Wow Just looking at my paper work from getting our basement done twenty three years ago. The best thing we ever did, we have had a dry basement ever since we have never had any leaks, and when the sump pump went out they were right there to put a new one in. Very prompt service!

EverDry Waterproofing did my basement back in the early 90's. They did a great job. My basement has been dry and moisture free since then. Be sure to pay the yearly fee because if your pump go out they replace it for free.

I have no problems now unless the ground is totally saturated then I have a very minor mop area. EverDry offered to do additional work to correct but I have put it off since it is minor. I was in Franklin Park Mall in Toledo, OH when a saleswoman approached me and asked me if I was a homeowner. I am not a homeowner and when I told her this, she politely wished me a Merry Christmas and I did the same to her.
I know this is not much of a review since I did not do any business with Everdry Waterproofing but I was very satisfied with the salewoman's job performance. She was very polite and organized, she kept a positive attitude, and if I was a homeowner, I would want to do business with Everdry because of the great way she treated me.

EverDry did an amazing job on my basement! I am a first time home buyer. EverDry came out and did a free inspection. They gave me some tips on what needed to be fixed. I was very happy with their recommendations. I took there advice and made the recommended repairs. The crew that came to my house was very respectful and knew what they were doing. I would recommend EveryDry to anyone who needs their basement done the correct way at an affordable price. Also, they did not try and sell me anything extra that I didn't need.

On Monday, September 29, 2014 [redacted] showed up and gave us the information to start the project. He was here by himself on Monday. Did a super job! Tuesday another worker showed up. They started digging the outside. Then ** and the rest of the crew came. They worked on the outside and inside quickly. [redacted], the carpenter was here to remove basement landing. These crew memebers were so respectufl and courteous the whole time they were here. When they spoke to me, it was . Very impressive.

I am VERY pleased with my new basement. I get up during the night sometimes and go down to do laundry. I could never have done that before. It is so beautiful.

I am very satisfied with everydry. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to correct the dampness in their basements.

We contracted with Everdry Toledo to waterproof our basement. [redacted], the project manager, and other personel convinced us that part of the basement wall was about to cave in. They had 5 "professionals" from their company assess the wall and then contracted to remove what they said was block wall. [redacted] of Perrysburg is their agent who they use to remove basement walls and foundations and rebuild.

After [redacted] excavated the entire wall, he came to me and and said that "we really have a big problem". The wall was a solid pour concrete wall and he confessed he didn't know how to remove that kind of wall! He said he didn't know what to do. I replied to him, "I am not the professional here."

Even if the 5 "professionals" that assessed the wall prior to the excavation, [redacted] would have had to know after several feet of excavation what kind of wall he was dealling with. It was obviously NOT a block wall even to casual observers. He should have never proceeded to do something he knew he was not qualified to do. HE then rented a large gasoline concrete saw and made 2 vertical cuts in the basement wall and tried to knock it over with the heavy equipement. The wall did not budge. This was the wall that their salesmen told us urgently needed replacement?

My husband had discussed prior to the work that IF there was to be any dust that there would need to be visquine hung and other protections. [redacted] assured us that there would be no dust and if they used any equipement in the house they would use water to stop the dust. [redacted] spent most of the time bragging about how good he was and how many new homes he had built for his wife. By the time that they had finished the 2 vertical cuts ALL 4 levels of our home was inundated with concrete dust. Everdry told him [redacted] had to get it cleaned up. He call a [redacted] who never showed up. That is the equivelant of trying to put a bandaid on an aortic aneurism. HE needed to call for disaster clean up like [redacted] but would not, and offered us $500 to clean it up ourselves. I told him we couldn't afford to work for .50(50c)/hour and didn't even have the equipement to begin. We called many cleaning professionals and when they heard it was cement dust they refused the job.

When we discussed the situation with [redacted], he said that the wall was not a problem, that they would just brace the (now greatly compromised) wall and just finish the waterproofing. We wanted them to remove the wall as they had contracted to do. They said they didn't do that type of repair and basically we could just void the contract and get another company to do it! They wanted us to sign a release that basically absolving them of any responsibilty for the dissaster that they created.

We are now 4 months into the disaster at our home. Everdry has refused to take responsibily what so ever for the clean-up or to pay for any of our out of the pocket expenses. Everthing we have touched or used for these last 4 months has cement dust on or in it. We left the home for 10 days after the disaster trying to clean up a living space. We cannot clean up the dust ourselves because it destroys any hepa filter that is used and other filters just blow the fine dust back out. We need about $10,000 worth of professional disaster clean-up which Everdry has said they would pay for but refuses to put in an insurance claim or pay any more for expenses we have turned in.

We still have a huge hole beside the entire side of basement wall. [redacted] dug it even lower than the actual foundation of the home. It fills with water. We are not out of contract with Everdry so we cannot contract with someone else to rectify the foundation problem. We have since run into people that had a terrible mess left by Everdry and disastisfied with the work. We have found in having other contractors assess the problem that Everdry over charges and is not well thought of by many in the industry. So be sure to shop around. They do excel in the sales department and we have found them to all be slick liars from top to bottom. All they have done for 4 months is skirt around being responsible in anyway and waste our time with lip service.

I talked to EverDry Waterproofing at the Bowling Green Bridal Show and was given a good amount of information pertaining my basement and what may be causing my issues. I now have hope that our family can now reclaim our basement. [redacted]

My basement was damp, smelled of mildew and a creepy place to have to do laundry.
Every spring, we would have water in the basement, from the thawing of winter and spring rains. Finally, we decided to call Everdry and it's the best investment we have made in our house!
The entire experience was a positive one; from the quotes to the working crew, everyone was professional, hard working and considerate.
The first spring after being waterproofed, we had water come in! Right away, Everdry sent a crew to fix the problem. Since our basement isn't a full basement they had to tunnel inside on the "fourth" side and ever since, we haven't had any water.
That musty smell is gone and doing laundry isn't a creepy chore anymore!

My basement has always had water in certain sections from cracks in the walls & floor. Then the black mold started growing in corners also. One of my walls was weak & starting to cave in. Everdry sent a team of efficient, fast & courteous guys to dig trenches around my house & in my basement & lay tile. They put steel braces on my one wall. They ran pipes out to sewer lines. I was impressed with the speed & efficiency of the job. Recently a pipe they installed outside was broken. They sent someone to fix it right away. I would recommend this company.

We have had EverDry installed for several years and I can say it has been one of the best investments in my home that I have made. Had a wall panel damaged by the installation of a new water line and this was replaced, at no cost and no questions asked. And within the past year I had a new sump pump installed at no cost.
