me that they are messing up our credit by doing this and hopes that they can be slapped with a fine to prevent them from doing this to anyone else All I want is my credit back and the enquiries removed from the record..Desired Settlement: I want the enquiries removed from our credit history since we told them that we were not buying a car from them and they continued to enquire our credit. I want to be able to rely on my credit for the things I need to do and being turned down for having too many enquires hurts. I have a family A daughter, a husband a dog and a cat and we would like to provide for them with a car large enough for us and a home where we can live with both our pets( my cat is at my grandmothers because our apartment )

Review: I purchased a 2012 [redacted] on 5/7/15 I was not giving any paper work only my motor vehicles registration. To Whom it Mat Concern:It's been over 6 months and Apple Auto is just now hearing about [redacted]s complaint? Something must have happened to the vehicle while in her possession that all of a sudden her paperwork is a concern when for the last 6 months we haven't heard anything from her?? [redacted] left Apple Auto A very Happy customer due to the fact that her credit was so poor and no body was able to help her get into a vehicle except Apple Auto. Apple Auto worked really hard for her and got her into the vehicle she wanted. Upon purchase of your vehicle at Apple Auto, ALL customers are provided with copies of their signed paperwork. No body leaves Apple Auto without ALL PAPERWORK. Could it be possible that [redacted] misplaced her paperwork after she left the dealership? We would recommend [redacted] look at home or in vehicle for her paperwork that she did indeed receive upon purchase date of her vehicle. If [redacted] can not find her paperwork, This is a very easy fix and Apple Auto would be happy to provide her with copies once again. Apple Auto has not received one phone call from [redacted] regarding this, If we did we would have known about the situation and got her to the right department to help assist her properly. I mean who goes to the Revdex.com over copies of paperwork?? that doesn't seem like a very Valid complaint. All [redacted] had to do was communicate. With out a phone call or any type of communication for 6 months Apple Auto can not correct anything if they were never made aware of anything in the first place. Again, [redacted] left Apple Auto a very happy customer with a great vehicle and all her paperwork in her possession. If she lost her paperwork that is no problem, there is no reason to put a falsified complaint in when copies of paperwork are easy to achieve with proper notification.Sincerely,Apple Auto Management

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: I still do not have my paper work. Yes its been 6 months and I have went to Apple Auto to get the paper work and as I said before it is supposed to be in your archives per management who told me at the time of me coming to Apple Auto how would I know anything about files being sent to archives if I was not told by Apple auto through communication. My credit has nothing to do with Apple Auto providing me with paper work that should have been given to me appon leaving their place of business after purchasing my vehicle. Apple auto should get a better filing system so that they can provide their customers with information that is needed. As far as something happening to the vehicle after 6 months It just tells me and my husband that their bumper to bumper check done on all vehicles is not done because who has a transmission problem after six months of purchasing a vehicle. I am asking for my paperwork threw the Revdex.com because I sat at Apple Auto for 2 hours and even went in the back with management where u keep your files to find the paperwork (UNPROFESSIONAL)we could not find it and like I said before I was told it is in your archives and that the sales representative Manny B would call me on 12/14/15 and it is now 12/18/15 and still no communication from Apple Auto just this response to me because I contacting Revdex.com. I know of other customers who have also not received their paperwork from Apple Auto that I know personally who also had to contact Revdex.com. Thanks for your response but still I have no paperwork if it's such a small issue for Apple Auto management to provide me with what I am asking for why have I not received it? Just send me what I am asking for all of my paperwork!!!

Sincerely,

Apple Auto stands behind it's prior response. And this customer must have been talking to a different dealership?? Apple Auto does not have any files or anything what so ever called, "Archives". All customers receive all their paperwork at point of sale. Apple Auto Wholesalers

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Apple Auto has NOT PROVIDED me with any paper work on my vehicle at the time of purchase . This is absolutely unprofessional has Apple Auto lost their copy of the paperwork? And can't provide me with a copy I can't understand why I have to keep asking for the same information over and over again either Apple Auto can provide the information needed or DO APPLE AUTO REFUSE TO PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMER WITH THIS INFORMATION? I would expect that Apple Auto has lost the paper work because I have been their and it was no where to be found in your business. So if you are not able to provide the information need which in the previous response Apple Auto said they have no reason why they can not forward me the information. So if you are stand by your previous statement provide the paper work that you have bottom line!!!!What does Apple auto do with their files on customers after purchasing a vehicle? What is Apple Auto policy on what they provide a customer with at the time of purchasing a vehicle?

Sincerely,
