The business would like to respond to the consumer complaint in stating that it provides different levels of training and education based on what the consumer wants The 3-Day Workshop involves an intensive day orientation to real estate investing As part of that package, consumers
gain access to our resource hotline and we provide each consumer a complimentary master course kit full of books, cds and dvds that contain valuable real estate investing information I want to apologize for any confusion this consumer may have about what she purchased We offer a software suite to aid in the investment process as part of a different package The "investor availability" is not part of anything we offer What we do offer is training and education about how to find investors and financing for real estate investments We teach consumers how to structure deals in order to secure funding for investments, but we do not provide, nor do we promise to provide the investors Consumers are free to network with other consumers of our programs, and many do so, but there are also many other sources that we help consumers to locate This consumer also has access to our two tuition guarantees that were explained and for which every student has the necessary terms and conditions upon purchase of the 3-Day Workshop The business invites the consumer to contact us via the phone numbers we have provided in order to take advantage of the real estate resource line The business also invites the student to contact us regarding the two tuition guarantees where she can have extra incentive and assistance to continue to pursue real estate investing and can receive her tuition back once she meets the conditions The business is sincerely and deeply invested in the consumer's success and hopes the student takes full advantage of the training and opportunities she has pursued

There is absolutely no scam regarding the company's practices We lay very clearly what the programs entail and I sincerely regret that the student in this case got the wrong impression about what was offered If the student would call the main number, ***, and explain that she is a 3-day consumer who needs to speak with the real estate hotline, I'm sure they can answer many of the consumer's questions Alternatively, if the consumer does not wish to contact the hotline, she can take advantage of either guarantee she received or she can refer to the copious amount of real estate information in the Master Course kit she received Those are the three options the company can offer this consumer What we teach is not a get rich quick scheme, nor is it a bait and switch We teach the nuts and bolts of real estate investing, down to the most minute details This type of program clearly calls for a huge amount of action on behalf of the consumer to turn the education and training into actual real estate investment success We stand behind our products and programs and are ready for the consumer to take advantage of the support we offer She can either call the hotline and receive live, real time help and advice over the phone, or she can take advantage of our money-back guarantees, the terms of which are detailed both at the workshop and on the guarantee forms provided to each consumer of the workshop Should she have any concerns or questions about either of these opportunities, she should immediately contact the number listed above Again, we do regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding investor lists or real estate software I can confidently communicate that we are constantly monitoring, evaluating and training all of our staff on the best ways to communicate our offerings I will continue to do everything in my power as compliance counsel to ensure that misunderstandings are as few as possible

My dad and I attended a seminar from Armando Montelongo back in the spring of this year and have been impressed since day one, even though I’ve had interest in his program for awhileAfter the day intro class we then went to the day workshop and had a good time learning togetherFrom there we devoted more resources into the Bus Tour and a couple of other forums discussing important aspects of the real estate businessIn working with real estate agents and through moving into some deals, we continue to learn what it takes to stay ahead of the gameTheir educational classes, another one of which we’ll be taking in December, are making it apparent why others who’ve gone on before us are succeedingI’d also have to say that the support we’re receiving throughout the course of our experience is not only fundamental but necessaryBecause Armando’s support group has been so helpful, we’re able to work right where we live in Virginia but in other states tooMy dad and I are also appreciative of the opportunity to work together in an area of interest that’ll benefit us financially and relationallyHats off Armando!
Ms***,It sounds like the issue was that the cancellation process was interrupted by your efforts to get the credit back through your card company Those are two very different scenarios that are handled separately When we receive a cancellation request within the first days,
the "cooling off" period, we process those and get the money back to the consumer within days But, when a consumer calls their credit card to dispute the charges, the consumer is basically saying that the charges were either fraudulent or that the service was not what was paid for I will speak with the department that took your initial call and listen to the call to make sure that I have the information I need to process your cancellation At that point we can either approve the charge being put back on your card or work out another satisfactory resolution Please allow me 2-business days to complete the necessary research.Best regards,*** ***

I was given simple steps to follow, I implemented those steps, I applied them, I NEVER gave up, I utilized the mentors he makes available to his students at each snag in the road for meRemember, I had a lot of old and bad habits I had to unlearn and that is a tough thing to do, but his team got me through each one, they got me back on track and business just started to boom! Here it is years later, business is still booming!
I had successful Real Estate transactions happen this week alone and I am a single mother doing this alone!!
Armando has never taken away the student support, I have access to mentors via phone, text and email and I still utilize them til this day! You have to APPLY what you learn here and ask questions when you don't understand, just like you would in everyday life!!! When you apply, you will succeed!!
This is a system that works, it is up to you to work it for yourself and your family!!
There is no better out there!!! Myself and my friends, that I met through these trainings, we are all living proof!!

I am rejecting this response because: it is all just talk. there is no way anyone can go to that 3-day seminar and be able to walk away with the tools needed to flip a house. I am sure they have gone through this hundreds if not thousands of times before
this seminar is complete advertisement and a scam!!!!!! I hope no one else signs up and throws away $1497.
they are very smart in that the free seminar is two weeks before the actual 3day seminar since you have days to cancel, by the time you attend the seminar you paid your money weeks previously, so now you cant get your money back!!!!!
As stated previously even one of the "mentors" (***) stated to me "how can you possibly learn how to flip a house in days"

Hands down the GREATEST use of both my time and moneyI'm and I would never have gone to college if I had all of this information years agoWe're so easy to spend $100k on a college education, or $30k on a car that will only depreciateBut yet, we're hesitant to spend that same amount of money towards something that will give us financial freedom? Towards something that will get us out of that 9-job? I have personally been through ALL of the training that Armando offers with other members of my family, including my year old sister, and we have no regretsYes, you must invest moneyYes, you must attend classesYes, you must invest your timeAnd Yes, you will only make money if you actually put in the work.You have incredible mentors with 20+ years of experience that will help you through each and every obstacle that you encounterYou have continuing education phone calls throughout the weekAnd you have a HUGE support system from all of the other students that have been through the system as wellIt's so much more than just spending money on classesYou step out of your comfort zone, make life-long friends who want to help you succeed, and you acquire the right MINDSETNow it does take time to develop thatThis isn't some quick road to successWe were absolutely terrified to pay $for the Day, but we needed to make a change in our life, and man, did our lives changeIf you put in the millionaire hours, your life will change too

There was a guy talking about how much you can make with this phony system, saying you don't have to pay anything to learn how to do this
Next thing you know, he says the tuition will cost at least $1,And the ppl/staff members whom were sitting in the back tried to convince me to stay when I tried leaving early after hearing this unbelievable price
It's too weird and these commercials Armando makes are too good to be truePlease do not waste your time coming to the free seminar
It's just their way of running a marketing business because that's what this really isIt's like church....all a negotiation
