We recently purchased a dodge durango at Appleton Auto and LOVE the vehicle! Our credit score is low. Other places turned us down. Salesman Steve [redacted] and loan officer (I think his name was Jason? ) were AMAZING! They went the distance and more to make our dream come true! They were super nice people!

I have recently been shopping around for a new truck. I had met with [redacted] and he had given me great choices on what I was looking for. I will be getting my new vehicle through him. Thank you for your great salesmanship.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and our sales person, Deric, was great. It was a relief to walk into a dealership and not be kicked out after having my credit pulled. I knew that I had poor credit and that I would have to pay a little more for the car, so that was no surprise to me. Over all I was very pleased with this purchase. Thanks again!

I was super impressed by the service Appleton Auto had to offer. This was my first time being at your facility and I couldn't have been more impressed. I was helped by a young man named Jordan who me and my family were very impressed with. He answered all our questions with out hesitation and felt confident about his job knowledge. I went to Appleton Auto to meet Vinny and discuss their process, and see what it was all about and to see if the hype and all the wooooo jazz on the radio was for real. Vinny was introduced to me from a mutual friend and he is all over Facebook so I had to see for myself. I didn't buy, however I wanted to better my credit and get my hands on Recreditrepair. It's a service/company that rebuilds and educates people on credit....anyways, Wow! I never have been to, or heard about a dealership that actually provides tools and services not only to sell cars to credit challenged customers, but also educates and assists with the REAL problems that people face financially.
Needless to say, the hype is real and I am in the process of getting incorrect and outdated information removed from my bureau! Thanks Vin! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for the free Recreditrepair! I owe you man! Thanks again!

we went in there not knowing what to expect and we were welcomed with open arms. Branden did amazing job at getting us our car. worked with the banks to get us approved. helped us with a credit issue. and best of all took our old van off our hands. we love our new car

As soon as I walked in I was meet with rude and rushed customer service. Trying to just deal with it, I continued to see if I could get my questions answered and the services I was looking for. The service associate went to get his manager. I was then treated with even worse service from his manager and was told I was taking up time that could be used by other customers. The place was fairly empty and other associates standing around. The manager finally stated that the only thing I was suppose to do was buy a car and leave. The absolute worst treatment I have ever had.

I stopped by to purchase a newer vehicle. I met wit Tony and he helped me overcome some ops tickles that was keeping me from buying a car in the past. Not only did a get a new Lincoln, but he gave me some software to help me fix the errors on my credit report.

The Sales Manager, [redacted], was a vital part of helping me find my dream car. That was the 5th dealership I stopped at over a 3 day span. They were the only one that was interested in what I actually wanted in a vehicle instead of what they wanted me to buy. They took the time to learn about my wants, needs, and interests before even trying to show me a vehicle. Great Experience!

Review: Well on there website they STATE EVERY ONE GETS APPROVED OR WE WILL PAY YOU $1,000 WELL I WAST APPROVED FOR A CAR LOAN AND EVER TIME I SEND AN EMIAL TO THEM I NEVER GET A RESPONDS.

Review: The dealer misrepresented the history of the vehicle I purchased. After discovering sketchy body work performed to the front end I chose to get a second vehicle history report and found that the vehicle purchased was in a full front collision with moderate damage. This was just months before the dealer purchased the vehicle. I informed the general manager of my findings and was told he could do nothing for me and they had no way of knowing. All this within 48 hours of the purchase.Desired Settlement: Undo the deal. Stand by what you disclose to your customers.

Review: I was in the appleton store a couple of weeks ago ....mind you I live in green bay . I call 3 times before I got down there and the lady named [redacted] picks up and tells me they approve anyone and I'm pre approved and all this magical bull . Well I told her heu look I don't have great credit so I don't want it to be a waste of my time if your just going to turn me away ... I have a great trade in , and she reassured me I will need NO MONEY DOWN because I have a great trade in and I will be okay because they deal with worse situations than mine . Well she ssys come on down jourdan will be your sales person and he will help you het into a new car today . We get there at 10am .. joudan greets us and does all of our information . Makes us pick a 26,000 car . Says don't you worry I will get you approved . Soo we wait and wait and wait some more by that time it was 1 pm , still nothing ..finally comes back and says well you will need a co signer and 3500 down . WHAT ????!! So I said ummm no that's not what was told me to me on the phone . [redacted] was no where to be found and he told me he had me waiting there all that time so his manager could come out and say thank you for stoppiN g down ..... THIS PLACE IS ON CRACK . Worst service of my life . Totally mind screwed us . Than when I called and complained they lady said she would have a maanger call me back ...... 3 weeks later nothing . Appleton wausau are scam artist and I will steer anybody away that even thinks about going to them . Also there 199 ride slogan . TOTAL CRAP . Deceptive sales techniques. I called thier 800 number to inquire about the availability of several used car models, since thier web site gave no such information. I was told they sell thier inventory too fast to keep the web site current, thus it would best to stop in and have a salemen go through thier on-line inventory, consisting of vehicles in Antigo, Appleton, Wausau and an unnamed offsite warehouse. I made an appointment and stopped in. upon dicovering that my intent was to pay cash for a used vehicle, it became apparent they did not want to work with me. I had four very common models I was looking for, none of which were on the lot. Neither the saleman nor his manager were willing to go through thier on-line inventory with me, having the nerve to say they were too busy (remember I had an appointment). They said they would call me back. They never did.
When I departed I strolled through the lot to examine thier pricing. I had done my research and knew other dealers comparible pricing on similar models/years/mileage. It was obvious that Appleon Auto had thier prices jacked up significantly over others, upwards of $6,000 to $8,000 per vehicle. I immedietly understood why they can have repeated minimum $4,000 trade-in offers for customers...thier prices can simply absorb it. They are not interested in anyone paying cash since they know thier prices are significantly higher than everywhere else. Their ideal client is one who is ill-informed, that can't get a loan anywhere else, and who can only afford a minimum monthly payment. Then, regardless of the high price of their vehicles, they will put that person in an unfavorable extended loan with a lendor willing to do it. By the time the loan is paid the purchaser likely has paid enough interest to buy three cars.
They run a crooked, unethical, but legal scheme. My advice it to avoid them.
