Beware--
These people are scam artists! I was even to the point of signing the purchase agreement for a used Nissan when a call from my CU made me think twice. That and the fact that the sticker price was much higher than the price I was offered because they offered a trade-in amount for my fully paid-for but essentially un-roadworthy 2002 vehicle that was way over the amount that I had checked on CarFax and the Wisconsin Blue Book. The agent also balked at my taking it for an inspection to my usual auto service provider. It seemed fishy, and then my CU auto specialist returned my call and was telling me that they had a VERY bad reputation: Jacking up their vehicle trade-in amount to lure the customer into paying for an over-priced used car at a higher-than normal interest rate (even if they had good credit) over 60-72 months. I bolted---Unfortunately, they have my Title as well as my $1000.00 down payment made on my Debit card because they don't accept personal checks. (Was I stupid? --- you bet!) Lord only knows when or if I'll see either of them returned to me. I may have to involve my attorney; the BBB and the State Regulatory Agency for Car Dealerships to do so. Makes me sad - - they prey on people who've gotten themselves into bad credit and need a vehicle. Shame on them!

Good Day!As the office manager of Arizona's Best Home Care of years, I would like you to know that we take pride in our company and the service we offer our community We stand behind our customer service and when something is not up to expectation, we do our best to fix the situation and make it right by the client With this being said, I would like to take this 2nd opportunity to personally apologize to [redacted] and family I understand they were displeased with the service, we made some adjustments and they continued to be dissatisfied with the service received and for this reason, I have credited their account and refunded their deposit in full On May 21, I did make a verbal contact with [redacted] to personally apologize and make her aware of the changes that took place on her father's account I let her know that she was refunded in full and the check number of the credit that was in the mail on this day I disclosed if there was anything I could do for her in the future to please let me know and I provided her with my email address and telephone number When our conversation ended she thanked me for taking the time to contact her regarding this matter.I have attached the documents that were mailed to the [redacted] Family on 5/21/ If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.Sincerely! I helped in the purchase of a 2016 Kia Soul for my Niece 30 days ago. After a few weeks it began to shake and steer hard. We contacted them because it was within the 30 days of purchase they told us to check our warranty and do what it said to handle the repairs. So we took it to a licensed auto shop as our warranty told us to. After inspection it was found that the tirods needed replacing, this was covered under the warranty so that was great. As they were tearing the car apart they found that the strut was broken and needed to be replaced. The strut was not covered by warranty. So I contacted Appleton Auto in Appleton I was put in contact with Chris the General Manager. I explained the situation and that it was less then 30days and that I felt this should be taken care of by them. He said he would check with his boss and get back to me. A few days later he got back to me and said if they were going to pay for it, it had to go to the auto shop that they use. I asked him how the bill for the work already done was going to be taken care of. He stated he didn't realize work had already been done and would have to check with his boss regarding payment of this bill. This went back and forth for 2 weeks. Chris would say he would call back and wouldn't day after day. It finally broke today I was a little angrier when I called and demanded a resolution today or I was coming in there. About an hour later he called and said the first part of the bill was paid to the auto shop we went to and he hung up. My Niece contacted him back regarding the appointment for the strut repair he told her the appointment time and that he had given that shop our warranty information but if it wasn't covered the bill was our responsibility... Wait then why did we have to take it from our chosen shop to your shop? We were told it needed to be taken to that shop so the bill would be covered because the car should not have been sold in that condition. Now you say we have to pay for it. I don't know why things have changed. Since the bill has been paid now trying to get any information out of Chris the GM in Appleton is impossible. He has hung up on my Niece 3 times today and me twice. I need help with this. This is not right.

Customer did select a vehicle and authorized us to pull her credit inquiryWe have not touched or pursued any further credit inquires with the customer since they left our dealership that dayAny and all letters still being sent to customer is from financial institutions that looked at her

Let me explain in more detail how the approval works. *** *** *** (***) has guaranteed credit approval. They are the lender that approved you. The way their program works is, even if you have a vehicle repossessed by *** in the past, they will extend you a new line of credit in the event you pay off any open repossession balance with them. Therefore, in order for you to be approved, you would first need to pay off the open balance with ***, then, depending on the vehicle you choose, you will need a down payment to be approved for the new vehicle purchase. I apologize for the miscommunication between you and the salesperson and so that it doesn’t happen again in the future, I did use this as a training opportunity for him and the rest of my staff

If your not willing to buy down the loan and we are not happy with the car we purchased from you which was considered a bait and switch, and you will not let us trade it back to you without having negative equity or owing on a car we are not satisfiwd with, I don't know what else to do or id I should seek legal advice on thisAll I want is either to give the car back without owing anymore on it ans purchase a car through a different dealer or money knocked off the balance of the loan which was financed through one of your comapnies first, but to pay your company to pay the bank just seemed fishy when we could just pay the bank ourselvesIt is a and should not be causing all the issues that we are having and just want this to be made rightSo what are you willing to do to make it right then based on this rejection of statement.

I have gone to other auto dealers to see if I could trade in the vehicle, however, there is no way because of the amount outstanding on the vehicle's loanThe value of the car versus what is owed leaves the dealerships unable to use it as a trade inEven if they would, the remaining amount left on the car would be like throwing money awayI went there because of their ability to secure a loan and having a worry free car, but instead we got a car we didn't test drive, a bait and switch into a different car, and when we had issues with the car they turned us away to a dealershipAll I am asking for is reducing the amount owed on the car because it is definitely not worth the sticker price or covering the loan to be able to trade it inBut we will never buy a car from appleton auto againWe could have bought a new car for less than we paid for this carIn addition, more issues are arising with this vehicle as well.
