We had EverDry come to our home to waterproof our basement nearly six years ago. They were very professional and extremely helpful. They were able to find us affordable financing so that we could make use of their services. The work itself was also very well done. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of the work and the service. Would absolutely recommend.
I am horrified with this company. I warn against using them. At first all was OK not great but OK. Quality of work was so so, Lots of promises were made, lots of assurance of good quality work and good trusting lenders. Basically a very good sales pitch and that's all. We had our entire basement waterproofed and due to the expensive rates, we had to get financed through a lender that Everydry referred us to. Looking back Everydry knew we were in a place were we had no choice we had to fix our basement. I feel they took full advantage of us. That is where the nightmare started and continues to this day. The owner of the lending company is currently in prison for fraudulent loans and other illegal lending related charges. Things we were told about our financing from Every dry and the lender were all lies. Then we never got a copy and the agreement the lender never answered our calls unless it was to get a payment from us and Everydry response was this is a lender issues take it up with the lender. Which they provided! Basically this was a predatory lender. Everdry does not care about their customers or at least they do until they get paid. Our foreman was great and that was where it ended. When we would try to talk with Everdry about concerns or issues after the job, either they were busy or treated us like we were a inconvenience to them. Then when we had issues with the white lining being poorly cut and installed they basically told its there was nothing they could do since it was part of the new concert around the parameter of the inside basement. I guess since they got their money in their eyes all is well and I am on my own dealing with this unless I want to spend more money to hire an attorney and have the work redone.
We bought our house with a prior major waterproofing job from Everdry, with a transfereable warranty. For a few years, we paid the small $25 warranty extension. After a while we let it lapse. A few years later I started a remodeling project that included removing interior walls. There was water damage where the interior walls connected to the exterior (not a part or the origianl waterproofing, not the warranty. When I contacted Everdry, they said "no problem." I simply had to pay the previous two year's $25 warranty extension, and they came out for several ohours and sured up everything!
We had our basement waterproofed in the summer of 2013. Once the work was started, we were so surprised...and pleased...at how hard the employees worked at doing a quality job while keeping everything relatively clean. They took extra care in removing several plantings in the front of our home so that they could be replaced once they were done, and survive! The employees were very professional and kept us informed throughout the waterproofing process. As we spend most of the year at our Florida home, it is very comforting to come back to Ohio and know that our basement is dry and a very pleasant place to work/play/relax.
We had EverDry waterproof our basement last year during the spring thaw that caused major flooding problems throughout the city. Everything was done just as it was explained to us when we signed the contract for the work. The crew was some of the nicest and professional men I have ever had work on my house. They worked nonstop from the minute they arrived. They did their very best to keep the mess confined to the basement. I was very impressed with their clean up. Because the ground was still frozen when the work was done, they came back when promised to complete the wall sealant, answered all of our questions when we would call the office. Just a very good company to do business with.
EverDry is a fantastic company that I would refer to anyone interested in foundation work. The guy that came to my Aunt's home was polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about foundations inside and out.
Our relationship with Everdry Waterproofing started out as a cold call. We were very impressed with [redacted], as he was very personable, really knew what he was talking about and was not pushy. We set up an appointment, and unfortunately had to reschedule, which was handled very nicely by their office personnel. We are looking forward to working with Everdry to solve some of our basement issues. [redacted] - Perrysburg, Ohio
We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry several years ago. It is an unfinished basement, but it leaked horribly and we wanted to take care of the problem before it got worse. Overall we had a very positive experience with Everdry. They were prompt and got the job quickly done. My only "complaint" is that in order to have a warranty, you must pay an annual fee. In their defense, if you have a problem, I've been told that you can just pay the fee retroactively and still use the warranty. We have not used this to know this for sure, though. We do have 2 areas that are a bit leaky still, and they did warn us when they finished the job that those two areas may still have problems. I don't know that reactivating the warranty would solve the leaking problem, so we will wait to see if another issue arises before paying the fee. It would bother us more if it was a finished basement. It is a pricey service, but if it saves the foundation of our home, it's worth it.
Ever dry did a great job on a basement. There was a floor crack which was repaired and also they installed needed sump pump. No water issues after that!
EverDry is very helpful and professional , they are always on time and give you honest answers and prices, they also warranty there work and stick by that promise, I would recommend EverDry for your waterproofing needs

We bought our house 17 years ago and it came with the EverDry Waterproofing warranty. We have paid the warranty every year and did not really know what the warranty covered. Well, this year we found out. With all this snow and then the rain the pump started backing up water into the basement. We unplugged and stopped by the office to ask them what exactly was covered under the warranty. Thank goodness, the pump was covered. They told us they would probably be out the next day and would call on the way. In the meantime, they explained that we could check the clamps and see if that was causing the leak. Before we even got home they were on the phone stating there was a service person in the area and they could stop and see what was going on. The pump had to be replaced. It was done that same day. We could not have asked for faster or better service.
I had a free inspection done this week. The inspector answered all my questions plus helped me to understand what I needed to do in order to have a dry basement. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
We have had the EverDry system in our basement for over 10 years and we are completely satisfied. For over 25 years we had experienced water every year in the spring- sometimes a foot or more. EverDry solved the issue with inside and outside work. They service and stand behind all work done. The 1 time we called for a pump failure they were there in less .than 24 hours. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend EverDry to anyone with water issues.
DW - Continental Ohio. We had Everdry 10 years ago & we have had no issues since. We had water under our house & mold forming which was contributing to our child's asthma attacks. The cost was worth it. Thanks Everdry.
The guys were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. [redacted] who unhooked and re- hooked up the appliances was very knowledgeable. [redacted] the foreman was very explanatory on everything they did. He showed me all the water in the walls, and explained in great detail the easy breathe and the sump pump. It was an overall excellent experience and we are very happy with the job done.
I had everdry install pipes and sump pumps in my basement 3 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I always had puddles of water on the floor after a rain storm, and water seeping through the concrete walls. I never have either anymore. The team at everdry was professional and efficient during the installation, and cleaned up all the debris before they left. I strongly recommend them.
We had Everdry waterproof our basement several years ago. After that horrible rainstorm last summer, I can honestly say they had to have done a great job because all our neighbors had water in their basements. Our sub pump worked great. I pay a yearly maintenance fee and every couple of years one of Everdry techs comes out to check on our sub pump to make sure it is working properly. I would recommend Everdry Waterproofing company if ever asked. **.*. Toledo, Ohio

They did a fantastic job. Great value and our basement is never wet anymore. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a wet basement.

We had Everdry in 2012 and have been very happy and have not had any issues. We recommend Everdry to everyone we know.
