I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This still does not resolve my complaint! Again, they have absolutely no reference to their offerTHEIR employee told us there was NOTHING they could doThen, and only then, AFTER I mentioned the $1,offer stated on their website, did he go back inside and come up with this bogus "offer." They are not referencing my complaintThey are simply going around itThey are avoiding the fact that their website has a $1,guarantee if they cannot finance youWe were told they could not finance usAgain, it was not until I brought up the $1,guarantee that this "offer" we given to usI still feel they are wrong, and they are not standing behind what their website saysA good business will honor their offers, not try to find a way to offer themI still feel we are owed the $1,
Regards,

I did not submit any false information, If I did I would like proof of it. I submitted all the documentation I was asked to. I had a valid contract and I thought financing in place. I have a video of the salesmantaking responsibility for the mix up and saying it was all Appleton Autos fault. If Appleton Auto would like to see it I would be happy to post it on their facebook page so they can view it.

Customer is welcome to visit the selling dealership to trade the vehicle in.
The loan is in place and title to the vehicle is in the customers name so trading
Would be the way to go. No problem.

We'll have a member from our Appleton location reach out to [redacted].

We've worked diligently with the customer and found a solution for the customer.

Thank you for contacting Arizona's Best Home Care regarding [redacted]'s complaint about her deposit.  I do apologize if there was any misunderstanding between [redacted] and my Scottsdale Director of Marketing regarding pricing of the deposit.  After investigating this complaint,...

I have attached signed documentation showing that [redacted]' signed up for ongoing services of 2-12 hour shifts daily and agreed to the 2 week security deposit of $5040.00 and gave authorization for us to charge her credit card ending in [redacted] the $5040 as well as reoccurring payment authorization for future invoices.  The information on these documents are completed before client provides signature authorizing the services. We require a 2 week service deposit equal to the amount of service requested, in this case it is $5040.00.  We do hold this deposit on file until time of cancellation and at time of cancellation we do have up to 30 days to refund.  [redacted] started services on 8/2/16 at 3pm and ended services 8/3.  Since we do have a 24 hour notice of change/cancellation policy, [redacted] was charged for both shifts on Wednesday 8/3.  Client was setup to refund on 9/2 and these services were invoiced on Monday 8/15/16 and paid with the credit card on file for the amount of the invoice $585.Due to the circumstance, I have made an exception to refund this account early to satisfy [redacted] so today we have refunded in full the two week service deposit of $5040.00.  Attached you will find the client assessment packet including; assessment, signed service agreement by [redacted] (showing the 24 hour notice for change or cancellation as well as the 30 day refund policy), the signed credit card authorization form, the credit card refund receipt and a statement showing the account has been paid in full and refunded.  Sincerely,Dee S[redacted], Vice President

After further review the customer was given a chance to get financed. As per their argument every customer does have different situations that stops them from purchasing. Our program is designed so that no matter what the customer's situation is we can still show the customer a way to get financed....

We work with over 40 different banks and do have a solution for the customers to get into a nicer, newer vehicle. Weather the customer decides to go with the financing options that we provide or not is up to the customer. Again the banks determine the customers credit worthiness. In the end we did show the customer what it would take to get into a nicer and newer vehicle based on what the banks were requesting from the customers. Please consider this complaint closed.

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. Please find the following as our formal response per your request.1. The advertisement says exactly this “ that old trade “ and “ your old trade “…both references to the offer is singular in nature, not plural. The ad is quite clear,...

is a fantastic offer with 100s of happy customers and during the time we have made this great offer, both now and in the past ….there has NEVER been any confusion about the offer being any thing other than singular in nature. No customer has ever been confused, no customer has ever tried, or even requested to trade in more than one car as in plural, and purchase just ONE car. We have had customers trade in 2 cars, and then purchase 2 cars. 2. In the customer's statement, they refer to “ cars “ as in plural, and then again in the same sentence state “ 4300$ towards a new vehicle “ as in singular….demonstrating that the customer is confused and directly contradicts their reason for the complaint.3. The sales staff did not ill-advise the customer, as the ad is clearly singular in the offer and they assumed the customer was trading in 2 cars, and desired to purchase 2 cars.4. [redacted] become aware of the confusion and did offer the customer gas as a good faith gesture for their inconvenience. We apologize to the customer for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.Appleton Auto

Thank you for the information regarding your purchase. We are a Dealer For The People, Improving lives every day, with thousands of happy customers ever year. Specifically, the customers claims are unfounded. The vehicle was not sold covered in ice and snow at time of sale…IN FACT... the customer...

was allowed to take the vehicle all day, and over night on an extended test drive to insure her complete satisfaction. Vehicle was purchased on Jan 2, and certainly the car was not covered with ice and snow for the several weeks leading up to her concern on on Feb 2. We have already extended a good faith assistance of covering the cost at 50/50 of getting any minor cosmetic improvements made. This transaction is perfectly compliant with all compliance and laws governing this industry, to include the price of the car which the customer was thrilled with at the time of purchase, and incorporates the many challenges that were over come in arriving at the price.

If the customer would like Appleton Auto to get you an exact approval, they would be more than happy to do so.  However, the banks will likely want thousands of dollars down based on the fact that the customer owes almost 4 times more than the NADA clean trade in value on your car.  The lenders base the approval for the new vehicle on the value of that vehicle, not the value of that vehicle, plus the negative equity from your current vehicle, plus tax, title, and registration fees.  Now based on the customers credit, they may exceed the value of the car a little bit, but not as much as we would need to take care of all the negative equity without cash down.  If the customer would like Appleton Auto to get an exact amount that they'd require, they'd be more than happy to do that for the customer so the customer can know where they stand.  Otherwise, adding a second signer, with a higher credit score, may convince the lender to exceed the value of the new car even more or continuing to pay down the customer's balance and saving money/waiting for their tax returns would be your best plan of attack.  If the customer has any questions, feel free to stop in or give us a call.  Thank you for the feedback!

My experience here was excellent. [redacted] made me feel very comfortable and informed. I will definitely buy a car here again.

Could not believe they got me the approval I needed for a truck but not only did they but it was at a payment lower than I exspecting. Definitely recommend them to.
