This consumer and I are attempting to find a mutually acceptable resolution and have communicated by phone and email in such attempt The company feels that a satisfactory resolution is forthcoming in the near future The consumer attended all of the programs and events he purchased and took full advantage of the company's financial outlay and investment into his real estate investment training and opportunity More than years later, without any evidence of attempts to submit any offers, identify deals, secure funding, or make any sort of real estate transaction using the program, he is requesting a full refund The main issue as the company sees it was a misunderstanding of one aspect of the Bus Tour package Properties are available at each event for consumers to purchase as rental properties They are in a hyper-growth market and already have renters and property management set up The consumer sounds like he expect these properties to be available for flipping instead of rentals Also, despite the numerous descriptions of the system as requiring hard work from the consumer, he got the impression that the system could be utilized without considerable effort In light of these complaints and mis-perceptions, the company is pursuing an appropriate resolution with the student and the company will update the Revdex.com complaint as the process moves forward Best regards, [redacted]

After the 3rd day of Armando's seminar, and having done enough research on other companies, I knew that I was in the right placeSince I've applied what I've learned, I can say that I've already finished up on deals and am working on another in Maryland, which is half-way across the US from meSo it can be done, and done from anywhere Their support has also been fantasticEach time I have a question and call, or actually go to visit them, their staff makes me feel just like family, which also separates them from other companies in their businessThey may be hours away, but for what I get in return, it's more than worth it! They're always willing to be there for me, to help and support me in any way they canTheir organization has been s'as family' and it sure feels that way every time I'm with themAnd just like a real family, who should make you feel good when you're on track with something and want to be there to encourage you to keep going, they are there to actually push you, if need be! And despite some unexpected challenges along the way with my real family, during this time of investing, I can only dedicate myself even more to this new family who's investing in my well-being and success!
Dear Revdex.com and Ms [redacted] , The Workshop described does contain the essential tools and techniques of real estate investment using the company's proven system Trained, experienced coaches use the three days to introduce and then explain real estate investment topics from locating and identifying potential investment properties, securing different sources of funding for investment, rehabilitating properties, finding potential buyers and marketing the properties, entity formation, asset protection, managing rental properties, and many other topics If consumers desire more in-depth or hantraining, other programs are, of course, available But, those consumers who do not wish to pursue further training, will after days have the tools and the materials necessary to begin investing immediately The entire career field of real estate investment and the various investment vehicles therein are such that it is not possible to cover every detail and potential permutation in one weekend But, even still, the company backs the Workshop wholeheartedly, by offering the real estate hotline as well as the guarantees, both of which the company invites each consumer to take full advantage of Aside from that, the complimentary Master Course Kit spells out the company's investment system in a step-by-step fashion and should accompany and supplement the class training for future review and guidance

I went to the hour speech on Armando's business on flipping houses, they promised on the day event they would provide you with all the forms you needed to start your business, and all they did for the days is hard sell his bus tour out in san diegowhen I stated I was a disabled vet I couldn't even get the so called team members to talk with meand the main person just totally ignored me or talked down to meso please do not go to the hour sales pitch or the day event where they promise to give you all this paperwork to start your business all they do is push to sale their bus tours for 43,dollars and you pay your own airfare and your own food and hotel where does that 43,go for?? please answer that one Armando??? i'd rather be a honest barely surviving disabled vet then a [redacted] crook
