Review: I was in to test drive some vehicles and they told me they did not run my credit and would not do so until I chose a vehicle. Well, here I am recieving denials in the mail for my credit application........ 6 hard inquiries later........Desired Settlement: I would like the MULTIPLE hard inquiries removed from my credit report! We have been trying to IMPROVE our credit after a bankruptcy and foreclosure and this is NOT going to help by having 6 hard credit inquiries!!!!!!!

Customer did select a vehicle and authorized us to pull her credit inquiry. We have not touched or pursued any further credit inquires with the customer since they left our dealership that day. Any and all letters still being sent to customer is from financial institutions that looked at her credit information trying to secure her a loan, not from us. Please consider this matter closed. I came to Appleton Auto with little hope of getting approved for anything. My salesman was Deric. (He was GREAT) Deric explained the entire process to me up front. After looking at my past credit issues and having a understanding of what I was looking for and trying to accomplish Deric began to make a game plan for me. He explained several different ways that he believed he could help get me into a vehicle now, and set myself up for success in the future. Although it wasn't easy, Deric bent over backwards to try to find a way for me to get into something that I liked. What a great experience buying a car ! Lonnie and the staff were wonderful, courteous and friendly. We bought a great car that fit my wifes needs. It looked great, drove great, and as sporty yet sexy as her. Total thumbs up from me.

Appleton auto is a top notch auto dealership that really tries to help people with less than perfect credit. They don't push you out the door when they realize your credit is very poor, instead they educate you and show you what it will take if not today..tomorrow, to get the vehicle of your dreams. I didn't buy a car from this dealership but I called and talked to a salesman named [redacted] and he give me some really good advice on how to establish cradit and the steps I need to take to be able to get a car without a cosigner. He was very easy to talk to and didn't act like I was wasting his time.. he knew I wasn't going to buy a car but still took the time to explain the process to me. When I am ready to get a new car I will definitely be going to appleton auto.

This was probably the best experience of customer service I have had in a long time. As someone who works in customer service, I am aware how hard it can be with dealing with people all day and that you can be put in some tough situations. My dealer happened to be [redacted] and he was very nice and polite and worked with me a whole six hours to help me get a vehicle. I honestly didn't think I would leave with a vehicle, but with the help of him and the owner who was also very genuinely nice I left with a 2012 Chevy Cruze even without any sort of credit.

I went to see if I could trade in my 2004 ford f150 and as soon as I got there Jackie came up to me and said he could help me. Not only did he give me a great deal but he got me the best truck on the lot. If you plan on going there ask for Jackie, he's the best.

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with my experience at Appleton Auto. Just playing with the thought of buying a new car seemed overwhelming for me, but that feeling quickly resolved once I stepped on the lot and was greeted by the salesman, Vinny. Vinny was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgable which gave me the confidence and assurance that I picked the right place. I didn't exactly know what type of vehicle I wanted, but I knew what I was looking for. Vinny was patient with my indecisiveness and worked hard to find me my perfect match and at a great price, nonetheless! Vinny and the crew at Appleton Auto officially exceeded my expectations of what a car buying process should be like.

Came in just to look at cars in hopes of maybe getting approved not expecting a lot but Tye and the managers there got me approved and driving a 2014 that day! I am very thankful
